PEOPLE OUT TO PLEASE GOT A PERFECT $1399 L 4 item. Asked and received 2 items on entire and 1/2 with 2 items and other 1/2 with 2 other items. Pizza was great.really good crust. Very clean and friendly in 20 min.
The health inspector needs to come to this location immediately. At this location they handle cash then handle your pizza. I never been so disgusted in my life.the supervisor wears sandals no socks.what happened to non slip saftey shoes? I literally requested a refund after witnessing nobody wash their hands. I do not believe they know the word "Hygiene" This is place is disgusting and needs to be invested immediately.
This used to be my favorite pizza! Something drastically changed recently. Ordering a 3 pizza special, what arrived almost an hour later (from 5 blocks away, I could have walked there and back 4 times) was some kind of fibreboard covered in a mealy latex like material they seem to have swapped out cheese for. One of the least edible dining experiences since eating at the Rivoli once. At the behest of my SO I actually called to complain and was shunted to the website where I undertook their thinly veiled consumer information questionnaire to air my grievances. I recieved an email back very promptly stating I would receive a full credit for the meal, applied to my phone number in their system. A week passes and I'm thinking, maybe they ran out of cheese that day, requiring the use of napkins soaked in grease and generously salted in lieu of mozzarella. I placed my order again, using my number and sensing something was wrong, I called when the pizzas were en route (papatrack ftw) to confirm the credit has been applied. After I repeated what I wanted to know 4 times, the quasi-somnambulant person on the other end advised me that only a manager could approve my credit and would be coming on shift in approximately 50 minutes. Probably.
"Probably"?
I politely thanked the person and rung off. The "pizza"-like objects that arrived were no better than last time and I silently mourned the toppling of a pizza-legend. Because after all that, I am never, ever ordering anything from Papa-Johns ever again.
My first and last time ordering from here. If it was possible I would give them a zero rating because I was asked to give my credit card information for an online refund. They asked me for my credit card number, date of expiry, and security number for my refund. Which is extremely odd. I hope that Papa Johns Head Office takes a look at the fraudulent store taking unnecessary information from their customers.
Bad customer service. The order taker didn’t accept my order half and half pizza and said “it’s against our standards” which is ridiculous because I have been eating from papa johns half and half for the past 5 years.
Location at College Lansdowne DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I would give 0 stars if it were possible. This location is the worst! The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful whenever there is something wrong with your order. My husband and I have had to deal with being laughed and mocked over the phone when we call with a concern. They don't own up to their mistakes and they act like the customer is the problem.
The female working here laughed at us when we called to say that they made our pizza wrong. She hung up on us so we called back. She would pick up the line and immediately hang up again. I called from a different number and she answered thinking it was a different caller, she flat out lied to me about hanging up and then hung up on me again. All we were trying to do was have our order corrected because we did not get what we paid for. And one of our pizzas were burnt to a crisp and was pretty much garbage.
Another employee named AJ has also been extremely rude to us over the phone. He talks over you and dismisses everything you say. They don't care about customers at all, they dont know how to make pizza & they just want your money. WE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO MAKE OUR FOOD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN! Papa Johns, this location makes you look bad. We will be telling everyone we know to never buy from this location ever again.
Our first time trying Papa John's anywhere. This was a good choice! Cheerful, customer-friendly phone in inquiry and order, super efficient and friendly delivery to our door! Delicious pizza and wings. Recommended and thank-you!
Pretty decent pizza. We had a large veggie pizza with 4 toppings. It was really cheap as they had offer for 11.99 going on. The only caveat being this store does not have any dine in space. So, if you are planning to go, make sure its for take out. Everything else was okay at this place. Nothing too fancy as one would expect.
I always order food from this location. Food is great, staff is very friendly and delivery is so fast. Always get fresh and hot food. Highly recommended pizza place.
One of the best pizza place in heart of the city. The manager gave me an amazing deal on pizza just loved the taste and an amazing price deal they got it here.
My husband and I have eaten from here thrice after the change in management and we've been thrilled with the experience. We're eating from there again today!
We've gotten garlic parmesan breadsticks, which are incredibly fresh, soft and delicious. The portions are also great. We've gotten both vegetarian and meat pizzas and have enjoyed both. They've had an offer running for large pizzas with 4 toppings of choice and it's fantastic value for money! We've tried their garlic knots too which are the best I've ever had! Their signature Papa John's garlic butter is definitely the highlight though - paired with all that fresh-from-the-oven bread, these meals have been some our best.
The pizza is pretty decent, just wasn’t really used to the cheese being on top and the toppings below it. But the service was great and they offered this nice garlic spice to sprinkle on top. There isn’t space to eat inside though. It’s more a place to just pick up your pizza, unless it wasn’t open due to covid? Or I missed it?
