This Saturday patio door replacement. Denis did great job. Yana office assistant was very nice and friendly.

We just had our windows replaced 2 days ago. It was a long wait, and funny enough they were still delivered earlier than our new kitchen, which was ordered roughly around the same time. We love the workmanship and the windows, the house feels warmer and less noisy. Worth the wait!

Paul and his crew just completed the windows and 2 doors at my house.

I waited for so long to have this done. The turnaround was actually a lot quicker than we expected. We were aiming for May, but it was already done just b4 Easter. The installers worked tirelessly and put so much effort and attention to detail into this important project. We have a lot of renovations ahead, but we are hoping to have the front door done either in fall or next spring. We will definitely recommend you guys to our friends.

Their prices where reasonable compare to other windows and doors company, they also ensure the measurements are correct by sending another person to double check, they are timely and very great to work with, Denis was amazing, he did a wonderful job. 6 months ago I was still afraid of Covid and didn’t let anyone in my home. We had a kid shoot our sliding door with a BB gun or a sling and it shattered to bits. We had no choice but to shop for a new patio, and we decided to replace the front door too because it was getting old, builder grade. I found panorama windows and doors on HomeStars, checked out the reviews and took a chance. Jana from their office sent me some literature to my email. I was sceptical at first, but Jana explained how each product worked and what advantage or disadvantage it may have. Panorama came a little more expensive on the tilt door, but a bit cheaper on the front door. I went ahead because I felt comfortable and I trusted these guys. Yesterday the installer Denis left my house and here is the result (pictures)
5 star experience, very happy with the outcome. My favourite part is that the screen retracts and you cannot see it, it’s not in the way right now during cold months. Very good job! You will owe me a lot of referral cheques I’ve been telling all my friends about it! ;-)

We had our front door replaced with Panorama Windows & Doors. The door looks beautiful and makes our house look more modern. We got an oversized 8 foot tall door and our rep Joe recommended a multi-point lock. The door is secure, modern and works well so far! Simply wow. Panorama certainly came through for us! We had some windows, front door, side door and a brand new tilt and turn patio door. I have never gotten so many compliments from my neighbours and friends. Even though it’s still cold we did a barbecue last weekend and had some people over, the tilt and turn door definitely got the most attention and now all my friends want to switch their patio sliding doors to the same one we just got! Even just carrying trays of food back and forth was so convenient with this new door, needless to say my wife is very happy about the upgrades - after all she was the one who convinced me to get this product that I’ve never really seen around before. Aside from all the praise for your product I must also thank your wonderful team of installers who not only did an impeccable job with installation, but also took the time to explain how to use and maintain our new replacement doors and windows. Also special thanks to Joe for providing a decent price, and very reasonable turn around time considering the weather right now. I worked with Joe from panorama to get my new front door. I love the outcome. The door replacement was quick and the installers left my home clean and tidy. I can't say enough good things about Panorama windows and doors. We've used them on two separate occasions. They were professional, provided outstanding reliable service, communicated well from every department from the sales rep, to scheduling, to installation, to inspection and even brought us a box of chocolates to say thank you. Their prices were competitive and also were willing to work with us on price negotiation, and every person I dealt with was friendly, trustworthy, accommodating, and provided the solution we needed. A couple windows had small issues after installation, so they had a scheduler and technician respond quickly and solve the problems efficiently. The windows are made in Ontario and the quality is excellent. We can no longer hear traffic noise and the house is noticeably warmer in winter. Highly recommend them!

We wanted to renovate our whole house. One of the things that we wanted to do was to change the windows. We contacted this company to execute the job. They sent a reliable and efficient technician who carefully worked on the task but still completed it on schedule. We loved the new windows.

Did a nice job! We replaced all the doors and windows in our house at 1 time. Had a "personal mid-job breakdown", but the Otto was very attentive, listened to my concerns and came to our house the next morning to resolve the issue. He offered a few different options to address our concerns. Looking back, we are pretty sure we ended up doing exactly what his team had planned the entire time, the install team just had not communicated those details very well. However, he never made us feel bad or that we had wasted his time but was very professional. Great company to do business with.

Great tilt and turn windows. We renovated our home and installed new windows and French doors. Aizik was great explaining about the product. And indeed once installed we could really see how airtight and secure they are. Love the looks and the fact that I can open them wide and clean then from inside! Also great customer service. The doors couldn't lock easily, we called Aizik and the technician came right away and adjusted it so it is very easy now. I highly recommend! High quality at reasonable price.

The rep who came out and gave me an estimate was very professional. I feel he could have been more detailed about the different window options. I think because I was female he did not. However, I am pleased with my windows. It took a while to get them and I had to keep calling to check the status instead of being called with an update. The person who came was a contractor. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the mess from the old windows. I felt he should have asked me if I wanted to keep my old windows which two wasn't broken. But after he finished we reviewed the job together and I told him I was pleased. So he left. My experience was a good one. If i need windows for the future it will be Panorama windows and doors.

