Papa John's Pizza

The best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. The options are amazing and the price is great. The customer service was 5/5. Would continue to order from here!

Just called to try papa Johns and the guy was rude to my girlfriend on the phone, telling her to hurry up and order because they’re busy and ignoring her when she said she wanted a large cheese pizza. Will never call back or try again; shame cause we order pizza at least twice a month.

One of my favorite pizza places. I would say stick to the original style pizza. I had the cheese filled crust pizza and it was decent but it wasn't as good. The toppings were kind of falling off. Their chicken bites is also good.

Started order from this location again, they have really stepped up their game. Great pizza!

Tried to give this location a few more shots but whoever was working during our last order really ruined it. Upon pick up I politely asked if the chicken bites could be tossed with a bit more sauce and a lady interrupted from the back to say "that's all the sauce they get". Look at my picture and draw your own conclusions. Already reached out to customer service and haven't received a response.

Pizza is always made perfectly, staff are friendly and it’s not a busy location so you always get your pizza asap. The ingredients and quality are always worth it.

Pizza is greasy and sloppy. Wings under cooked. Got sick once and gave them a second shot. Sick again! Servers are nice. Food is bad.

Made us sick. Personally never really had a problem till now when 3 out of 4 people in my family got sick from the pizzas we had gotten the pizza was warm not hot and was extremely rubbery in texture 60 dollars in pizza and no one wanted to eat anymore due to how bad it was. Don’t exactly recommend

Be careful with the flyers coming in to your mailbox. Restaurant didn’t even have a clue -or want to honour it- even with their phone number and address on the paper? Then, way too many rules about how to have it created? Like what are we living in 1988, still? No thanks, went to Dominos down the way instead - had our pizza just the at we like it and for less!

Best pizza in town. Staff is friendly and my order was ready in time when I arrived at papa John's in Stoneycreek. It was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

This is not my kind of pizza and wings so others will probably like it but I did not.
The pizza sauce was sweet and the pizza was not hot or crispy. The wings were cooked and the Buffalo sauce was tasty the wings themselves were gummy and not hot. They tasted as if they were fatty. I will not be going back.

Ordered Pizza with creamy garlic base, it was one if best & authentic taste. Also garlic knots were perfect sides

I went to this location today to try a Papa John’s
Pizza. I had a coupon for a large 4 topping. I requested
thin crust, light sauce and DID not request well done.
This pizza hardly had the regular amount of pepperoni
on it as it shows on their menu let alone double
pepperoni as requested. There were very small
amounts of mushroom and bacon as well. Anyone
can see in the attached photos that the toppings
are very sparse and the pizza is overcooked.
Needless to say, I am NOT IMPRESSED with the
quality or customer satisfaction that this place
promises. I have tried to upload photos without
success. It seems this site makes it difficult.
I will attempt to add photos because a picture is
worth a thousand words for all to see. The cheaper
chain pizzas are far better than this pizza.
Today May 4, I was able to add the photo of the
pizza ordered with double pepperoni. Anyone can
see there is not even regular amounts of pepperoni
given by other pizza stores on this pizza, let alone
double. NEVER AGAIN

I loved Papa Johns back when I lived on Long Island for a bit, but I didn't have the same experience here. Generally chewy and bland dough, sort of undercooked, and nothing special about the sauce or toppings, we didn't enjoy the pizza. Our garlic sauce also came solidified - if you havent had Papa Johns before, its suppose to look like melted butter. I did really enjoy the stuffed cheese sticks.

This location really disappointed me as this was my first time trying Papa John's. We ordered in advance, I went to pick up the food at the time I requested, they forgot to make some of the food so everything else was cold but the items they forgot to make. I asked to be contacted to see if they could fix the situation, however, 3 weeks later I have not hear anything and probably won't hear anything. We won't be returning customers.

Thought I'd give them a try, tomato sauce is kind of sweet and odd, crust was really good but barely any toppings, similar to what someone else said. Guy that took my order seemed super grumpy and almost annoyed that the phone rang, won't order again, just average.

The staff are extremely rude. Word of advise, ask for you receipt not just the debit/credit receipt, ask for the papa johns receipt, have heard from many other customers that they will charge you an extra 10% as a tip and you just assume that it was a bit expensive and go on your way. I was charged $13.74 for a medium pepperoni pizza for my kids while there flyer had a large 2 topping advertised for $9.99. I questioned the staff and was told that expired mean while they had these flyers in stacks by the store front entrance. To top it all off the pizza was complete garbage, I've had better pizza from a roach coach thats probably a day old than papa John's. Worst experience ever, pizza lovers be wary.

First time ordering from Papa Johns, Stoney Creek. It was really good and I recommend them 100%.

The guys working have always been welcoming. The papadias is to die for i will definitely be ordering from there again! Way to go papa johns!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Attempted to charge me twice and did not complete my order. Had the attendant argue with me over whether the order was paid and I had to get a screenshot of the bill to which he said “c’mon buddy you know the phone you should know”. I should know? You should know some customer service before you open a franchise. Called back and said I didn’t receive the rest of the order and I wasn’t returning and he said “we don’t want you coming back anyways”. No ethics or business approach. I have never had such a hard time and was not given an apology; I was in fact chastised as if it were my mistake and was spoken to as if I did not understand. First and last time.

First time trying Papa John's pizza. Not impressed. Very expensive for the quality of the pizza. Hardly any toppings, garlic dip was disgusting. Probably the worst pizza in this area. Dominoes or pizza inferno down the street are way better.

Ordered a large 3 topping with 2 extra dips for pick up and they charged me $18.99+tax. Definitely overpriced especially when the flyer I was looking at had a large 2 topping for $9.99. The quality was pretty middle of the road, not to mention the one extra (pizza sauce) dip I paid for, was only 1/4 full. Probably won't order from here again.

Ordered a large got a medium, barely any toppings and the yellowish garlic sauce they give, not good. Will not order again from here.
