I just called to get a takeout sandwich. There's a lady answered the phone. Was very rude! Like very very rude! I asked for Let me look at the menu.in 20seconds she cut off my phone. And then I called back and asked why did she just hang up on me And then she asked me what are you talking about? I don't know what did you say. Ok fine. Then i ordered my food again she Said u want it half? I said yes but can you make it hot? She don't even listening to me ,just keep saying u want it half is half half half! And after that i asked how long i need to wait? I just nearby. And she said u need to come and pay first. Then my question is why I need to get the phone call to you? Why don't I just go and pick up. Because i Don't want to wait! Because i know every time i need to wait 15mins when I get there to order the sandwich. The only thing I was wondering is if you don't want to give the customer service why you pick up the phone? You Don't even listening what i am saying. Very terrible! I've never had such outrageous service
This place never ceases to put smiles on mine and my best friends faces! After organizing and executing the York Pride Festival in Newmarket, it was time for us to travel across the region to return rentals. When we got into Markham we couldn't help ourselves but to stop in for a quick meal. Atshani was absolutely amazing! She provided beyond stellar customer service, we explained to her our busy schedule this past weekend and she made sure she were set up with enough food and drinks to keep us going!

Quick service. But food not too great.the tomato soup was super tangy and the bread was too had to bite even after mildly dipping it. Sandwich was okay!
Was expecting a bit better for the price of the lunch to be honest. The apple I got with my bowl was bruised, and the perportions of the bowl ingredients were off.
Clean, fast service and lots of seating. Great place to work on a computer. Service could be a little friendlier. The style of service felt a lot like a high school cafeteria which was nostalgic and fun. I do suggest they get some smaller spoons for kids! Overall got what I expected, a little pricey though.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received from one of your managers during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the female Pilipino manager was incredibly rude and even resorted to yelling at me, which I found to be completely unacceptable.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, but instead, I was met with hostility and aggression. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also extremely uncomfortable for customers who are trying to enjoy their experience.
I hope that this feedback will prompt you to take action and address this issue with your staff. No one should be subjected to such treatment, and it is vital that you take steps to ensure that all of your customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
Food was very underwhelming for the stupidly high costs. My eating in experienced was ruined by the sound a Pilipino women who I'm assuming to be the manager relentlessly yell at the staff. It's certain that I will never come back nor will my friends or family after hearing about the joke of an experience I had.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the way I was mistreated by a manager at Panera Bread during my time as an Uber driver. As someone who has always strived to provide excellent service to my passengers, I was shocked and upset by the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the manager in question.

Staff are unfriendly and load. They start cleaning 40 mins before closing. They closed the washroom 40mina before closing and I asked them why. They said they wanted to leave early.
