My spouse and I had a very specific look we wanted to achieve. We have unique stone around the house that we wanted to color match the windows to. We were so happy when Panorama was able to accommodate our quirky needs haha our house looks perfect now. Grateful to Joe that he could make this happen for us.

We had work done by Panorama twice now a quite a few years back and I felt compelled to write this review. Our experience with Panorama has been the best of any contractor I have ever hired. They were informative, not pushy, and very professional. They installed all of our windows and reinstalled a door that was incorrectly installed by another contractor. The windows are all functioning like the day they were installed - top quality. They probably aren't the cheapest quote you will get, but you get what you pay for with Panorama windows and doors.

The young man that installed my door was Amazing, he was on time, explained everything he was doing very pleasant I love the door he hung for me it is perfect. Once he was done with the same professional manner he cleaned up the debris. I feel like this was a five star. Experience he was Excellent. Oh did I mention he worked alone very impressive.

I called all Panorama to come out and give me an estimate on replacing some windows at my rental property in Kitchener and the quote they provided me was the lowest I had received. Our sales rep Aizik was personable and able to answer any questions. We felt the price he quoted was reasonable. Installation was weeks earlier than what we expected which was great. The installer worked non-stop for 14 hours including site clean up. From what we can tell the job was flawless and we are happy with quality and appearance of our new windows.

We have a lot of windows in our home that needed to be replaced. It is a huge undertaking and we searched for a really good company that is reputable, would do a decent job and not gouge us on price. After our research, we settled with Panorama Windows and Doors and we were very happy with our choice. Igor was very helpful and worked with us, giving what we needed, made recommendations on which products that would suit our needs and our budget.

We had the original storm windows in our double wide which were not energy efficient at all! We had Panorama Window come out and give us an estimate to replace all the windows and a sliding door.
We also got other estimates and Panorama Window and Doors came in with the best price for the best Windows! Dim and his crew did a wonderful job! We no longer feel a draft and I know our heating bills and cooling bills will drop. I love that the windows tilt in for cleaning and that the screens can slide up and down so you can decide if you want the top or bottom of the window open. All the slider doors that we looked at in both Home Depot and Lowe's or not as nice nor did they slide as nice or have such a nice screen door in them so why I am very happy that we went with Panorama Window! If you are in the market for new windows or doors you should definitely check them out because their estimates are free you have nothing to lose and you will learn a lot and have a lower electric bill!

The new windows add a lot of curb appeal to my cottage renovation. Was worth to wait few months but I undestand this is our new reality.

Just replaced 5 windows in the home. 2 out front, 2 in the basement and 1 in the bathroom. Joe helped us pick out casement, awning and sliding tilt windows with a black design. I ordered my windows back in June, at which point the production schedule was looking like mid September. The clerk from Panorama called and emailed us a few times to notify us of the delays that they were facing and advised us that it was possible our order would take an extra 3 to 4 weeks. Of course this wasn’t the best news, but the poor girl stressed that it was the case with every current order, which is understandable. We got moved to the end of November for the installation, but the clerk called a few weeks ago informing us that our order was ready earlier than expected and was able to accommodate a sooner date for us, which was great news! We also placed an order for our roof to be redone (elsewhere), and due to it being a special order it also took about 5 months until completion. We understand that these delays unfortunately affect many folks out there and we are grateful that last week our windows were installed, just a week after the new roof was done. My wife could not be more excited because now we can proceed to doing some interior renovations, which I have a feeling will only get finished by March of next year HAHA, but it’s the times we’re living in. Thanks Panorama, we appreciate all the follow ups leading up to the installation, and bottom line - we love our new window replacements

We recently got the windows in our house replaced by Panorama Windows and Doors. Our experience with them was absolutely outstanding from the beginning till the end. Aizik was our sales representative. He was quick, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also gave us an amazing quote backed by an amazing warranty. Aizik was definitely one of the reasons we decided to go ahead with Panorama as opposed to other contractors. The installation was also fantastic. It was done a bit ahead of time then initially agreed, which was great. Our installation technician was Alex. Alex was extremely professional and very prompt. His crew was hard-working and focused on accomplishing the task. They installed the windows with minimal damage to the interior and exterior of the house and performed a very good keen up. Alex and his crew had great attention to detail and made sure every window opens and closes like a breeze. Panorama Window supplied great product and provided excellent installation. We were replacing two exterior doors and wanted something more unique for the entry door and after getting some quotes from different suppliers we went with Panorama. From our first visit to the showroom all the people we have dealt with have been great and provided a lot of good information with no pressure. We were very impressed with the quality of their products.

