Paradigm was east to work with. They set up our roof rack on a last minute basis and had the truck delivered to etobicoke! We will definitely continue the relationship in the future!

I got a used cargo van from them a few months ago. About 6 weeks and 11000 km or so I had to do a tune up and change the plugs and coils which cost around $2000. I called and talked to them to see if they could help, and they paid for half the bill, even tho they didn't have to. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially if your like me and a new business owner.

BUYER BEWARE! Paradigm is a very unethical business that stole our $2,000 deposit after promising it was fully refundable. Their Sales Rep Kieren promised us in writing that our deposit would be fully refundable if we decided not to move forward. When we decided to go in another direction they refused to give our $2,000 deposit back. In addition they treated us with a level of disrespect I haven't yet seen in a business who's purpose is to provide a good experience to its customers. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have received no further response or action to our request for our deposit back. If you are thinking about using their services, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Unless of course you want to be pressured into purchases while the company holds your $2,000 deposit hostage.

Our company bought a cargo van a few months ago from paradigm. Rob, Jamie and the entire team were just great to deal with. They helped us out with different options and outfitting with the turn around time being amazing. With no fault of theirs, a couple of pieces were back ordered. When they finally came in, they called and fit us in with the install immediately We are very pleased with their service and professionalism. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I first found Paradigm Fleet services last year in October, went in to purchase a van for my business and was blown away by the level of customer service. It started with the owner, and as I soon learned, carried all the way through everyone who worked there. Awesome people. This week I had noticed the van I purchase had some transmission issues. I called them on Monday am to inform them. They informed me that I still had a warranty on my van. This was great to hear, but then they offered me a loaner to get me through until Friday. That's right Friday. Not only did they live up to their reputation of great customer service, but David (the gentleman I spoke to over the phone) and the rest of the team went over and above. Just made my Monday so much brighter. Thank you all.
