Tried a sandwich for the 1st time from this place. It's defenitly on par with the other more famous "chicken joints".

Will I shop there again? - Yes
Value for money: 8/10 (I bought a mini sandwich as this was the special of the day for about $4.20 Inc tax)

This restaurant serves Zabiha Halal and hence, we decided to try Paradise Chicken. Excellent and prompt service by Rizwan. The order was ready by the time we got there. I informed we were travelling and needed a few extra napkins. He also obliged with a couple of extra plates. Food and the friendly service were excellent.

Heard really good reviews about this restaurant but was disappointed by very mediocre burgers and below average funnel cake. We ordered a deal of four burgers. Later heard from someone that they do this when you order a deal but otherwise burgers are good there.

The lady at the counter was very rude. Never going back to this place. She was showing attitude when we asked to wait a minute to decide our order.

Have only tried their chicken tenders but they are amazing. They are big and clean pieces but so delicious. We asked for them tossed in honey garlic as well. I keep coming back i’m addicted! The fries are also very delicious. Reasonable price too in comparison to similar meal else where. Will be coming back and recommending!

I ate the chicken sandwich and it was good. The chicken was crispy and plentiful. The toppings were good. The bun, fresh. Fries great. Good job

Perfect little place to get your takeout fix. My go-to is the double beef burger with fries. The portion sizes are much larger than anywhere else I've gone to, and the flavors are simple, yet incredibly satisfying. HIGHLY recommend the pound of Masala Fish (so addicting!)

Front of house staff is always so friendly and helpful, and this place always seems to be open after a long day of work. This hidden gem is highly recommended.

Paradise chicken was recommended by my friend. First time trying it. I would say it's worth coming here, Yummy and bold taste. Really like their burger and spicy chicken

Very disappointed in how they handled an order mess up by the cashier. Sunday evening approx. 830pm at the Kennedy Rd and Church St. Location. Ordered 3pc Chicken, fries, coleslaw and drink. Got home.no fries. Also did not get a receipt. Called to advise about the fries, and was told I could come back for a small fry, and the receipt to which I responded I couldn't return. Logically by the time I would have gotten home with fries the chicken would be cold. He offered to take my name and give me a small fry next time. I asked them to replace my chicken n fries for next time. He said he could not. He upped his offer to a larger fries. I feel he should have offered the chicken n fries for replacement and advised as such. Standstill - he responds with "Well I don't know what else to say".

At that point I advised I wouldn't be returning as he would not resolve my issue. I never ask for meal replacement or never return but I feel forgetting such an integral part of an order warrants a replacement meal, not just a fry. I wasn't asking for replacement coleslaw or the drink.

As to the food, chicken was crunchy but not alot of flavour and the coleslaw was extremely vinegary (inedible for me). I know I am but one customer but every customer should matter. I didn't. I'll go elsewhere for my chicken going forward.

Worst experience we were hungry first of all she took my order wrong … i asked for 2 meals gave me one both of the meals were tasteless I asked for spicy the burgers were not even having any taste except salt and veggie burger pattie was so burnt ruined taste of my mouth … more than that they donot give proper ketchup or dipping sauces with meals … highly donot recommend this place waste of time and money … get some active staff and better cooks inside your kitchen please

Placed an online order for a later pick up time, however was processed within 20 mins and ready 45 mins before pick up. I hope it keeps in time to eat.
Edit added, everyone who ate this had their stomach in knots and felt ill.
We had a 7pce, wedges and macaroni salad, gravy and tenders. Hopefully this is not common but we won't be returning.

I have been coming to this Halal Chicken Restaurant for almost a year now. Every time I come, I get the same great food especially I love their spicy chicken and quick service. I would highly recommend this place if someone is looking for halal restaurant in brampton.

Their chicken is amazing, it's pretty large and you get a ton! Their wings are super tasty and their burgers are just awesome! My favorite is Double Cheese Burger. Best HALAL place in the town! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for Halal chicken to come here, it's definitely a top notch spot! It also has decent prices for what you get, definitely better than the competition.
And yeah don't forget to try their Funnel Cake.its just amazing. No more Niagara Falls just for funnel cakes!

First time visiting, and they exceeded my expectations!

Their fried chicken was juicy, but not greasy like some of the other competitors. The staff were friendly and respectful. The place is close to home, so I won't have to travel too far for a good meal.

We bought waffles and chicken and it was delicious, chicken was done to perfection and the waffles were still warm when we ate them at home- they have significantly improved with the taste and quality overall- highly recommended if your wanting some fried chicken

Best food in town, Most delicious burgers I tried the saucey chicken since the minimum wings portion on their menu comes with 12 pieces. The chicken was good, I asked for medium spicy BBQ sauce, try shrimps and Fish it makes you feel Yummmz you make again n again.love their services extremely recommended Enjoy

The sides taste last grocery store repackaged products such as the coleslaw and macaroni salad. These should be things that anyone should be able to do better than KFC or Popeye's but they fall really flat here.

The fries (chips) are lacking despite trying to copy Popeye's fries. Then there is the issue if the small quantity of fries there is no way the measly offering of fries in their pricey family meal is supposed to feed 4 average adults.

The wait times for the chicken is a huge issue. They seldom have chicken ready to go. The excuse is that they are going to fry the chicken fresh for you. No one wants to wait 15 minutes for fried chicken and if they do the chicken should be of way higher quality and trimmed better so much fine feathers on drums and excess skin on thighs.

The staff always seem clueless and at times to just be someone's kid filling in for them this is very unprofessional.

My advice to management is to have a look at quik chik up the street and see how they are doing (spoiler they are closed) and they had more locations and better branding.

People like me want to support local businesses but it's hard with service and products like this. Just to remind you that Popeye's KFC and Mary Browns are all within walking distance of Paradise Chicken

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff is super nice and very cooperative! The store is neat and clean and prices are fair with a wide variety of options on the menu for everyone! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a taste of amazing chicken!

I placed an order for pick-up and had to wait a little for my order to be ready when my fiancé and I reached.
While waiting we got really hungry and one of the employees were so kind to give us 2 free chicken peices while we waited.
Just wanted to say thank you Paradise Chicken for the great service! The wait was worth the while.

Great service. The fried chicken was very tasty. Just like popeyes but handslaughtered. Chicken burger was also very filling. Pricing is very reasonable as well.

Burger had too much mayo and they put hot sauce on mild Buffalo chicken bites. Not going here again!

The food is good. A little heavy and oily but the quantity is great. The place doesn't have a seating for families.great for take aways.

Incredible chicken place. The 5$ special is a very good deal as their fries are very deep fried and taste very good. The sandwich and the sauce they our inside are incredible. The actually fried chicken can be rather oily at times and would not recommend it but the sandwich, fries are great. Only downside is the wait time, can take 10-15 minutes sometimes for prepare the food if they are making it fresh

AMAZING FOOD! Their spicy chicken sandwich is THE BEST! I have been going to this place for years now and the quality of food is great. Their fries are my favorite. The only issue is the food takes forever to be ready so the wait time is long for a fast food place.

Absolutely incredible place to get your chicken! The portion sizes are enormous and extremely tasty. The 5-piece tender combo is my new favourite dinner after long nights. Service was quick, kind and friendly with a laid-back and family atmosphere. I think I found my new chicken place.

There's just something about their chicken that is indescribably good. If you told me magic was involved I would accept it, and all the emotional baggage that comes with it. For the chicken.

AWESOME FOOD! I haven't tried everything on the menu, but the spicy chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes are my go to. They hit the spot and their hot sauce on top makes it even better.
Service is great each time I've come.
Place is clean and neat.
No complaints at all.
