Why would u charge extra for normal crust (at least on Uber eats) for the Alfredo cheesy pizza and make the gluten free cost nothing, that’s really brainless. Change it

I bought my pizza as I always do on Saturday nights. I went and picked it up and the cost was 25% higher then it should have been. The clerk added on a 25% tip and told me just to tap. I noticed the price and started to question him. He said it was up to me to put a no tip on the purchase. This is wrong as it only happens when some staff are working.
Words to the wise ensure you know the price after tax you are supposed to pay.

Ordered buy one get free and it tastes amazing! Prefer this location over others … consistent pizzas and great quality. Will recommend others too

You guys sold me a day old pizza. You got to be some of messed to be doing that. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all, consistent screw-ups every order, I would highly recommend ordering from the Glendale location as they actually have an idea as to what they're doing and overall this is disgusting and I will be following up.

Ordered bogo 2 small butter chicken pizzas. Was the worst pizza I've had ever. Skimpy on the toppings, crust so doughy and under cooked. Wanted 2 different pizzas but was told for bogo had to b the same. Sauce was watery and just a tiny amount. Never ever will get papa johns pizza again. Don't waste your money.

I ordered delivery so I can’t honestly give you more or less than 3 stars so I remained neutral @ 3 to be fair OK. I ordered on UBER. Eats the BOGO FREE & got the 12” Pepperoni & Meatball well done & the 10” Donair Pizza w/Feta as an extra topping. I found the crust very chewy & not crispy as I expected a well done pizza to be. The sauce is very tasty & meatballs & pepperoni were decent. Overall taste was good but skimpy on the meats! The Donair pizzas tasted go but crust is flimsy & barely supports toppings as it bends in half when I picked each slice up. Not enough Donair meat & I don’t understand why you’d put any pepperoni on a Donair pizza, this simply baffled me! I strongly suggest some changes are made in these areas or my review has been entirely a waste of my time OK….

Food is good service sucks waited for pizza and wings for 45 minutes. They told me the wait time was 20 minutes

Ordered a large cheese + pepperoni. The pizza was very heavy. Dough was thick and lots of cheese. The dough was a little too thick than we usually like to eat and the pepperoni was underneath the thick layer of cheese. The kids ate it so it was ok but they were really hungry. Due to heaviness and the hidden small amount of pepperoni used we give this pizza a 3 out of 5.

Just ordered from them for the first time.and I must say one of the best I've had will make this my go to pizza place from now on

Changed Crust to Epic Stuffed Crust and the cheese was not melted at all.
We always order hawaiian pizza here, but this will be our last order. Ordered hawaiian pizza and there was only few of pineapple, thought we ordered cheese pizza: (

Bland and artificial tasting pizza. You can get way better pizza for the same price else where

We went to papa johns and had to wait over 45 mins for our pizza and wings never come here again l hope the new one coming to Welland will be quicker.very on happy customer.

The Pizza was made great with Alfredo Sauce. Ankit went above and beyond in making sure the pizza was made the way we wanted

Pre ordered online for a certain time. Wait 20 min past the time.no pizza. Call for status, sounds like it hasn't even been sent out yet, and she says "give it another 15 minutes" no offers of apologies or otherwise. Kicker you pre tip for bad service. Never again

If I could give negative stars I would. Just ordered a pizza combo for delivery. Pepperoni, cheese stick, and brownie combo. Got the cheese sticks, the brownie, pop, but no pizza. Gave us an empty pizza box too. Will be calling in the morning.

Pretty decent thin crust pizza. The dips and the oregano were just okay, but not great in my opinion.

Food was great, delivery was great. The rest…. We order from here at least once a month unfortunately on our most recent order not so much for the quality of service. We placed the order at 5: 05 we call back at 6: 05
to ask about our order. They called us back five minutes later to let us know that one of the toppings we had on your pizza (that still hadn’t been made) wasn’t available. Very disappointed. Apparently they had seven orders for three drivers and that was too much to accommodate.

I had ordered cheese sticks and one large three toppings pizza during lunch for take away. I must say I have had the best pizza so far at this location compared to any other locations of Papa John's. Staff was very humble, enthusiastic to serve you, they made pizza and cheese sticks "Well done" and very cheesy and yummy. I just loved it. Keep up guys you are doing great.
