Papa Johns Pizza

Went to this store along with my friend all the way from brampton on new year, there was a girl by the name divya, she suggest me to have the garden fresh pizza with butter chicken base and that pizza was amazing, and amazing service by that girl.

My experience at Papa John's last night was disappointing. I noticed that none of the workers were wearing hand gloves, and one employee, who had just come in from outside wearing a winter hat, started making pizza without washing his hands. To make matters worse, I found what seemed to be a steel pin, possibly a stapler pin, in my pizza while chewing.
It’s not recommended at all…. Please eat hygiene food and don’t go there.

I was disappointed with my dinner there. (1) I ordered "The Works" pizza, which in their menu shows a picture of the pizza COVERED with toppings. My pizza was so sparse in toppings, the top surface was mostly cheese, with a little bit of each topping. Hardly "The Works" like in their menu image. (2) I was asked my name for the order, and I was told that I could sit down in the dining area (just around a half-wall by the order-cashier stand), and my name would be yelled out when ready. 10 minutes later, my pizza still did not get called, so I approached the cashier, who was now much busier. She saw me, walked to a table behind her, and fetched my pizza in its box, underneath 4 other pizza boxes. My pizza was quite dry, because it was sitting for a while. (3) MAKE SURE their washroom HAS TOILET PAPER before you use it. When I came out to tell someone I need toilet paper NOW - one of the other staff took her time, and, even stopped to talk to another customer (who was eating food in there from home), while I stood in front of her in great discomfort. To conclude, I was not impressed at this location for the food or the service.

Not clean at all. Workers touching their eyes and noses, then touching the pizza with their hands.a disgusting feeling. One of the workers is leaning his forearms (to rest) on the same place where they put the pizza dough. In the picture, I do not know what these threads are on top of the pizza tools (I think they are spider webs), even if they are threads of flour, this indicates the low level of hygiene in the restaurant. After waiting twenty minutes, I discovered that my order had not been registered, and this indicates the low level of training of the workers! I do not recommend it at all.

The second time I tried Papa Johns in Canada, it was so good, and it made me remember my childhood memories in Guatemala.

I order from there very frequently.

And for the third time, they decide deliberately to put something in pizza other than what I had ordered just because they ran out of what I ordered. Instead of calling me to tell me they ran out, my wife has allergies and this is not acceptable.
If it was done once, I would’ve been more understanding but this is the third time this happens and this is not acceptable.

I do not pay money to eat based on what’s available!
On top of that the lady was rude when I went to get my refund and they paid me back less than what I paid. Although it was only. 63$ less but again why would I let them keep my money specially after costing me time and gas to come back and forth twice!

We were 5 friends went for our vacation at USA and when coming back we reached at Niagra at 3: 45 am and we were so hungry so we see that papa johns just closed still we went there and there were two employee named as kamal and kajal patel so we asked them if they could make us one pizza so they made us pizza even if they are closed so I really appreciate this behaviour of employees and I would suggest to go there and eat this amazing food

One of the most unprofessional service ever received by any food chain. The employees are very unprofessional and should not be in the business.
Walked in with family and ordered a large pizza. Took 30 minutes and followed up. They forgot to prepare my pizza. They apologized and said they are making it right away.
Followed up again in 30 mins. Still no luck. Forgot again to make my pizza.how can any business operate with this unprofessionalism?
Finally decided to cancel my order and would suggest others to NOT go to this business unless the owner changes their unprofessional staff.

Nice clean pizza spot with lots of parking. Pizzas were above average in taste. Generous and satisfying amount of meat and cheese on pizza. Spacious dining room and relatively clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very convenient and quiet place away from the chaotic Clifton Hill. A good place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

1 slice of pepperoni per slice no sause dry I ask for extra sauce, million onions 5 pieces of pineapple on extra large pizza, basically was onions on a piece of bread for $40.00 what a joke.

Ok so where is the steak in this Steak & Cheese Papadias? Never use to be this way so disappointing hardly any meat, do not recommend

Order at 6: 21, (appx 40m ETA) delivery at 8: 21 with “order on its way” message at about 7: 45–note we live around the corner.

I could (literally) crawl there on my hands and knees faster than the delivery took when it was on its way. Pizza arrived very cold.

Upon calling, our response from the store was not remotely hospitable, no credit, no offer to replace, simply:
“Leave the name of the manager and you can get 25% off your next order” then they hung up… no further direction, no ‘manager’ name even given. Baffled at the logistics.

No issue on the driver, apologized and was very humble.

Ordered a large 3 topping. Pizza arrived cold. Cheese had already hardened. Looked like a pizza that had sat for an hour. Called to complain and was given nothing but attitude. Just lost a long time customer. Not that they care. $35 for a cold pizza!

I needed a (low price) late night snack. They are close to all the hotels they do delivery. They were closer then I thought

The pizza itself was tasty and I appreciated that it was cooked thoroughly. The staff are unprofessional I ordered and waited over 30 minutes for a couple small pizzas and a dessert. It was not busy at teg time I ordered they seemed to be more interest talking amongst themselves.

Great service, the food smells amazing and my pizza and jalapeño popper rolls were made fast! Thank you!

Not bad. Was better than the other pizza joints in the area. Their X large pizza is good for like 4 adults and a child and the flavors were quite good. Loved the garlic butter with it. However not so crazy about their wings. They literally just poured the sauce all over the chicken.

Got a gluten free pizza and it was burnt and over Cooked. $30.00 plus dollars for a over cooked gf small pizza!

Called to address the issue and was called a Liar after 10 mins on hold.

Radhika is very nice girl. She attended us in such a polite way that she need to get more than 5 star. Love her. Support a lot.
