After a couple of issues (incorrect order and cold pizza) we were hesitant to order again. However, the manager offered us a free pizza to make up for the mix ups. We could not have been more pleased. The pizza was excellent. Hot and delicious. Our compliments and gratitude to the manager for going the distance to retain a customer. We will definitely be back.

Wanna order online and be told to pick up the order at a certain time? Then this is the place for you! When you walk in no one will help you and you have to wait 20 minutes past the pickup time we spent 90 dollars here last night got the party pizza with 30 wings garlic bread pound of wedges and 2 dipping sauces they didn't have one we wanted so -they- picked one to throw in without even asking what we want and my fried cheesecake was horrible it was literally fried cheesecake in a roll with NOTHING on it no chocolate sauce or caramel drizzle so that was horrible oh and we had to go back in 20 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready to get the wedges the poor af service isn't worth the food won't be back and will no longer be recommending anyone to this place absolute garbage tipped them 5 bucks just to screw things up

Have ordered here before a few times and have always enjoyed their pizza over a lot of other places, I always get double topping and well done. Today I ordered party pizza and garlic bread and spent 51$ and honestly was really dissapointed with todays order. Almost no cheese on the pizza so was rather dry where usually in the past the pizza has been nice and cheesy. Wasent as hot as it usually is when delivered but did take over an hour today for delivery. Pizza delivery guy was sweet. Just expected more love on the pizza today.

First time trying there overall pretty good staff was great and brought the pie right out to the car

Ok where should I start the person that answered the phone was in a big rush and rude didn't even know how much it was going to be. Next the delivery drive reaked of pot Then it was the worst lasagna I have ever ate. I will never order from there again

Best pizza in Peterborough. Absolutely love this place.a little pricy but what isn't anymore. Still worth the trip

(This restaurant manages it's own deliveries) Delivery guy complained about having to enter my apartment building to deliver my pizza. Why then am I paying a delivery fee? Very poor customer service.

We order pizza from here often enough, and have always enjoyed it. This time however will be the last.

We ordered pizzas online for delivery, and it took an hour and a half to get to us. I know it can be busy, and things happen, but it’s a very long time to wait.

Finally we get the pizzas, and after the first bite we realize the dough is only half cooked, to the point of being inedible. We even checked the whole pizza to see if it was just one slice. But both pizzas we ordered were raw.

We called the restaurant and were told we “didn’t ask for it to be cooked ‘well done’ so it wasn’t their fault that the pizza was cooked incorrectly”. We asked to speak to a manager, and after a bit of arguing they agreed to make us two new pizzas, but that they had other deliveries so they would get to us when they could.

Fast forward and hour later, the pizzas come, and they are slightly more cooked than before, but still doughy.

I know restaurants get busy, mistakes happen. But they didn’t even try to make it right, and they just didn’t seem to believe the pizza dough was raw.

This has been our go to for pizza for the last 5 years, until recently. Unfortunately, the last 4 times we ordered, the pizzas were not what we ordered. We also would order dip but not receive it. We will no longer order from here. It’s a shame because the food tastes wonderful, and the staff are friendly but repeatedly we have not received what we have ordered, and had read back to us at the time we ordered. I understand things happen but 4 times in a row is a bit too much for us.

The pizza is amazing and they have creative flavours. I highly recommend the Greek and the Philly Cheesesteak. The Chicken Meltdown was also very tasty. So many flavours left to try!
