*Edit: Apparently the person I spoke to on the phone decided to reply. All I have to say about this is for any prospective customers, look how little accountability they take here. This person took my polite complaint and decided to get combative with me instead of trying to work with me for a solution. They made suggestions that don’t fix the true issue (poor customer service & communication) and refused to listen as I was politely telling them I was, at this point, no longer interested in their business. I was forced to hang up, as they were becoming increasingly agitated and aggressive with me. Shame on you for attempting to paint me as impatient or disrespectful.

Poor communication by both the pool workers & the reception team. Had bag of detritus left on the property and was never notified. When I politely asked why I was told, “that’s the policy” and given many excuses. While it may be “the policy everywhere else too” like they claim, I heavily doubt anyone else would be so uncommunicative or combative about it. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

After looking and comparing hot tubs from many places around the Windsor and county, we purchased the HotSprings Flair from Paradigm.
Kelly was awesome.very knowledgeable. The installers were very professional. Managed to get it in the back yard even through that tight walkway. The Customer Service has been excellent. Always patient with our rookie questions.

A we love everything about flair. We had it for 3 months now.and are extremely happy with it. Perfect size for us. So glad we got the 2018 model.

Have spent 1-2 years thinking about purchasing a hot tub and finally decided it was time. We spoke with multiple companies across the city and county but nothing compared to the customer service we received with kelly. She took her time to explain absolutely everything to us. We appreciate that she was not pushy and gave us space to discuss it prior to purchase. Amazing customer service, best prices in the area with the least amount of waiting time. Looking forward to the install and would recommend this company to others.

Fantastic company all around. Quick efficient.fairly prices. Great quality and absolutely outstanding customer service. I wouldn't suggest any one else for all of your pool needs.

Did not have a variety of stock to look at as far as hot tubs are concerned but customer service was excellent!

Purchased our therapy tub this summer and love it more than we could have imagined. Excellent, faultless product and Kelly continues to go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Impressed.

Very professional from day 1! Ron made sure we got everything we wanted. The crew is outstanding. Very quick and quiet. We are so in love with our new backyard. We would highly recommend Paradigm pools & spas.

Very shotty work, the good reviews must be family and friends. They are cheap because they do less than work. And the customer service is awful.they're awesome until cash in hand

I was one of the very first inground pools installed by paradigm 25 years ago. They've replaced my liner since then when it got old and now have replaced my lock in winter cover. Everything has stood the test of time without any problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I just switched to these guys for all of my pool needs and I am beyond impressed. They took time to do things that other pool people overlooked (or ignored) and the customer service has been fantastic. Very happy to recommend them for anything pool related!

I drove to 6 separate pool stores yesterday looking for a unique part to my 20+ year old heater. Most companies barely gave me a second look, let alone offered much help in finding the part. When I decided I was going to make ONE MORE stop at Sunrise/Paradigm, I wasn't too hopeful I would have any luck. The young woman who greeted me was kind, inquisitive and genuinely wanted to help me find a solution to my problem. She remembered she saw a scrap old heater out back and came back with the EXACT parts I was looking for, I was blown away. When I asked how much she shrugged and said they're all yours, they are scrap. I will drive the extra distance to give these guys my business. I'm located in Lakeshore about 25 minute drive but service like this is worth making the trip. Thank you for helping me get my heater back together.
