Rude employees… doesn’t have common sense when customer is talking to other of your employee, they don’t have to poke their nose…. Boxing days are always busy days but same patience must be required by their employees as well.management must be changed.

If you dream of the worst experience, this is the best place to go. They will screw you from up to bottom. We purchased a bracelet at a different Pandora store about 200 km away. But the bracelet broke after a month. So, I took it to Pandora store at Vaughan Mills. The sales person took the product to the store manager, and came back in a couple minutes with the verdict that this is a wear and tear.
When I called the store manager Natasha, she told me that I have to take it back to the original store.
I explained her that this contradicts to consumer rights, and I asked them for a written notice that they don’t accept warranty claims. After 5-10 minutes she came back and asked my details to call me back in couple days. But as you may imagine they never called me back. I took the bracelet to Yorkdale mall. And in 5 minutes I received a new one.
Long story short, don’t buy anything from these people, you will end up with broken products and noone will take care of you.

I went to this location today looking for a present (something I saw online and wanted to get for a special bday). As soon as I stepped into the store nobody bothered to acknowledge me. Other ppl came after me and where helped totally ignoring the fact that I was there.anyway I walked around to see If I found what I saw online and a sweet girl on training tried to help me but she doesn't know much yet. I asked the store manager (I believe) for assistance with a price and like she was bothered she gave me an stimated price not an actual price and just walked away. She had such a bad attitude like I was not a costumer worthy. If it wasn't because I just went to the mall yo go to the store and I am pregnant I would have walked away right away! When I go to pay I mentioned to her that it was my friend's birthday and I wanted it to be special and sorry for the inconvenience and she just said to me "not worries is ok" Like who does that in costumers service? Am I the client or you are? So sorry but your attitude gotta change. I'm absolutely not going back to that location.

If I could have given a minus star, I'd done so. I visited this store today about lunch time, weekday, quiet. I was the only customer when I stepped in, browsed around, no staff was interested to serve nor ask if I needed assistance. Another lady came in browsing, but not keeping any staff busy. When I spotted what I wanted, I needed to look around, and saw a PANEL of staff behind the counters. I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE. A young store associate reluctantly got eye contact with me and said be with me shortly. She's long hair a bit curly quite pretty, but the problem she and the other staff didn't wear a smile nor greeted customers. I wanted to walk away but then I thought I drove here to get a charm bracelet, don't be naive. Moment later this young lady came asked me what I wanted. I described I wanted that particularly bracelet but I was looking for anything in red, dangling charm. The young lady spoke so softly as if she believed she was in her bedroom. I barely heard her. After some struggle, she failed to make any recommendation even I already given very simple need. I expected either be informed they do not have something exactly what I wanted but could have offered me similar options. NO! Again, I still got my charm bracelet and paid. The young lady was speaking a few times to me, again softly enough as if she was afraid to wake up everybody. I felt very frustrated. After I paid, I asked for pen and paper, wrote down 1) she spoke too softly or the music too loud 2) she was not smiling the whole buying process, I felt like I begged her to sell me a bracelet 3) she had her work badge worn upside down (as I said before it was after lunch) my point is so many hours had gone after the opening of store, no other associates nor team leader realized she had her badge was upside down? 4) I am not a satisfied customer.
I chose to write my feelings feedback to the supervisor instead of talking to the supervisor as I didn't want to affect the buying urge of other customer on the floor. Was I being lenient enough?
I asked to show this note to floor manager or supervisor. Then a "Lead Associate" came over, read the notes. She had no patience and apparently had no idea of customer service means in her dictionary. She asked me if I wanted her to switch the music off? Because my first point was the staff spoke too soft or the music too loud. Without finished reading the piece of note she started making this comment with no common sense. Again, due the music too loud and she was not to passionate to speak loud enough, I barely heard her until I heard, "Do you want me to turn the music off? " Oh my lord!
Then I pointed her to the fact that her staff had her name badge upside down. She got stunned and looked on her badge.
Will the customer service manager get back to me how can the Pandora flagship store in Vaughan Mills be so remarkably innocent with staying abreast of competitors especially it's never easy to have new customers shopping happily? And not to mention with repeat customers coming back for this long pulled face. Honestly I have about 4 Pandora bracelets. I could only have bought a charm only, but I like to buy everything new when I feel like shopping. But, readers to this review, ask yourself, do you expect this kind of customer service and ask you to pay their paycheck and commission. Please avoid this store and try another store who cares a lot of more how their customers feel, as they bring passion to work. Passion, I love passion.

Had a bad experience with them. Just wanted to size down (exchange) a bracelet that I got for my birthday. They refused because it was over 30 days. Original package, receipt, never worn. Manager could have done it, I know because I got customer service on the phone~she just refused. I won’t buy pandora again. Michael Hills is SO much better.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Especially the lady wearing black shirt with open hair with a tag plate of her so called position. I went there on tuesday afternoon. She had zero customer service and behaved like i was getting the earings for free! She’s basically ruining the image of pandora. Bought those earings but never visiting againThey should hire better staff.