Amazing customer service I can’t wait to get my patio doors, the gentleman I talked to was very helpful, I have had friends recommend this company and I can see why.

We had contacted them for a quote to replace all doors and Windows in our home. When Aizik reached out to us, he promptly booked in for him to come measure everything and get us a quote. We had 4 companies total come do an estimate, and Panorama was by far the leader of the 4. They were honest, quick at responding, and very competitive with price (not the cheapest, but there is a reason for that). Come to the installation, we were booked for the first week of August, and they all the Windows & doors were on time. The installers were great, and went above and beyond in some instances. They were here the full week (5 days), but at the end it had looked like nothing in the house was changed. The house was put back together to how it was prior to them coming, and a walk through was completed. I would recommend Panorama to anybody, and any future window replacement in the future, I will for sure be using Panorama. I had nothing but a positive experience with them.

I am so happy with the new windows. Have noticed a difference in the temperature of the house and the also less 'road traffic' noise. The two young men who installed them were great in getting them in quickly despite the -5 weather. I especially love the kitchen window. Will recommend Ike and his company to anyone needing new windows.

This is my first time using Panorama Windows and they were fantastic! The windows were back ordered a bit due to the pandemic, but this is completely understandable. Rustam and Kerry were the gentlemen installing the windows and they did an AMAZING job! The were on time, efficient, very professional and respectful. They moved all of the furniture back into place and did an excellent job with clean up afterward. They even fixed 2 window sashes that were not right to make sure that the windows were safe before finishing. They did an excellent job and the windows are beautiful! Highly recommend!

We had three patio doors and a bay window replaced. We really appreciated the communication before, during and after the installation. They walked us through the process of the bay window giving us all the possible situations. So we were well prepared when they had to replace the siding below the window.
Their work was professional, prompt and complete. They did a great job at cleaning up after each day.

I had all the windows on my house (8 windows) replaced. I had this done by Panorama windows and doors over 2 years ago. From the moment I contacted them for an estimate, discussing payment options and installation, all went very smooth. I have had no issues with any of the windows or installation. We are very happy with Panorama. I plan to contact them this month to replace two additional windows

We had an old house with two small antique quarter round windows on the attic that no longer opened since the contractor renovated the house. We had various people looked at them but because they were afraid of breaking the glass, nobody was ever able to open them. A window company gave us a quote of $5K+ many years ago to remake those windows which we opted out so the windows remain closed for years. Finally during the pandemic, I worked from home and really wished for fresh air from the window. Was even thinking of the $5K+ option (could be more since the quote was given years ago). Then I gave another try to have someone to fix. I had a virtual meeting with Alex from Panorama Window. He came next week and got the windows open! Everything was done in an efficient and punctual manner! Service fee is very reasonable. I wish I could have found the company years ago!

I contacted Panorama windows replacement because a contractor has used them quite a few years ago to install a kitchen window in my house. I had already gotten a couple of other quotes that I wasn't really happy with when I remembered to look back through my files on the kitchen reno and find out who my contractor had used for the kitchen window. I am really happy I did because Panorama did an excellent job from start to finish. The price was very reasonable and included the outside trim, which they painted with my exterior house paint. The two guys who came to do the install were very skilled at solving all the problems involved in putting new windows into a 1912 house, and Alex came around during the install to check a couple of details we'd talked about when he came to give us the original quote. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you have an older house that requires more care and attention during the install.

Panorama is honestly the greatest company I have ever come across. My wife and I needed new windows in our sunroom before our baby arrived in early June. Azik and the folks at Panorama did everything they could and got the windows installed in less than 8 weeks (the week before our due date). My message to would be customers: hire Panorama - you won’t be disappointed!

Great service right from when we entered the showroom. We purchased a quality door at a very reasonable price. Installation didn't occur until quite some time after that due to higher demand brought on by Covid-19. But they were completely honest about how long it would be and most of the delay was from the factory as the door was made to order. Once they received the door, they sent a crew to install it in a very reasonable amount of time. Even with Covid the salesman's visit & installation was highly professional. All questions & concerns were addressed. There was a delay for installation due to Covid but the installation itself went very smoothly. Now that the door is in place not only are we very pleased but we have had very positive comments from from neighbours.

We had an awesome experience with Panorama Windows today! Our appointment window was 7am to 9am we were contacted at 7: 30 the guy's arrived at 8 and worked practically until 2 pm non stop.
They were professional, courteous and knew their stuff! They were very respectful to our home both inside and out and cleaned everything up immaculately.
