They could be nominated the top 10 worst builder and developer. Their quality is an absolute disaster! The materials are cheap and overall there is nothing good to say about them. If you considered to purchase anything from them, do yourself a favour- stay away!

My partner and I purchased a home from Paradise Developments recently and I could not be happier with my experience. As a first-time home buyer, the purchasing process seemed very overwhelming. Once I spoke with the Sales agents, they answered all my questions and guided me to make the best decisions possible. We are overjoyed with our purchase and will most definitely purchase from Paradise Developments again.

When we moved into our house recently there were items that had not been completed. We were happy with the quick response from the Paradise team in getting the items completed and are happy to be moved into our new home.

I just closed on my third home from Paradise Developments. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The customer service team guided me through out every step of the process.

They charge way too much for the quality of work they do. These professional scammers were charging nearly 2 million dollars for houses in Brampton that probably cost them less than a million to build and they are all under appraising values. Dispicable!

Worst company in history. Greedy to grab their money but horrible to fix repairs or even hand over a clean house on closing. Dead flies everywhere that they can not figure out where they are coming from. Horrible workmanship on the actual property. When you ask why they can't get on top of getting things done they tell you that they have a 150 houses to close. That is not my problem! Took the appliances that come with the house as it was now an investment property, the appliances don't even fit the space properly. (washer and dryer don't fit side by side) So why give this as the standard appliance package? Walls are uneven, windows not sealed, stairs are rough with unnecessary straight cuts in the wood that show and is not evening being fixed. Stair stain doesn't even match, you can see they only did 1 coat and left it. I have left the property vacant for 2mths in the hopes that the builder will fix before anything but they don't care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER! Customer care or appreciation is out the door with them.

This builder deletes comments on their socials to maintain a positive image. If you really want business from customers you should be transparent. Also this builder thinks they can charge Jan - Feb 2022 prices for their precons and think it will sell. Good luck with that strategy in a rising rates environment. Good luck with reducing prices with increased supply costs and trade strikes as operating margins will be very thin

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible. Once you sign your agreement you will not feel welcomed. They will use unavoidable delays to cover up the fact they are behind on there promises. Stay away from these builders. They cannot even get hydro meters and electrical panels on time

I cannot comment on the quality of their homes, however be aware of the the totally unfair selling practices of this developer. Don’t expect to be able to buy a home by simply going through the normal process of registering with them, confirming your interest and also contacting their representatives before the grand opening. Despite our efforts to contact them and expressing our strong interest at the time of the grand opening all properties were already sold. Disappointing!

Bought a house through this builder in 2019. Still have so many issues and it's almost been a year and a half. Last house we bought was through Great Gulf and had experienced none of the same issues. Issues like: cracks in the basement, water leakage, roof repairs, broken windows, uneven floors, horrible paint job (paid to get the trim white and theres areas where it is not.) As a new home purchaser I would not have the confidence to get what you pay for, it has taken a lot of time and money to hire people to find even more errors after discovering all the mistakes we were upset and were not confident with the builder, and we are still waiting on the repairs. Also the paint comes off with a wet cloth. Not to mention taking a day off from work to get the repairs done is costly when they have come at least 25 times by now and still have way more work to do. We thought Paradise would have better quality homes as the price was more/advertisement was beautiful but in the future we will go back to Great Gulf or research extensively a new builder to avoid this headache.

Worst builder ever. My house if 5 month old and falling apart, contacted multiple departments and no one is doing anything and not showing up for appointment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER

One of the best builders I have dealt with. When my clients tell me they are looking to buy new I always refer to Paradise. Also when we get the opportunity to sell a paradise home on the resale end it always makes our job easier due to the quality product that is produced.

Had a horrible experience with the customer service team. They provided incorrect appliance dimension information. The specialist at my PDI appointment who works for Paradise even agreed with me. When it was escalated to Management, they denied any responsibility.

Had a really good buying experience with Paradise Homes! Their customer service was prompt and attentive, definitely recommend working with this developer:)

I would not buy a house from this company. We had the most awful experience trying to buy a new house from these people. My family, partner and I had to turn up several times over a course of a week and wait around to ensure we secured a high enough spot that would allow us access to their sales team. My mother and father are 75 and had to sit around for hours to help us keep our spot. Finally, we were told after sitting for more hours that we would be guaranteed our dream home. When we finally got in to speak to a sales associate, all the houses we were looking at were sold. No way to treat a customer. They need to find a better system!

Paradise Homes is no paradise, they're a nightmare! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home! Despite our complaints many defects were not repaired. I strongly suggest you avoid them like the plague!

Poor workmanship, poor material, poor customer service.
Their service people came to fix the small things multiple times and still cannot fix. I am even doubted if they are professional in their and know what they are doing.

I wish there could be option to give 0 star.

Happy customer! House closed on time, and minor items from PDI were fixed prior to closing. Customer care department was very helpful.

I would give a ZERO if I had that option: Very poor quality job done inside and outside the house. I wouldn't recommend the builder to anyone. My house is less than 5 yrs old but we have had sewer-backups twice in less than 2years.

In the last windstorm that happened this month, almost all the house on my street including mine had shingles ripped off.it was pathetic. Few days later when it rained while we were still scrambling to get it fixed, my bedroom roof started dripping water.had to place a plastic to collect the water. The sad part is that the houses in the area built by other developpers didn't have the same issue. One of the houses contacted Paradise and was told they only guarrantee roofs for 1yr, they wouldn't accept the fact that it happened to soo many houses in the street means they did a very poor job in the first place.

We lived for 11yrs in our former house.never experienced sewer back or roof issue. It's.sad.

I purchased a home from Paradise in Kleinburg and i have to say that it was the best experience I ever had with any builder. I have dealt with many builder over the years, however my experience with Paradise was by far the best. Paradise Homes has a reputation of always meeting their original closing dates and with my recent home, that definitely proved to be true. The closing date i was given at the time of my purchase was the date that I received the keys to my new home. With respects to after closing customer service, the experience continued to be a positive one. My pre-delivery inspection was a month before my closing, which based my past dealings with other builders, that in itself sets Paradise Homes apart from any other builder around. Most of my deficiencies were completed even before I closed. In reading some of the negative comments posted, I can truly say that my experience, along with several of my neighbours, was far from negative. I highly recommend buying from Paradise Homes. Good Job!

They have the WORST customer service ever! We walked in and our family didn’t receive a warm welcome at all. The sales people were on their phones and were just dying to go home. We had a couple of questions about the lots and what would be an appropriate sized house for our family of 4. They weren’t even interested in answering our questions or helping us through. It sounded like we were intruding on them. One rep was a bit nicer, but he didn’t know anything at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely heed all these reviews here and stay away from Paradise! You deserve better as a potential homeowner and you don’t want to be giving these guys any of your hard-earned money!

Buy from another builder. These guys don’t give a care about their potential purchasers and I’d hate to see the treatment if you actually bought from them. Absolutely the worst customer service we’ve experienced! I wish I could remove stars from their average rating.
