This was my first time here, and I was extremely impressed with everything. Sandy and her team are absolutely lovely. They really offer such a positive and friendly experience! Customer service is 10+ + and my nails both fingers and toes look fabulous!

I called over the phone and said i wanted just nail polish and she said it would be 20$. She started doing a pedicure but i didn’t think much of it since i already said what i wanted.when it comes time to pay they charge me double (42$) and when i said you guys told me 20$ over the phone they said but that’s not what we gave you even though i booked exactly what i wanted.this is very unprofessional and clearly trying to scam people.would not recommend

less than a week later 3 of my nails already chipped and the paint came off. They look like i’ve had them done weeks ago rather than 6 days ago

I loved my first time here sandy, cammy & Sarah were lovely and just the people who work here would make me come back as a client! Stunning nails is also a bonus …. Thank you ladies

Disappointed. I usually come to see Rose and she is incredible but can’t say the same for the rest. I called today to see if someone could help me with putting on custom press on nails since I’m not good at prepping them to keep them lasting. The lady told me to come over and I did but then when I came, they told me they don’t have nail glue so I actually brought mine and told them I have. Then she said they don’t know how to put nails on so I tried explaining it so then she said they don’t have time for me even though they said I can come now. Not sure why she couldn’t just say no on the phone instead of making me come and coming up with every excuse possible.

I just moved to Hamilton from Mississauga. I was looking for a new place for my monthly nails so I have have high expectations/standards. I’ve seen Laura since I started going here for the past 6 months and won’t see anyone else. She’s fast and does a great job seeing as I’m pretty picky. She’s very patient with me as well and always asks if my nails good before moving on to the next steps. I tell her if any adjustments are needed then we move on. If you’re anything like me and have been getting your nails done for 20 years since I was teenager, then Laura is the one to ask for. She’s amazing!

Horrible wouldn't recommend this place, my nails got filed very crucked and nail polish hands had dust set in them from the dryer, that wasn't cleaned properly by them, and they did not redo it.

These new ladies are great very professional, however I think they are a little pricey I paid $55 for a uv gel fill but $50 for a full set, however amazing job,

This place is okay. They were very nice but I was getting my nails done for my engagement and the acrylic nails I got were shaped very crooked. The nail tech burned me lots of times with the drill and my nails still hurt 4 days later. She filed too deep onto my nail bed revealing my raw skin because I asked for narrow coffin nails. I almost cried leaving the salon and needed to buy a file and shape them myself just to make them somewhat bareable to look at. The pictures and reviews looked good for this business and I was very disappointed. Maybe just the lady that did my nails, hopefully they are more consistent moving forward but I don’t think I can return

I have seldom treated myself to "unnecessary" things, including any nail treatment.
Today, I treated myself to having my nails done professionally after years of nail biting and not taking care of them.
I thought there was no hope, but the staff at Paradise Nails worked a miracle and treated me with respect.

Well maintained nail salon and great service! I had shellac manicure and shellac pedicure for $75! Both girls doing my feet and hands at the same time! Wonderful selection of nail polish colours to choose from and hot stones used for the leg massage. Very sweet staff who would like more customers to come visit and have a great experience!

I have been going to this salon for 8 months now and never had a complaint, but I will not be going back again. Went to get my pedicure and full set nails done on Friday, and on Saturday, the polish from my hands started peeling. I immediately went to the salon and showed it, and asked her to re do it. She gave me another appointment and when I went there I had to wait for about 20 minutes before she attended to me. Then she got upset with me and refused to remove the whole polish and re apply. She insisted my polish peeled from 6 of my fingers in less than 24 hours because of the shape of my nails. (I have had the same nail shape for over 2 years and have never ever had a problem).

Eventually, after getting upset and raising her voice at me, she re did my polish in a hurry. Because of this one experience, I will not be returning again.

Highly recommend this nail salon! The staff are really nice and they consistently and efficiently do an excellent job with your nails. I always ask for Rose and she can finish a shellac manicure in 30 minutes or less! She listens to what you want and takes her time to make sure you’re satisfied. Prices are on par with other nail salons. I’ll always come back to this salon from now on!

I called the lady and made an appointment for my mother the lady on the phone said come right at 5: 00 pm. I took my mom right on dot @5 pm. And they were closed. At least give your customer a call if you are closing before and are not able to take any appointment. Like totally unprofessional. Would never go back here

Book an appointment! I visited the salon today for mani+pedi and received excellent service. Pedicure was amazing, she took time and care, and it came with hot stone massage. Very clean and hygienic. New management has changed the hrs of operation so call to book as the salon is small and busy. It is not cheap, but overall great value!

New management, very clean and kind ladies! Love to come here for my manicure and pedicure and great pricing as well
