It was a really nice place and friendly people.one of the waitress held open the door for my dad when we enter and left.

No delivery until 4 when your one of the few places in amherstview to eat is pretty silly.

A long-time staple in Amherstview.

Funny how time can change things. I have been a customer here for 35 years. There have certainly been ups and downs over the years, but tonight just broke the camels back.
Ordered delivery and after waiting for over an hour, we phoned for an update.the call was received with absolute rudeness, and we were told it was just leaving.
It did arrive 20 minutes later, and the order was completely wrong. Wrong food, but we ate it anyway because we had just waited 90 minutes.terrible food. Terrible.
The entire experience was terrible.

Ordered a meatball sub on got a frozen hamburger patie warmed up with a little bit of sauce on it and some cheese. Not a meatball to be found totally garbage will not be going back

We order from this location today and they took over an hour and 15 mins to even find out where our food was delivered too, because apparently the driver isn't to bright and delivered it to the wrong address. The store told us the order was just leaving the store so 20 mins later we called back and they told us they couldn't get a hold of the driver. Then they called us back 10 mins later to tell us that it was delivered and paid for from a other unit. They offer to make the order again an make us wait a other hour, but didn't offer anything for the inconvenience of the dinner. All I can say the customer service at this location sucks and your welcome for making a sale for you.

We haven't been to Papa's For quite some time. But service is alway good and we always order vegetarian pizza. We have been eating pizza there for 49 years.

My husband, our 4 year old, and myself stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. We were in town for an egg hunt. We loved Papa's! Great portion sizes for the price, everything tasted awesome, service was prompt, staff was helpful. No complaints! We'll definitely be visiting again.

I personally rate this as one of the Top 5 pizza places in Kingston. Never disappointed.

Mostly had their pizza there, which is very good. I have enjoyed a couple appetizers as well, which were also delicious. Worth a visit.

It's okay. The Caesar salad comes saturated in dressing with fake bacon bits and rock-hard, boxed croutons on it, so that should tell you about everything you need to know. The staff were friendly enough though.

I was looking for a new pizza place since my wife and I have been unhappy with the quality of Capri pizza. Papa's is responsibly priced, amazing pizza and friendly staff!

Love this place for weekday evening meals! The clubhouse sandwich is a good size and always fresh! Love the zucchini sticks! Good service and value!

Since growing up at the salon next door, playing out back while our parents worked to now adults following the footsteps! Always my number one place to order! Pizza, turkey sub, poutine…club you name it I love it!

Front Desk was dismissve and rude. Went once when I first moved to area, have not been back since.

Do not get their hamburger and fries. Pizza is ok. But my god that was the worst hamburger and fries I have ever had.

Great pizza, I love the way the toppings are added and the pricing is pretty fair! But they could have browned the cheese a little more! Also, it says that they're open till 12 on Monday, but I called 5 times at 10pm and nobody answered each time:/.

Very good pizza. Gave 4 star and not 5 as the crust was a little thicker than I like and the sauce wasn't as garlic as I like but over all very good.

I fell in love with your Bacon subs and have been making the trip from Belleville for 40 years just for that reason. Got the grandchildren spaghetti and Meat Sauce tonight and have never seen them eat so much. Great service and food. So many memories when my Mom and I would meet there. Thank you Dora and staff

Wonderful friendly neighborhood restaurant. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pizzas are delicious and their early week special of two for $20 is awesome. Loved it!

I ordered the souvlaki plate. The chicken was inedible as it was absolutely doused in black pepper? !?

Great place for pizza and unique art! Later I ate this potato in the form of poutine. It was hard to face.

We have been ordering pizza from Papa's Pizza (Amherstview) for over 30 years. For the last few years we have found the quality of the pizzas has been very inconsistent. 1 was barely cooked, 1 sauce was tasteless completely different, 1 tasted like frozen box pizza, 1 very yeasty, yesterday the pizza dough tasted like it was make of Bisquick.
But once in awhile it would taste like it did when Pappa ran the kitchen. Sorry for the negativity, but not sure I will try it again.

The food is cheap, premade diner food. Not a lot of thought goes into preparation. In fairness, I didn't try the pizza, but sampled other menu items. I suggest staying away from the burgers. We were the only table and still had to flag down the waitress. Clean inside and newer bar area.

A great place for a quick lunch after golf. Pizza are loaded with ingredients. Everyone is very friendly.

Went to Jets vs Bruins game this past Sunday. Great game.after the Bruins coach ordered 10 pies for the road trip back. OMG when he said they have good pizza down here he wasn't kidding.that was probably the best pizza I've had. EVER.in life so far.wow

Usually order pizza for delivery which is always good. Had breakfast a few times also very good. Great and pleasant service.

Great food and service we had pizza planned for a birthday party and they where able to deliver outside of there regular hours for us. We have been in the restaurant also a few times and are never disappointed.

Ive spent the last 3 years traveling all over North and South America. This is the best pizza ive had. Squeeky fresh cheese and the best crust in the world, not too doughy and never burnt.

Fantastic food, and good quantity for the money only draw back is the service is a bit slow. Eventually gave up on coffee after dinner as we waiting 10 minutes for it to never arrive.

Excellent food. Pizza and sports bar type menu is great. Service second to none! Love the Beau's on tap. Try the poutine you will not be disappointed!

I order almost every night, sometimes 2 times 3 times a day, (pathetic I know) hate cooking, whatever it is, if it's pizza, westerns, or club house, I'm spending 20 bucks plus, tonight they put no ham then the girl argues that it's in there, Just cut really small, first bbite was all onions, The last 6 bucks you get from me, I'm cooking more now, thx Papa's! 15 manitou

Fantastic little restaurant in quaint little Amherstview. Family restaurant with that real genuine family feel. Amazing owner and staff. Highly recommend!

Very poor quality meal, however, seems to be busy all the time so maybe just a bad day. The bacon was burnt, eggs rubbery and toast hard, cold and dry

We love feeling at home when we go to papas. All the staff are friendly and inviting and the food has a home cooked tast.

Great pizza and the atmosphere was excellent. First time rating been going there for years. Also on a side note the lasagna was to dye for. To much to eat in one sitting.

I never write reviews, but this must be said. This place is excellent. I've had a fair amount of pizza in my time and am rarely surprised. Big slices lots of toppings and perfectly well done. Which is almost always screwed up by other pizza joints.

Take it or leave it, but I'll be goin back.
