The online booking was really fast and the availability, one day after we receive our confirmation letter, was amazing. The staff was really great for my family. By mistake we made one appointment and they take care of all four family members.

They send you for x-ray to Dixie x-ray. It’s different locations. Dixie x-ray is awful place, receptionists are rude and arrogant. If you can - avoid them.

The lab is in convinend place. Specialy the Lady Dr.and the staff attended us are quite experienced with good knowledge to handle patients. Thanks for everything they did.

I was not told upfront that X-ray was at a different location and it was a separate charge. They did not explain that should you need to speak to the doctor, there is a separate charge. When I questioned this, I was told that it is explained on the instruction sheet (yes its there, however it is hidden in the middle of the page). I was also told I could receive the full medical report, however not told that there is an additional cost.

It should be clearly stated on their website or staff should clearly explain all the fees associated with medical exam upfront.

Despite this, staff were nice and the booking process was easy and fast. I would recommend if you need your medical exam done right away.

All clear and clean but the doctor left me a bruise when took my blood for exams.a bit expensive

Overall this place was fine and very quick but all tests are not done in one building. For X-ray you have to go to another center outside of this plaza. For me, that's extremely inconvenient. Both the centers' working hours also do not match.
And then the X-ray lab they refer to- Dixie X-ray Associates; DO NOT go there especially if you are a woman. EXTREMELY RUDE, HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL staff I've ever encountered works there.
Panel Physician Toronto was okay but that X-ray center they refer to was extremely disappointing and terrible. The WORST experience in my entire life.

Very easy to maneuver.
Everything was complete within 30 mins and I loved that.

The personnel is very friendly, nice and helpful. However, the place was always crowded; they handle appointments every 5 minutes which is impossible for a medical check-up. So that, even thought we had an scheduled appointment, our actual check-up was more than one hour later.
You can see how exhausting the personnel are. They should be more realistic and handle appointments every 15 to 30 minutes.but you know.profit$$$

You should lessen the emails and calls that you send out for appointment reminders.

Staff was polite and professional. All rooms were hygienic. But, keep it mind, for X-ray you have to go to different place which is 7-8 mins away from clinic.

I would prefer this location over other Immigration medical centers. Location is convenient to reach, just 10 min from square one.
Staff here is very friendly and polity. I saw receptionist was able to explain everything clearly to all age group. Also, no rushing as slots were assigned with proper time gap.
Panel physician (Dr Avani) was knowledgeable and provided all test related information.

The doctor was Amazing, soft spoken and diligent. Some, not all staff at the reception might have to catch up with the doctor's communication skills and be more kind and compassionate to clients.

I got done my Immigration Medical at very fast and good service. They also charge reasonable price.

Its just hard to find the location of the clinic, they should have clear instructions about the address, moreover, Exact same address is in Mississisauga, they should tell patients on the call to make sure they don't go there like me:) On the other hand Low Cost as compare to Brampton, Quick service, should have more details about overall procedure online.

Very cooperative staff, soft spoken, give instructions to follow the procedure in an attractive manner, gives brief descriptions about the tests, moreover makes everyone relaxed during the whole process.

Easy and quick booking process. Had my medical request on Thursday and managed to book my appointment for Saturday morning. Just remember to bring cash or debit card, No credit cards accepted.

Worst Service I have ever seen at a Doctors Office, Clicking patient pictures for Medical Report on I-Pod, Seems funny to me. No arrangement for Power Backup waited for 1 hour just because there was no Power and there was no light. To owner- Spend some money and get a new office with 24x7 power backup.

I don't really like taking blood test, but surprisingly the whole medical exam for my PR application was smooth and fast. Both doctor and receptionists are extremely professional.

My experience was pretty good with them. Costs are comparatively good. I reached their earlier than my scheduled appointment with them and they still took my early (on a saturday). I would recommend them to everyone.

Did my medical exam here and our experience was great. I was so nervous and scared because of my last experience back home but the doctor reassures that theres nothing to be afraid. Overall done my exam and they treat me good and was an excellent experience.

