Hani is amazing! I had a timing belt blow on my car and wrecked the motor, he took the time to explain what happened and how to go about fixing it, super fast and friendly service, very knowledgeable and the guys are great! Treats you like family and always there to help out!

Before the inception of the company we had been to paradise and had a good experience. Over the years, our company has tried 6 different mechanics. Some were dishonest, some took too long, some didn't know what they were doing and some closed down.

Paradise is Fast, efficient, affordable, can send invoices by email. Very polite over the phone and an overall solid partner to our business.

In the last several weeks, we've, unfortunately, had to take several of our vehicles to Paradise, and they all come out quickly without any games or delays.

You guys are appropriately named. Paradise.

They did q safty check and put my live in danger with a bad safty brakes were siesed and needed ball joints and pads and roters and tie rods.

We had an emergency early on a Saturday morning of the long weekend as we were leaving Ottawa to visit our son's family in Toronto. Turned out the brakes on our car were seized. We arrived at Paradise Auto hoping for a minor miracle that would allow us to get back in our car safely. The owner and workers at this clean, friendly and professional shop performed that magic for us. They fixed our car in 2 hours and we carried on with our trip. Golden!

Hani was able to have me in on short notice and fixed my issue on the spot. Awesome experience! Highly recommended.

Honest, extremely knowledgeable and fair mechanic. Hani will always let’s us know which repairs are more immediate and which can wait. We’ve had great turnaround times on repairs as well. I wrote an honest review. Where did it go? Let's try this again. I will take a screen shot and let's return to the reviews on a regular basis to insure that the truth remains. I had a horrifying experience with this place. The owner sat on his hands, didn't want to change the transmission. Probably doesn't make as much money on those jobs. And I lost my job and my car because this selfish, unprofessional.person didn't want to do the job and didn't have the backbone, maturity or professionalism to just tell me. He ruined my life and I will continue to post this review
