Had our windows replaced upstairs, all black frames - looks beautiful and modern! Next step is replacing our front door and side door. After a positive experience, we sure will get the doors at Panorama as well. Our salesman was Joe, he was very thorough and helped us make the right choice.

The "basic” Windows and doors qualified for the top rebate because they were so good. Tony, our representative, was awesome - straightforward and knowledgeable. He quickly explained the product and process, and worked with us to secure a deal.

The office team kept me updated on progress and anticipated ready and install dates (which were quick!). The installers showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and got right to work. They did an excellent job, and we are thrilled with the finished product and the installed look.

15 windows, 3 sliding doors and beautiful entry door. Big project for us but Panorama windows and doors made our experience exciting. The final part was the door 6 months after the windows. Beautiful.

Got my windows replaced last year. My house definitely improved in value and I can feel the difference in my savings on energy bills. In late December I also got a brand new from door replaced by panorama. I had my installation early February so I was pleased with the turnaround and I absolutely adore my new door. Now that I have nothing more to replace I will certainly recommend panorama to my friends. Yana was a pleasure to work with, provided a great price and responded to my inquiries quickly. All 30 wooden frame windows needed replacement in my two story, walk-out basement home. After numerous discussions and quotes from various window suppliers and installers, I decided to award Panorama windows and doors with the job. Panorama windows and doors provided me with the confidence I needed that they had a superior vinyl window product for the price, comparable warranty and that they could be counted on for an experienced team of installers using a superior installation technique. I chose to go with double 4 mm thick and not triple glazed windows that were Low E 180 and south facing windows that were Low E 272. I am very happy with my decision. Panorama took accurate measurements, were on schedule as to when the installation would occur and had all my 30 windows installed over 4.5 days. They started everyday on time, 9: 00 AM, and always left the work site organized and clean. I inspected every window installation and no shortcuts were taken from the discussed procedure. All existing oak window casings were retained and carefully reinstalled with no damage or fit-up issues. A special thank you goes out to the lead installer Ross (not sure of spelling) and his helper for a job well done!

We had our windows installed by Panorama windows and doors Barrie back in February. We were very happy with the work done by the company that we decided to order 7 new windows.
Our sales representative Otto was very knowledgeable and provided detailed information on all options available to us. The quote was very competitive and affordable to us. Looking forward to a new fresh look the new windows will add to our house.

We just got all of our windows done at the beginning of October (ordered back in may). Everything looks beautiful, there were 3 basement windows that were made wrong, and  panorama was able to get those re-done at a decent time - the additional installation for those is scheduled next week. We understand that sometimes things go wrong, and we were scared that the wait for these 3 windows would be another 4-5 months, but thankfully Panorama was able to accommodate and we really value their approach to making things right. Mistakes happen and problems occur - the most important thing is how the company is able to fix the mistake. We are very impressed with the turnaround, and excited to get the basement all finished next week! Thanks guys, see you again soon.

He also offered triple glass for my master bedroom windows to make it more efficient and soundproof. Great response time, and great product. I replaced all my windows with them in 2016 and recently did my side laundry door. I once had an issue with my front door that it wasn't closing properly and they came in very quickly and fixed it at no charge. Salesman Otto Maan is a true professional at what he does and leaves his personal phone for any future questions. I've texted him here and there and he's been good at replying. I'd recommend this company if you're in the market for windows and doors.

I had all of my windows replaced by Panorama last week and I could not be more pleased. When the job was quoted to me about 16 weeks prior, I immediately felt a level of comfort that I did not feel with the other companies I had quote on the job. Time was spent with me reviewing a number of options for the different types of windows available and the benefits of each. The warranty was also reviewed with me. When the quote was provided shortly thereafter, I was even more pleased. The cost was fair and I was confident in Panorama's ability to do a good job. Fast forward twelve weeks and I honestly would recommend Panorama to anyone and everyone. The installation team was incredible. There was no mess at all, and they really took extra care to have the windows installed properly and finished perfectly. Some of my lower level window areas had some worn-away cement and the capping work that was done is incredible. I also had a large living room window installed (with two panels that open - which I didn't have before) and the finishing on the exterior of the house is A+. My house looks gorgeous AND it's nice to have full-working and energy efficient windows. Thank you to Aizik and the rest of the team for making this the best home improvement project I've undertaken since purchasing my home!

After extensive research into new exterior doors, we worked with Omar on selecting a Panorama fibreglass door. Omar helped us select the right color for our door and took time answering our questions. He made sure the measurements were correct before placing the order. We love our new door and are extremely satisfied with the product.

We have recently had windows installed by Panorama windows and doors. We were very pleased with the easy prompt follow-up with a consultation and quote. The windows were in the bedroom of our 60 year old house and the job was more challenging than expected. We were very impressed with the professionalism and dedication that the installer showed that day. The windows look great and the price was very reasonable and much less than the other quote we were given. We will definitely be using Panorama again when we replace our other windows or doors.

Had 8 windows and 1 door replaced in a sunroom. The quality was exceptional and the workmanship from the installers that came to finish the job was outstanding. They were here for two days and each day they worked very hard and were unobtrusive and left the area clean. Would have them back at my house anytime! Such a great experience!

My parents had Panorama windows and doors install all new windows about 5 years ago so when I needed a new sliding door I called them. I'm very happy I did. The door is beautiful and installation was done in a timely manner. The installers were respectful of my home and did a wonderful job. Moving forward 3 month I needed a little adjustment on the door. We are extremely happy with Panorama windows and doors and Otto Maan. Otto was very helpful throughout our whole remodel and even keeps in touch after the job was completed. The product he sells is excellent but his word and honesty is even better. He never made an promises he couldn't keep and we are very thankful.

This company was recommended by friends, including ones who work in construction. We had many fogging 30-year old windows that needed replacement. The appraiser was timely, careful, answered all my questions, didn't recommend unnecessary work (for instance upgrading to triple pane or replacing entire windows rather than just the glass units). The team to finalize measurements was the same one that showed up on the scheduled day to do the replacements. Everyone on the team was careful, took their shoes off without being asked, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. I did need noise cancelling headphones while they worked, but it was as stressless as it could possibly have been. Will definitely use them again as more aging windows fail.

Needed to replace practically all the windows in my home and the front door. Thankfully, Panorama Windows replacement Barrie helped us through the grant the government is giving out for retrofitting older homes. They helped us cover a large part of the cost, the rest was paid out with their very flexible financing. The window designs really make the home feel much larger and brighter.
