After about a 10-minute wait outside I was welcomed inside, greeted, and assisted by Isha B (225619). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and helped me find a discounted "Alice and Wonderland" charm I had been searching for. I also bought this beautiful 2 piece sun and moon ring set. The store was clean and easy to navigate.
Please be careful when shopping at this location. We bought a ring for mummy’s birthday but it didn’t fit her so we brought it back the next day. The Receipt did not say final sale. The sales rep was so kind but she said manager has to approve it. The store manager said we cannot take it coz it’s final sale. I told her I wasn’t aware of it and no one told me and the receipt didn’t say it was final (no stamp). I didn’t ask money back all I asked one size up. She wasn’t understanding or accommodating at all: (my mum and I were very disappointed. If the item is final they have to Inform the customer and stamp the receipt stating it’s FINAL so that it’s clear to the both side.
The most upsetting part, the manager said you can give this item as a gift to someone else: (thinking she found a solution to my mums birthday gift.
The wait outside is reasonable. The asian girl helped me, she is very nice and friendly. She spent her time with me to let me choose and try. With her help, I was able to find a retired charm at an unbelievable low price and a beautiful retired ring. The store has a great selection of retired products and also new products. Everything sold here is final sale, so check and make sure you want them before you pay.
Terrible customer service, I bought a 145 dollar ring for my girlfriend and in the first night she wore it (out to dinner) a bunch of the gems fell out of the ring. I went to the local pandora near me asking for a refund, they were extremely rude, only the original location ça. Provide a refund. So I went back to the original location and the woman who served me there was also extremely rude, (in not talking just rude in the sense that she didn't respond the way I wanted to, she was genuinely rude, rushed and unempathetic. After all they told me to call the head office number or something. It's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't got a resolve to my situation. The entire experience was unenjoyable to say the least.
