ZERO stars! This is an exemplary store for mismanagement. There were 11 people working on the shift, 3 making the orders and the other 8 all scrambling and bumping into each other. Orders coming out of the printer were thrown in the air, some landing on the preparation table, others on the floor, who cares. That’s why some boxes were ready but missing their order label. This meant that these boxes were opened every time to check which is which. Customers got angry to the extent that they started asking for refunds after waiting for one full hour. At this point, they might as well change the ownership of this location.

Philly cheesesteaks pizza was a solid 3.2/10
First time there. Quick service! Was hoping for a better quality pizza tho!

Loved their garlic bread, found service bit slow May be coz of the weekend or another factor as it’s the only store in Milton area unlike dominos

Very disappointed with today’s experience.this store is my go to store once in a week for carry out.today I ordered i large pizza.it was burned and manager name Ruwan- not sure if he is a manager or not told me pizza are like this… ya right I am eating first time pizza in my life.and than he said even if i prepare again he will like this…

Later I learned that 2 nice guys who used to work there have left the work.not worth to pick up pizza from this store anymore.they don’t respect customers i don’t believe we are interested to have food from here anymore

I had the worst food ordering experience.
1. The pizza wasn't good at all.the cheese smell bad and there is no common pizza smell at all. Beside the garlic sauce looked like was expired!

2. As to the attached receipts the man who's taking orders cheated me by a very bad and silly way. I've ordered the pizza as offerd of (two medium two topping pizzas) for $ 18.99. I just told him, because I want to double the offer which is mean I have 4 pizzas of 8 toppings, make two of them with one topping only and other two with 3 toppings still we're into 8 toppings only, he accepted that and said OK.however he changed the price of the pizzas with 3 toppings to the something out of the offer I've asked for and charged me $4.5 more!
3. Never come back!

Pizza is great every time! Consistent & restaurant is super clean with very friendly staff! All around awesome! Love the medium bacon pizza!

Pre ordered and they took 40 min to make 1 pepperoni pizza. Went through a couple of "10 more minutes. " I paid as soon as I got there the first time.

Sent my husband in at the 40 min mark to be told the pizza wasn't paid for.

Haven't ever had this much hassle to grab 1 basic pizza.

I recently visited this Milton store it’s a one of busiest pizza store in Milton.
Had to wait few minutes as well. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and the pizza was delicious. The menu had a wide variety of options, and the prices were reasonable. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend this pizza store to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable experience.

Empty. Kids play with dough. Unprofessional. Lie about missing or faulted orders. Yuk pizza. Sign burnt out outfront like I dont give a beep about my business attitude. And you wonder why your swatting Flys with no business.

Papa John's is good pizza, plain and simple. It is the clear winner of all the chains in town in terms of taste, preparation and quality of ingredients. Couple this with their timely and excellent service and there is none better in my view. Their pizza is the best.

The sides are another story, not my preference in any case and Papa John's is no different than any of the others, too fatty, too salty and too pricey. But having said that, the pizza is all I order and of the dozen or so times I've ordered from Papa John's, I've not once been disappointed or dissatisfied, hence the 5 stars.

Place was busy. Glad I ordered online for pickup. My order was ready right on time. Service was good. Pizza was also good. Preferred the regular crust over the well done one.

It’s amazing pizza comparing to other pizzas especially it is not too much oil and always felt pizza still warm as like it just baked. My favour-ate pizza anyway

First tasted their pizza in Chicago. We love them so much we always pass by in Belleville. Now they are 12 km away we will be visiting them a lot. Not as good as in Chicago, but it's the best here in Mississauga.

Worst Pizza Ever! Was delivered with uncooked meat and sauce tasted sour, was delivered cold. Asked for NO onions but was delivered with onions & they argued they didn't write it down so there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed as PAPA JOHNS pizza is usually very good in other cities/towns.

Definitely one of the worst Pizza location in the area, the crust was nothing less than a rubber and the toppings were scarce to nothing and the taste was bland.
Would not recommend you are looking for drunk food.

Great pizza, and very friendly staff. Always willing to accommodate special toppings. Staff is always offering deals even when I dont ask, which is nice. Clean environment, just a bit noisy and hard to understand the cashier, or maybe I'm just a bit hard of hearing lol.

I always order my pizza with extra cheese, and every time I order pizza from this location, they don’t understand my request for extra cheese as it looks normal, I mean I can see gaps of cheese missing on the pie, the location in Burlington I go to as well from time to time are far better, they understand the request for extra cheese that I can’t. See the sauce as it’s tucked under the cheese and toppings. I am always dissappointed when this happens as I feel like I have wasted my topping.

My wife and I love their pizza. I was happy they opened up here as I used to live in the states and loved Papa John's. The sauce is sweet and they always include a hot pepper and free garlic dip with all their pizzas. My only wish is that it is closed to our house. Staff here is very friendly as well.

