Great sandwiches and hot soups! A bit pricy but worth it. After Covid I have noticed the soups aren’t filled to the top but much less. Ahhh but it’s still good. They have lots of decadent pastries and cookies but too sweet for my taste!

Ever since the pandemic, Paneras across Ontario seem to struggle with hours and overall consistency. I now always call ahead of time just to confirm they are open because Google hours don’t match whatever the most recent hours they have printed out and put on their door. I can almost never get through to this location when I call, and tonight it resulted in me showing up to it being closed even though I called several times while they were open in an attempt to confirm their hours. It’s almost as if they want customers to lose trust in their posted hours to reduce foot traffic towards the end of shifts.

There was a hair in my food but they were nice about it and gave me a new sandwich yummy

I was hesitant to try it since it’s one of my favourite places to hit when in the US, but I was delighted to see it was pretty much exactly the same! Great food and service.

We kept hearing about this place and we’re excited to finally try it! It was sooo good! Pretty expensive though but the food was great! We will definitely be back! Wish there was one closer to us so we can try like everything on the menu! It was hard to chose what to get because everything looked so good!

Cozy eatery with free wifi, plenty of booth seats, and unlimited refills!

staff is always friendly and love the variety of coffee, drinks, and baked goods! Nice place to hang out with some friends or get some work done! Highly recommend the charged lemonades and bear claw pastry:)

- outside patio, but not always open

This company will sell your fingerprints and palmprints to the highest bidder. Don't trust them. Do not scan your hands for food!

Fresh food, great taste and awesome service. Major upgrade since the last time I was there. Wish I took photos! Ordered the margarita flat bread pizza, smoked chicken sandwich and steak and white cheddar sandwich.

I swear every single time I order from here on Uber/skip for delivery, I’m missing an item. Very disappointing.

Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and a white bread for my 3 years old son and he got a severe food poisoning after eating it. He constantly kept throwing up and we had to rush him to the Emergency in the middle of the night. Never going back there again!

Chocolate chunk cookie
Right when I went into the store, I knew I had to order one of their cookie. Their chocolate chunk cookie was so delicious, one of the best I have tried. It is crispy on the side and near the middle is soft and the chocolate chunk is still melting inside. It was so so good, it is a must try! They are also freshly baked!?

? Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich?
This sandwich includes chipotle sauce with chicken and avocado and some cheese. The bread on the outside is crispy and the whole sandwich is very filling. This is included in a “you pick two” meal which you can pick any two entrees mix and match. But you also have the option to choose a whole sandwich so I did that. It also includes a side, they have healthy options as a side like apple.

️Cafe Latte ️
Their latte actually surprises me, it was very rich in coffee flavour and the cup is very big. They always serve the lattes and coffee non-sweetened, so you can add in the sugar on your own.

If you're ordering ubereats, don't get the soup/mac and soup/mac combo. The portions are so insanely small. Can't believe they sell this 16 bucks before taxes, delivery charge and tip.

This is my go to location. It's always clean and the staff are always very friendly. Thanks for a consistently great experience.

Bread-based coffee-house. This store was clean and cozy. The girl behind the counter was really sweet to everybody. We had tea products so cannot comment on the bread.:)
