Cozy little spot with a nice view of the water. My husband and I took the day off and enjoyed a delicious, fresh breakfast with great coffee. The waitress was a sweetheart. When we have another day off in the future we will make the 20 minute drive to come here for breakfast. Lovely service and good food and treats.

Cute place. Came in with my husband for a coffee, espresso and a tart. Was asked to pay in advance, sat down and waited half an hour before coffee arrived. Never saw the tart, even though it was in the glass casing- was told it was being "prepared" had to ask for a refund. This happened yesterday.

Came in today had your carrot cake and tea with friends very disappointed cake was dried out

My wife and 4 of her friends meet here at least two to three times a week and spend upwards of $20.00 per person for breakfast spending on the day all year round but today they were asked to leave before they had a second cup of coffee after a breakfast bill of $30.00 I don't think she or any of our friend will be going there very soon if again. If this were a very good place I don't think they would be so flippant with their regular customers when we support them all year, not just for the summer.

Delightful little breakfast cafe. Service was exceptional our waitress was very friendly. Definitely a must visit when you're in Port Perry

NO, it’s not just tea, it’s a bit of EVERYTHING. Sandwich, scone, butter tart, and tea with a little bit of jam and whipped cream.
YES, there are other delectable fares to eat but in two years living in PP I’ve never deviated, but my family has. I didn’t even know what AFTERNOON TEA was. Take a chance and go to the bottom of Queen turn right at River and your there!

Pantry shelf catered my father's funeral recently. They were excellent to work with and food was delicious. Highly recommended to anyone for catering or if you want to stop in on water Street in Port Perry. Thank you pantry shelf

Always love going to the Pantry Shelf. If you are in a rush, go elsewhere. Typically slow, laid back country service. (2nd time I have had to request menus, as we were forgotten by the server.). However we're still going back again and again as the food and ambiance are so good.

Very enjoyable breakfasts and butter tarts to die for. Tried a vegan sandwich and it was super. Price point is not too bad. Worth a visit if you're in PP.