Very bad & rude customer service at Vaughn mills that my daughter had to deal with, they literally gave her the ring in a white plane paper bag. Then she came back and asked them to put it in a box like it’s supposed to be! They did with such an attitude.
Apparently they sold her the ring with few scratches on it, thank to Brampton bramelea mall who exchanged it for her the next day.

I love your jewelry BUT second time now I lost a stone in my ring and I went to the store to get it fixed or replaced and they want a receipt. I don’t have one. So I’m out of luck. This is not acceptable.

Was here a few days ago, waited in line for so long just for the manager (I forget his name it started with an N) to roll his eyes at me when I got to the front. I stated I needed a closer look to which he gave me the the rudest look and attitude. Another employee was kind enough to help me thankfully. Management needs to be changed here I feel bad for the employees who need to deal with him.

I visited the Pandora Vaughan Mills location on Friday during my lunch break to buy a birthday gift for my wife. As a newly married couple, I was looking for something special and memorable. I had an amazing experience with Giulia, who took the time to understand my needs, showed me many options, and provided recommendations. Although I came to buy just a bracelet and a couple of charms, I ended up purchasing three times more than what I had originally planned, thanks to Giulia's expertise and guidance.

What impressed me the most was the company policy that Giulia informed me about – that I could exchange the bracelet at any location within 30 days if I wasn't satisfied with the size. This gave me peace of mind and made me feel confident in my purchase. I'm highly satisfied with the Vaughan Mills location and great job done by Giulia. The manager on duty, Noor, was also very nice and congratulated me on my wedding, making the experience personalized and special.

However, I must mention my terrible experience at the Oshawa Centre location when I went to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size. Leanne provided me with terrible service and was unhelpful. It was a complete contrast to the wonderful experience I had at the Vaughan Mills location. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the Vaughan Mills location and commend the excellent service provided by Giulia and Noor.

The worst place to shop. They have all this u professional employees and doesn’t know what to do. Yesterday when I went at 4pm a sales lead girl very rude. Another sales girls doesn’t want to mentions her name She doesn’t want to do job. If u ask her what price she is kind of lost and she doesn’t know. She is taking oMG how much time even to show a thing. If employees r like this how will people buy from the store. Very very bad customer service.people will be waiting outside, 4 employees will be standing and talking in the counter and take their own time The shop even doesn’t deserves a 0 rating.

Avoid at all cost, don’t waste your time to shop in this store. The store manager definitely “Do Not Care” their customers. I went to the store and shopped for the rings and found out the description is different than the real product. The manager gave us his annoyed face with attitude. After that he told us either buy here or leave then he walked away. You can tell he is not happy with his job as he didn’t even want to come over when his staffs asked for help. Wasted my time as waited in the line for 45 mins.

Two weeks ago I purchased Pandora ring already starting to tarnish. I usually buy gold jewelry thus I am not sure if I am allergic to silver. The manager try to clean the tarnish material but nothing changed.

I called the store to place a charm on hold as I do not live close - they told me it was better to place an online order and pick up at the store so it was reserved for me as it is paid for in full. I did exactly that! I received an e-mail stating it takes 6-8 hours for them to fulfill mobile orders, and I was to wait for a confirmation e-mail stating it was ready for pick up. That was Monday. I didn't receive anything all week - Friday I decided to visit the store to see if they would just provide me my order as it is well over the 6-8 hour ETA of their e-mail. The sales associate told me they would look into it and when they came back they said they e-mailed me cancelling my order as they were out of stock - I checked my phone, the e-mail was just sent - as in when the associate went to look for it, realized they no longer had it and then sent the cancellation e-mail. Terrible service.

I got a clip charm for my mesh bracelet on Thursday last week, and it fell off on Saturday morning and I could not find it! I visited the Vaughan store to explain and solve this situation, because it was weird to fell off in 2 days? !? (I did not know that there were a bunch of complaints about clip charms on their website.you must read them before buy something!) They did nothing! The store manager told me to look around to find it:) Because I lost it, they did not replace, so waste of money! Don’t buy the clip charms!

On the plate it says 10 people must be inside there is 12 people out there are two I say can we go in? No, they say no, you can’t, there must be 10 people here, so I say okay there 12 was right now there is less how it turns out he says there are exceptions.very bad service, they put a difference between the customer.go to any place other than this store.

Useless sales people. We queued up for 20 mins only to be told that their specific store is not honouring the BF promotion. We proceeded to go into the store to look for other items. We got ignored for another 10 mins and when an available sales associate went to serve another CX that had just walked in.
