I've moved quite a few times and have had horrible experiences with the other companies. The last company broke quite a few frames and overtly bled the time so they could charge for more hours. I found Paradise which was highly rated but what impressed me more were the responses when people gave 3 stars - he never blamed the customer or claimed to "not know them" but took accountability and tried to rectify the situation. You'll never see that for another moving company.

The move itself was incredibly smooth, nothing was broken, they were extremely accommodating and positive. I definitely recommend them! I will also be booking them for future moves.

John and Jose did a great job helping me move from a single bedroom to an apartment. Very professional and responsive when I initially contacted them to get the estimate - up-front, detailed, and accurate with the pricing, which is very fair. They were also incredible when we arrived at the apartment and had some unexpected challenges. They take care when moving your belongings to make sure nothing gets damaged. And they were upbeat, friendly, and energetic, even though they had come from another job! Highly recommend:)

This is long overdue, but I hired Paradise Movers for a condo to house (outside of Toronto) back in January. After evaluating multiple businesses, Paradise came out on top because of their customer service, and attentiveness. I heard of other businesses canceling jobs on friends because of weather, and Juan assured us the move would happen, regardless of that.

He was on the nose with timing, which was so helpful when we have a short window through the condo board. They worked fast, and were so careful with our items. We couldn’t have been happier with the service Paradise gave us. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service and value!

We were looking for help removing a heavy sofa bed from the basement to move to a condo. Day of move the condo elevator was out of service so John and Jose put the sofa in a van for us. Both were very careful in our house, very professional, knew what they were doing, and moved it quickly for us. Fee was as promised. They called twice before arriving to keep us posted on their time of arrival.
