The best place! I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 12 years. Lily, Julia and Helen are my go to girls but I’ve had services done by everyone else there to. They all do a great job.

I’ve been going here for a few years, and the experience is always so mixed. Most of the staff are nice and they are quick once they start on your nails, but they are not good with scheduling. I made an appointment and still waited for 40 minutes to get my nails done.

I would have appreciated it if they told me over the phone that they were busy and had to schedule my appointment for later instead of making me wait on the chair and wasting my time doing nothing while I have so much to get done. Very dissatisfied that they didn’t respect my time at all.

I got a regular mani pedi and the nail tech pulled off too much skin on one toe and one finger that I bled. Polish application was rushed. Also not the cleanest place.

I went they to get my nails done and also my wife did her nails they and the people they is so nice and they always do a great job on your nails I and my wife and family have been going they for over 5 year's know and we love it.

Called ahead and asked if they could take two of us for a pedicure right away, they said ‘yes’. We were literally across the street. When we get there 1 minute later, there were two other customers waiting. Staff said it would be at least 15 minutes. We said ‘but you said you could take us right away’. I started to get annoyed and then they said they could take us in 10 minutes, they would call someone to come.
Not happy so I left. If you say one thing, mean it and commit to it, don’t just say something to get me to waste my time and go to your salon and wait. Not going back there again, poor customer service, and 2 other nail salons within 2 minutes drive anyway

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and upper lips waxed and the lady burnt my upper lip and cuz my skin on my eyebrows and didn’t even do them properly. NEVER coming here agaon

Jenny is the best she never disappoints been going here since I moved here and she is my only nail lady she takes her time and pays close attention to detail highly recommend her

Very disappointed with how they removed my polish. They rushed the work and the place was not clean at all. I got a pedicure and there was a long black hair on my foot when I pulled it out of the water, I have blonde hair, clearly they didn’t clean the tub well.

I have been coming to this location for pedi for the last 8 years

I gave 3 because message on my feet was literally 2 minutes
I don't even put nail polish on my feet just asking for 5 minutes message on each feet I guess this is too much to ask

Lily is very good! She takes her time and makes sure your nails are perfect. Ask for Lily next time you come

My experience at my favourite spa was excellent as always. Julia the owner was my esthetician for today and as always she was on point with her service and attention to details and what I wanted to have done.

Nasty place ever. Owner and workes so bad, They don’t respect cutomers.they cheat with price and service. They talk each other’s their own language front of the customers.hidden prices.service time is very short, if the customer asked about it.they just manage the situation and don’t give the proper service proper at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT AlL. Waste service.

Terrible customer service. Terrible end result. Unprofessional and the owner in particular yells at customers. Very hostile environment. Service: my mani filing was a choppy job. And the painting f was done sloppy. Lines were crooked. My pedi was not great either. The bottoms of my feet were bumpy and not smooth, feel like there are craters under my feet. As well they did not give me a hand or foot massage. It was hard to understand them as well, which resulted in me being overcharged. They were so busy that they rushed my whole service. If you're looking to over pay for a sloppy job then this is the place to go. They care more about the quantity of customers than providing quality service to their customers. Overall I wouldn't go back. If you want to get your nails done I suggest going across the street instead.

I got shellac done on my nails not even a week ago (April 6th) it started coming off within 2-3 days. Went back and she re-did the few nails that were chipping. It’s been less than a week and half of them came off again. (April 13). The process was rushed, they don’t take time with the customer and the job was terribly done. Very disappointed in the service, especially considering I came back twice to get them fixed. I paid for nails that haven’t even lasted me a week, and for it to have it all chipped off. Would not recommend.