The Doctor seemed a little pre occupied but eh I don’t care much for conversation either, it was 9 am on a Saturday. Both of us did not want to be there lol. But overall I’d recommend any one looking to get a medical done ASAP go here. The staff helping out was amazing Anastasia was very kind, if I had to do another medical I’d come here even though I live in Burlington. Good place.

I booked the same day though the website, they had many openings and they took me in as soon as I got there (15min early). The price is the best among all other clinics and they will submit my report electronically (hopefully within 10 days).

The warm welcome received at reception was really genuine and felt much relief to the anxiety I was going through. The lady doctor was very professional and the entire process was done in a jiffy.

Everyone is easy to talk with. My medical was done and faster as i expected. They have clean and organized rooms and everyone is fast and efficient. Thumbs up!

Wait time can be about one hour and wait times are not mentioned online
you have to go to Dixie Road for X-Ray which can be difficult for those who are using bus.
You have to pay 40$ for X-Ray separately and X-Ray facility sitting area including chairs were disgusting!
Only panel physicians who have many appointments available, overall it was not a bad experience, each person spent almost one hour.

The place is just perfect doctors and staff is awesome. They attend you quickly guide you properly and are always ready to help.one of the best doctors office in gta.

Booked my PR medical with Panel Physicians - Easy telephonic/online booking and I was ushered in at the exact time to fill out the forms. There are lots of availability of appointments as per your convenience. All the tests went smoothly with minimal waiting time. The on-call doctor actually apologized for the pinch while taking the blood test. Lol.
And finally, they tell you exactly what to do next like x-ray, waiting time, check report status, etc etc. They submitted my report to IRCC within the stipulated time (10 days).

FRAUD. We were told that they will do all the lab work at the site, and it is included in the price. Then we were sent to a third party lab saying that they found something in the urine, and we had to pay extra $40. Then we were called back for additional meeting with Dr Alia Grey, who told us that the findings were minor and it would not affect the medical. We again paid $40 for them. Now we received a letter from Immigration asking us to repeat the entire E-Medical elsewhere and pay the fees again.
Total fraud, rude, poor customer service, dirty clinic. DO NOT GO THERE.

Convenient online booking. Accommodating staff. Reasonable price for only $180 on a weekday (cash only) + $40 for the x-ray. You have to travel to a different clinic for the x-ray. I went to the Dixie road location, it was a 15 minute bus ride. 7-10 days processing before they send it to CIC. 100% e-medical. Overall, affordable and efficient service. I recommend! Thank you.

I researched all of the places that are on the Immigration list and this seemed to be the best of the worse, however, it was even worse than I thought it would be. The receptionists are rude.answering the phone with the word "HOLD" and cutting you off instead of saying "hello. " When I arrived, I was given very little instruction then later reprimanded for not doing what they hadn't told me to do. I asked if there would be a wait for my appointment when I called and they said, "no". The wait was at least 45 min. When I finally got in to see the doctor, he looked like he had literally just rolled out of bed, wrinkled pants and a polo shirt.he definitely did not have a professional look or demeanour. The doctor was with me for 5 minutes.max. To top it all off, I was told that they only take cash for the $180 fee. What doctor's offices do you know that only take cash? ! The whole thing seemed like some kind of weird scam, but apparently all the other places on the list are similar so I bit the bullet and went through with it. Fingers crossed that they don't mess up my application.

The place was hard to find there were no directions until going into the building at both locations. Staff were friendly and very informative. It was quick and organized. The physician was friendly and made you feel at ease. Need transportation as you have to go to another building for the x-ray

Panel meeting with Mrs Angela Haydee Cova last Monday October 23 88 years old senior just to say in 5 minutes: she needs to do a third X Ray exam. Why lack of seriously? Why no a professional answer? From Mississauga to your location just for say: need 3rd X ray exam and for January 10 2019?

Doctor Kuhlmann is an excellent physician. The reception over there looks very professional, polite welcoming, and wonderful receptionists; especially the nice young lady who wears hijab, was very friendly, helpful and professional.
Easy to book appointments, Costs are reasonable and no parking problems. 100% satisfied with the service. However I wish there would be x-ray service at the same location in the future.
Highly recommended.