We were concerned about the installation process as we have had friends with some issues with other window and door companies, Alex assured us the installers Panorama has were a select few and maintain a high standard.
Dim and Serge who came to do the install were top notch and performed a quality installation. Dim also came to the house after our choices were made with Aizik to verify measurements and make sure the products would fit properly.

We originally started our search in March 2020, just as things were turning. We put the decision on hold until we were more financially stable. After 6 in-person meeting with companies we went with Panorama. We feel the product is good and will last while we live in the house. The price was not the lowest, but based on quality and reviews, we felt is was the best bang for the buck. The final decision was Joe, our sales rep. He helped us understand the process and what we are getting for our investment. He was friendly and open n about everything. He make sure to set appropriate expectations on delivery based on the current shortage on everything.

Panorama installed windows in our home about 7 years ago. This year, we experienced some problems with the windows. One called to Panorama, and they were at our home within a day or two working on the issue. They've replaced all of the windows without any fuss, and took responsibility for the performance issue of the product. I would not hesitate to work with Panorama again, not would I hesitate to highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Panorama for both door and window replacements. There were a few issues along the way during the process that were quickly resolved by Panorama windows and doors replacement and always in our favour which is not something you find often these days. Installation was great, it’s very clear that they work at a high standard. It’s a night and day difference compared to our old windows and doors. All of this and they were by far the cheapest quote we got from 4 companies that we contacted. We will definitely use them again for anything else we need.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had such an excellent experience using Panorama I had to. We worked with Aizik who did an awesome job getting everything lined up for us. The installer Paul was always on time and easily the best remodel guy we have ever worked with - What a pro. Scheduling the different steps went smoothly. No complaints at all. We got exactly what we wanted and are very happy.

We really like the look and the quality of the windows installed, and we have had many compliments by people who really liked the windows. The staff that installed the windows were very responsible, and they were respectful and wore masks while inside. We had an issue with one of the sashes and Panorama windows and doors replaced the sash, no problem. The customer service staff was also responsible and timely in their responses. This is the second time recently we have used Panorama windows replacement, and we would definitely use them again.

Wow! Our new windows are phenomenal! We can see the views better and can already appreciate the improved insulation. We're extremely pleased with all aspects of the process from estimates, measurements, and especially the quality installation. Efficient, thorough, and talented installers went above and beyond to be sure everything was done to perfection. No muss, no fuss, cleaned everything up at the end of each day and the completion of the project. Worth every penny.

Windows look great as well and it's nice that it reduced the outdoor noises. We've also noticed that our furnace isn't running as much. The installers were wonderful and clearly know what their doing. Overall, we've had a pleasant experience and highly recommend Panorama windows and doors Kitchener.

I CALLED 4 COMPANIES FOR QUOTES ON JUST 3 WINDOWS I WANTED TO REPLACE. PANORAMA WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT RESPONDED EVERY TIME I CALLED AND CAME OUT TWICE DURING THIS PANDEMIC. I KNOW I WAS A BIT OVERBEARING JUST FOR A FEW WINDOWS BUT 1 WAS BROKEN AND I WANTED SOMETHING DONE QUICKLY BUT I ALSO HAD ALOT OF QUESTIONS. I would highly recommend them! I recently had 10 windows from original house built in 1969 replaced. They took their time not to mess up our siding, were professional, and finished the job in a day. It was the most expensive stress less home remolding experience I have ever had. They even hung back my bathroom blind. Plus the windows look great and already have seen a savings in my utilities bill!

We’d just bought a fixer-upper in a very reputable neighborhood, and it was in need of a serious remodel-nearly every room in the house. We weren’t sure whether or not we should get new windows even though we knew the house needed them badly. Quality windows come at a cost, and we could’ve easily used that money in other places. We bit the bullet, and I called Panorama. Joe were very informative, professional, and always punctual. They laid the whole process out for us, and their team in the office gave us weekly updates on the production of our Panorama VP windows. Once the windows arrived (approx 11 weeks), Poul and Kerry install team showed up at the house and installed 16 windows and a set of French doors in two days. The finished product is mind-blowing! Blocks out almost all the neighborhood noise, and I’m looking forward to seeing how our energy bill is reduced through the summer months. The exterior looks completely updated. We couldn’t be happier that we took the leap and bought new windows from Panorama! We’d highly recommend all our friends and family use them in the future!
