Panino Cappuccino

My pharmacy rep often gets us food from here. Today was the first time the food was awful. I had gnocchi which was too doughy, way too much sauce (which had an awful burnt flavor to it). No parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pasta. Overall a very disappointing lunch.

Cozy place, not the nicest location but at least it's nice inside and it's actual, correctly made Italian food. Hard to find in this city.

Visiting here from Montreal & we were pleasantly surprised with the portions and quality of the food. Hands down the best carbonara I’ve had! The owner & staff are also very friendly which made it a pleasant experience. Atmosphere isn’t exactly kid friendly (small space & can get loud) but we will definitely be back.

Best penne alla vodka I've ever had in my life. And don't sleep on the fried calamari with shrimp yum

I ordered once via Skip the Dishes and wanted to dine in, I tried twice unsuccessfully, the first time they said they had a private event and just now I was told they do pickups only, definitely not giving them another chance and going to close by Italian restaurant "that's Italian"

Good location. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed the pizza. Other dishes looking great. Overall a pleasant lunch

Went to a birthday party. The food was really good. I enjoyed the family style plates. Pasta, pizza, I ate it all. The steak, sausages and potatoes were cooked perfect. I had a great time.

Absolutely love this place! I had been looking for a good Italian place in Toronto for some time and just happened upon it. I'm so glad I gave it a try.

The food is excellent. A good variety of pastas, sandwiches, calzones/pizzas as well as heavier dishes such as steak or salmon. Definitely try the calamari as an appetizer and you can't go wrong finishing the meal with tiramisu.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a very good rapport with their patrons. If there's something on the menu you'd like to swap (rosé sauce for alfredo), they'll find a way to make it happen.

Sure, it's not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for.and it's very worth it. I've been back several times and will continue to go for the great food.

The food was great and the people serving were very nice. The only reason that they didn't score 5 stars was because the seating was on the tight side. Will visit again.

I fell in love with Italian food travelling Italy and in Canada it's rare to get that original style. I love Canadian Italian food too but I was just so happy to taste that authentic flavour I miss from Italy. The service was wonderful, the taste amazing, and I can't wait to go back.

Lunch, foods always great but this time was really slow and not to busy. But always great taste and calve!

Order in if you go. Take out orders often wrong but the food is outstanding. Reasonable prices as well.

Decided to stop by for a pizza. Pizza was very good the service was amazing in the atmosphere the atmosphere was excellent. Was offered an espresso by the owner and was telling me how everything is made fresh and house very good

Wow, wow, wow. What an amazing place. Who knew that this restaurant could exist in such a sketchy plaza? Well, apparently many. I always wanted to try this place after being recommended by two of my friends. Could not be more impressed. Our table shared appetizers; calamari, burratta, Italian spring rolls, as well as a couple of pizzas. All were awesome. Everyone raved about the food. My main was the Pappardelle ai Fungi. OMG. By far the best I have ever had. I just wished they had a tasting menu, as I looked on enviously at the plates others in our party had. Only small issue was that all food was a little slow in coming, and plates were not placed quickly, as we all waited about ten minutes from first main to last main being served. Additionally, they had a limited selection of beer, but may have only have been the night. Stop, do not pass Go. Make a reservation and go there as soon as you can. I know I'm going to go back soon.

Truffle cream pasta was oily for me but other dishes were great:) especially the steak was amazing! And the service was very nice as well as the atmosphere.

I called and asked for a focaccia sandwhich. They said they don't do that sandwiches at night and then proceeded to confirm they did focaccia with prosciutto and boccincini. I got it and it was a pizza folded with old tasting prosciutto. They are an Italian restaraunt yet don't even know what focaccia bread is. Waste of $22

Charles and his team are amazing. We hosted a special event here and the service was extraordinary. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone was blown away.

We had them cater a party for 30 people and the food & service was amazing! Will be ordering from Panino Cappuccino again.

If you’ve never had food from Panino Cappuccino, then your missing out! Once you’ve tried one of their delicious entree’s you look be back for more. As for their catering it is outstanding! Charles and his staff will take of everything for you so you can relax and enjoy the party with your friends and family and nothing for you to clean up. The staff cater to the children's needs so you never have to worry. They are all truly amazing people. Try their food and service just once, and I know you will want to be going back again.

Best Italian restaurant EVER! Amazing service, incredible food, and really great prices. 10/10 recommend!

I had visited this restaurant last night after comparing it to a few others in the area that were rated equally highly. The reason that made me decide to come here over the others was the handful of unique items they had on their menu. The Italian spring rolls and the Spinellos were 2 things that really piqued my curiousity.

From the moment we stepped in the service was incredible. Everyone that we interacted with was so friendly and by the time we left it felt like we were regulars! Our waitress, Rose, was exceptional and really helped take our visit from good to great!

The food itself was very tasty and the portions were on the generous side. We ordered the Calamari, Italian Spring Rolls, Gnocchi, and the Cacciatora Spinello. Everything tasted fresh and handmade. We were pleasantly surprised with the spring rolls and spinello, unique approaches using traditional ingredients!

The place itself is nice and cozy and though we didn't see it, they have a lower portion of the venue that can accommodate events. Worth a serious consideration for the food and service alone!

Definitely worth a visit and I know that I'll be returning in the future!

The food was delicious and great service! We tried the calamari the antipasto the Italian spring rolls rice balls were delicious! We tried their pizza, Penne a la vodka and salmon! Portions are very generous! We finished with a cappuccino, which was also delicious! We were stuffed! Definitely won't be disappointed if you're in the mood for Italian food!

My friend recommended them for catering. I had called and they said the person for catering orders is not there and they suggested I call back. I then sent a email regarding my catering order. The next day I called and got a very rude response that I have to wait for someone to reply to my email and when I questioned if they would reply back in time I was told “that’s the way it is “ I decided to wait another day and call back and was told again the catering person is not there. I then sent another email. It’s been 8 days and my event was 4 days ago and I have yet to receive a reply from them. I suggest don’t waste your time.

Amazing place. The best rose sauce with gnocchi that I ever had. Great ceasar salad bruschetta and fried calamari. Service was amazing and Charlie is the best! A must try place. Great food with great portions and great service. Cater your next function with them.you wont regret it!

I have been eating and ordering from here for yearsss and have never been disappointed. Their food is consistently fresh and deliciously flavored. All dishes whether its apps, pasta or pizza are amazing- even their salads are to die for! Top 5 Italian restaurants in the city if you ask me!

This was one of the best nights of our daughter's life. Celebrating her Holy Communion and 8th Birthday with Family and Friends at Pannino Cappuccino was a wonderful experience. Great food service and a private setting. Thanks for making her day extra special.

I love this place, the food is fresh and authentic. The best hidden gem in the city. If you go ask for Christina to be your server she provides seamless service and always makes our experience here perfect.
