I wish I can give this ripoff company some thing in minus star.
The worst retail store ever for customer service kindly don't buy from them they sell used stuff.
My daughter buy dress from this store with her dad and at that time she just got it in excitement and didn't try on, when she reached home I tried and it never fit on her.
I went to the store to ask them either exchange or I am willing to paymore money for a different dress but the lady at the store was so rude.
She said 1st I can't do the exchange and then she said I can make it exception for you but we don't have size; the worst part is she said she can only do exchange with same dress and I told her why it's like that and she didn't reply.
It's 80 dollars I paid for that dress which is worth of 5 dollars maybe as they are not selling new stuff. I will never recommend this store never ever buy from them they are ripping off.

We've bought a few suits and a dress from this location. The customer service is terrific and what great help! We will keep shopping here until are kids grow out of their sizes!

It was a nice experience shopping with paparazzi. Staff was very helpful and helped with all stuff. A lot of stuff for party for kids from age 1 month to 18. Nice place to shop.

First, all positive reviews are fake. Prices are as high as ZARA but quality at its lowest point. You can’t return but exchange only within 7 days. Receipt itself is so poor to say anything. Barely understand what it says. Worst experience and will never ever return to this store. Wasted my hard earn money on flimsy clothes.

I placed an order for a dress for my daughters concert and a few days got notification that my order had been cancelled “as per customer request”. I tried called but no answer. I even sent an email and no response. I went back on the website and the dress still showed available so I placed the order again thinking it was a glitch on their side. Waited 2 weeks and go no response and when I tracked the order still showed processing. So I decided to call again and spoke with Lak. I gave him my order number and he explained that there was no stock and gave me the option on picking another dress. He said he was busy with a customer at that moment but would send me photos of dresses shortly. Waited 3 days and no response. So decided to just get a refund and take my business else where. They need to update their online store to reflect their current stock. Also even an email stating there was no stock in the first place would have been nice. The lack of customer service as well is disappointing. You would think I would get those photos when I explained I need the dress at a certain date for the concert. I would take my business else where.

Sarah was awesome! She really helped us to find the different styles and sizes. She was so courteous. Good store to shop!

Staff is very helpful and spends time with you to find exactly what you are looking for. Found exactly what we were looking for and will definitely be coming back for outfits for more special occasion for my kids.
