Great nostalgic experience. Coming to Canada from Detroit for a good round of bingo. We often came here long ago with loved ones who have passed away. Nice to see the changes made. We look forward to returning soon.

1at time was great going to play slots next few times half the good machines were gone and half of the machines didn't work. No staff and machines broke a few times playing.

Could someone please explain this new machine that the balls come out of. Has anyone paid attention lately how Super Jackpots are reaching 59 60 numbers and when you are there playing the Super Jackpot and Accumulator go in 60 61 or 62 numbers with only one winner. Now the balls, has anyone noticed how the red, white and green balls are the ones to come out with hardly any blue or yellow balls. They even come out in those colours one after another. This new machine also has no mixer in the cage to mix the balls up, in two sessions and 2 nights in a row on the Accumulator it took 48 numbers to get a 5 th B out … no wonder they are going in 59 60 numbers. Google this new Express machine! Talking with other customers I know I’m not the only one who is starting to notice this. I am starting to question the patterns that are coming out of the electronic machines, nothing is adding up here. SOMETHING IS JUST NOT RIGHT HERE.

OK but bank machine is always broken and has taken my bank card and the reception seemed not to care at all that the machine at their location took my bank card

Typical atmosphere but not busy like casino still provides gaming slots just hate how my partner is tempted wish we didn't live so close

Never win there and when l do it is maybe if lucky 50 lol that goes for a while then win win just gambling so l get to learn nothing is promise right l get to see friends and enjoy watching and playing and winning is due and hoping they get me my balance of visa card l got New Year as a gift figures only me would be nice to get the $200 and so soon would be nice to get a gift certificate as a additional for the wait and all the bringing in proof of everything several times otherwise love this bingo the callers and my fellow players

Clean, lots of seating. Paper or electronic bingo, plus other play on demand games and slots. Also burgers, chicken fingers, fries, chips, etc. Food is little pricey but okay. Was nice experience.

Enjoy playing bingo with my mom when we go to play at Paradise. They have a few sessions a day. You're better off to call in to make sure they also have slots and a small room. I'm sure everyone can find us lot to play.

Paradise Bingo needs to change the balls weekly. I have been looking at G57 for two months or more.

Used to be a great place to go enjoy the evening. So much has changed. Bingo means nothing to these halls any more. All about their Vegas rooms. New callers and management on a regular basis. No cares for the customer, just ypur money. Perfect example, you can't bring any food or drink into the hall. You must by from their over priced snack bar. If you question it there is no answer, just bc thats how it is. Makes no sense. Most times short staff so they don't have to pay anyone. No longer an enjoyable experience.

They took around all but 2 sessions of bingo, and you must come with Canadian currency to play. They use to have American currency as well. Had to use their. They are now spotlighting their casino games, NOT BINGO

I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life. Waites in line for 20 minutes, and when we got to the front the cashier just walked away, and we were told to go to the back of a different line.
