Hello, it's a great experience at the immigration panel physician clinic, very timing and accurate but there's a room for better service, the staffs are very courteous and friendly.

The staff in the blood collection department are very friendly and helpful. But I can't say the same for the employee in the x-ray. Unfortunately, I give 4 stars for the blood collection section and 2 stars for the x-ray section.

Panel physician North York is so clean and great service from the staff and doctor. Everything is located in one building and online booking is simple. I’m giving them 5 stars.

Very hassle free experience.staffs are accomodating.flexible.
Total time taken to complete for spouse and kid was ~45 mins.

I booked my schedule 2 months before. Then 2 days before my appointment, they called me to move my location to scarborough. Then when I said no because NY location is more convenient for me. Then when I arrived at the place, they weren't really nice at all. Their instructions are confusing and not clear at all and they would get annoyed when you have them repeat it. I had a bad experience at the xray place as well. One lady there is just rude just because I dont understand her

They're too busy talking about my info infront of other people. Waited about 40minutes after I came 10minutes early for the appointment. Then, it took about a month more to send the medical exam to the government. I suggest paying little more for somewhere with decent workers and a place that sends it in time.

The people working there are excellent! I just think it should be informed woth antecipation that we have to dedicate about 2h of our time for the entire procedure and the parking is free for whoever is doing x-ray (both information i just knew after arriving to do my exam)

The administrative and medical staff provided all the attention and explanations of the case, the customer service and order in the process stands out.

I was a few minutes late cos I missed my way, I had to call in and the representative was very empathetic and helpful, giving me directions & assuring me my appointment was still valid. Getting there, everything went so smoothly, the staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. Excellent service delivery!

Nice and helpful staff. The service was relatively fast. My doctor was so nice, she explained me everything patiently. X-ray was also super fast.

The staff very friendly, they explain to you in a kindly mater, they tell you step by step what you have to do the forms how to complete them if you don’t understand, I’m very satisfying how they do there job, nice people I give them all 5 stars. Thank you

The service was excellent. No waste of time. Friendly patient organized staff. Amazing talented Farsi speaker physician. Precise in following Covid-19 protocol. Everything was located in one building.

I was waiting for the Doc for about 1 hour. The whole process took about 3.5 hours and when I asked them why this is happening they did not answer properly. Do not recommend this location especially due to staff behavior.

It was a good and fast experience overall.in a couple of hours my husband and I were done. The staff is great, very polite and informative. The doctor has THE best hands for blood extraction, my husband is not a fan of needles, but this time he didn't even feel it.

It is always a great experience there, I went last year for myself and brought my partner and my son this year. This a testament to my level of satisfaction. Staff are nice and friendly and the process is pretty smooth. X-Ray is downstairs very convenient. Total cost is also reasonable, I would recommend anyone to go there. The waiting area is little smaller due to covid hence my four star but check it out good service from start to finish.

Easy online booking, everything located in one building, easy to parking, Dr. Avni Mentha is the most kind doctor I've ever met. She exlpains everything so clearly and carefully. Easy to understand. Highly recommend this medical center.

Very professional, all the staff are polite, friendly and approachable. Information desk is always busy but they are ready to assist you and accommodate with convenience. They help you and assist you everything you need to do. I have a nice experience. X-ray was great very polite and approachable and humble. Great day to everyone.

Its been 15 days. My immigration medical case is not submitted yet. Can u tell me more accurate estimate of how many more days it will take. I submitted my medical on March 11,2021

Employees are friendly and professional, all my questions have been resolved instantly, fast and cost effective, highly recommended!

Pathetic management of the staff there. Booked an appointment at 5.30 and I arrived there before time. The receptionist over there asked me to wait downstairs and handover a form for me to fill up. She later noted down my number and promised to call me when there were enough seats available upstairs. I was asked to wait downstairs in the lobby/parking lot for about 30-35 mins. Nobody gave me a call so I went upstairs by myself and noticed that the receptionist didn’t even remember and forgot to apologize. Later on, others who booked their appointment slot after me were called inside first and I had to wait for almost 1.5-2 hours when the doctors examination hardly took 3 mins! Doctor didn’t even do a thorough abdomen or any other necessary examination as mentioned on their website and just took my blood test and breath sounds. I wouldn’t recommend this place after being charged a huge amount to all to the immigrants there!

Very small office. Treated like a assembly line. Main thing u hear them shouting is DEBIT OR CASH!?

PLS MAKE SURE U CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS. THEY MESS YOUR INFORMATION UP. WRONG ADDRESS. PASSPORT NUMBER AND DATE OF ISSUE AND EXPIRATION. MAKE SURE U CHECK BEFORE LEAVING!

Excellent service by staff and doctor. The cost is reasonable and easy to find location. Everything is well organized. Highly recommend to try this location for ur medical exam.

Its been 25 days. My immigration medical case is not submitted yet. I aiso have not received my completed exam report that I ordered online (cost $15), what hell?

Making an appointment online was easy and staff was welcoming. I went through my medical examination and blood and other tests in considerable time. Also, X-ray facility is situated right in the basement, which is convenient.