Brand new, it is very clean and well organized. Staff are friendly. These poor souls are working through the coronavirus lockdown and they're baking pizza under excruciating hot and humid summer conditions. There is a plexiglass wall and we're talking through masks making communication difficult and yet they're trying their best.

I ordered the special for the grand opening of the store - a large, four-topping pizza for only $11.99 and this three-topping "Papadias" for $7.99. What an awesome deal!

The pizza wasn't bad - they certainly don't skimp on ingredients - mine were pepperoni, bacon, 'shrooms and onions. A little bland on taste but not oily and certainly not salty (considering my choice of salty meats!). It was tasty, certainly not the worst, but not bad. It's a nice fluffy pizza and they include this garlic butter dipping sauce and a cute little hot pepper to taste. 8 out of 10. Perhaps it could have cooked just a minute or two longer to crisp up the ingredients? C'mon - a 14" pizza for 12 bucks in 2020?

The papadias? Surprisingly, I liked it even more. My choice of toppings were pepperoni, bacon and 'shrooms. It was delicious! 10/10. Not only that, but it can easily satisfy two people. Next time, the Philly Cheese Steak variation. This papadias is like a small pizza loaded with toppings and then folded in half - sort of New York Style of enjoying pizza where they commonly fold the slice in half. It is yummy. Maybe they use a different dough for this selection.

Dinner for two was $22 and change and there were enough leftovers for a light lunch for both of us the next day. Not a bad deal?

You don't wait long, your pizza is ready in 15 minutes or less.

4/5 but with staff working under a heat alert baking pizza during a pandemic, I'm gonna bump 'em up to a well-deserved 5/5.

Update: Yesterday, a week after my first visit, I ordered the walk-in grand opening special I asked for it to be well done. What a difference! The flavour was brought out so much I didn't find myself dunking the slice in that garlic butter to add flavour. Superb! For whatever reason they tend to under cook their pizzas. Ask for well done. Yummy!

UPDATE (November, 2020) : Another case of the nickel-and-diming epidemic sweeping Milton restaurants nowadays. Order the walk-in special in advance, $12.99 for a large pizza and $4.00 for the extra large, is convenient. But somehow, seeing as you weren't there to watch them prepare it, it seems light on toppings? Extra pepperoni.is really just the same amount of pepperoni on your last order by telephone when it was just one single topping of pepperoni.

On the other hand, if you WATCH them make the same pizza, completely different story. Adequate amounts of toppings. Strange, huh?

I understand restaurants are hurting through this pandemic.and really, who is not? The media encourage us to spend locally and we try.

But again, I feel short-changed as an original customer posting a heartfelt positive feedback score.and then getting gypped on ingredients.

Update - they seem to have listened to customers and are taking good precautions now. I went in today after 7 months and was pleased to see the proper windows, masks, etc. Good precautions against covid and pizza was ready on time! Back up to 4 stars

Terrible experience at this restaurant. My plan ahead order came over 40 minutes late. The pizza was extremely cold because of it and the pizza looked like it flipped over in the car from the driver scrambling to make it in time. When I called the restaurant, the manager was rude and offered me no help to fix the issue. I'm not coming back

When I was reading these reviews about that last Friday incident, I wish to add my view regarding this incident as I was there at that time picking up my pizza. I really saw how the staff tried make things right at that time. There was some problem with their labeling system and the process get delayed. A lot of people were waiting and the staff was very apologetic for the delays. They even offered to refund the money for the pizza to me for the delay and I refused that noticing their efforts. Except the delay their pizza was great and one of the best pizzas I ever had. I will definitely go back to them.

So called Manager ROWAN needs training how to deal with customers.says open till 12am. I called to make sure. He says 12am. I get there at 1130pm and he is turning off lights and locking door. I told him I was the one who called. He was rude and disrespectful
Wish I can put zero stars because that's what I think of Rowan and his so called Manager skills. HE NEEDS TO FIND A NEW JOB.

I ordered takeout online, arrived about 25 mins after I placed the order. I still had to wait. The pizza is awful. I took one bite and almost spat it out. The dough tastes like cardboard! They got my chicken bites order wrong- I ordered buffalo and got plain. They also tasted like cardboard and very (too) salty.

Another thing I noticed was the 2 employees working there parked right at the front door. You would think they would leave those spots for their customers.

I highly recommend you stick with your regular spot. Papa John's is pure garbage.

For a fairly new location, they are doing very well for themselves so far, Im a big papa johns pizza fan and am excited to see the new things they can or will offer later on. My first time trying it after so long and the pizza was so delicious! Love their cheese sticks!

Papadia is the best sammich I have ever had. Philly steak all day! Great food with awesome customer service!
