I've been going here for a few months now and have awesome service every time!
I always leave happy and with exactly what I ask for. Today I asked for rainbow tips and they look so cute, I had to share.

Love the people and the service! Definitely coming back. They do a great job on matching the nail design from a picture and making it look even on both hands. Fantastic job well done!

I've now gone here a few times and probably won't change salons! They are cheaper than most places, honest with you if they don't feel comfortable doing a design (they don't want you leaving unsatisfied), and are just extremely friendly. The girl who has been doing my nails, remembers exactly how I like them done each time I go in for a fill! Loving my nails again and extremely happy with the service

The odour in the air made it difficult to breathe. Staff wear masks. Customers should too.

My favourite nail salon! Drive 30 minutes from out of town to see them every 2-3 weeks for my services.
They’re always willing to accommodate my requests and always leave happy!

I literally screenshot a picture from Pinterest, show them, & every single time they bring it to life.my most favourite thing about going here is that they bring me a few colours to choose from based off the picture so i don’t have to spend my energy looking threw dozens of colours.all these girls are the sweetest but if i had to pick a favourite it would be Amy

Always a great experience! My mother in law introduced me to this salon a few years ago and I won’t go anywhere else! These ladies are amazing professionals. I am happy with the results every time. They know that I love sparkles and always have new suggestions for me! I love that I can come in and they know what I want and “nail” it every time! Thanks ladies!

Thank u Emily-u did a great job doing my pedicure and nail take off+shellac! I asked her to keep the length and it took her along time but she was sooo careful! Great service!

I’ve been a client here for about 2 years now and Elly does an outstanding job! From dip power to acrylic to gel and shellac, she listens takes her time to ensure that you get exactly what you ask for! What I love most about her work is that my nails always come out evenly layered and not too thick like most places. She knows I know my dip powder thick enough not to break because I’m clumsy as hell, but thin enough that it looks like your actual nail. I’ve changed my shape a thousand times from coffin to almond to square rounded, and every time it comes out looking amazing. I would highly recommend Elly to anyone for hands and feet! Elly is the best! Very professional, kind, and is the best at what she does. I’ve been a client for about a year now, and I’ll never let anyone else touch my hands. All the staff are extremely friendly, the clinic is very clean and sanitized. I’ve never had an issue coming here. Greatest place I've ever gotten my nails done. The girls working there are so nice and they did an awesome job. Love the colour changing nails, and I will definitely be back again soon!

Not very professional in their services. They charged around 80 dollars for mani and pedi shellac. It took them almost 2 hours to finish my manicure and shellac. The attendant was applying and keeping my nails in UV and then removing the coat and reapplying. The reason was the nail paint was dried but he still had to try the dried nail paint. It was very frustrating to sit there getting the nail and skin ruined again and again, with excessive UV exposure every time it was removed and reapplied.the nail coating on my nails have bubbles in it and not evenly applied.and now a week has not passed that the nail paint is chipping off already.not worth the time and money. I have had nail services before but this was not worth it for sure.

Excellent job! I showed them a photo of ombre French with sparkle i wanted and they talked me through a solution using light pink with my nature nails. Love how it turned out and it lasting. Temperature was taking and customers were spaced out. Great experience.

Last couple of times my shellac comes off in a few days. Prices went up and quality went down. Also if you make an appointment there's no guarantee when you go for that time they will have respected you and the time you either asked for or they asked you to come back at. They told me to come back for 130pm for example and when I got there they just started three people before me and basically said it would be 15 min. No way it would be 15 minutes. Probably minimum 30. Just looking for money and don't care if you changed your schedule to meet their request for time. Bad experiences overall.

Paradise nails & spa is a delightful place to be pampered. The staff is very attentive and pay attention to detail giving you the best they have to offer plus they're always happy & smiling. The atmosphere is peaceful and wonderful job, I always leave feeling amazingly relaxed after the massage chair works its magic. Prices are very reasonable

I love this place! I would highly recommend booking an appointment or going as soon as they open if you want to be seen right away. It's always busy but rightfully so! They have never messed up my nails and i have been going for more than a year. Taking a break now sadly because I'm pregnant but I hope to return sometime soon! Ask for Bibi- she is amazing!

I was looking for a new nail salon. I went online and found this establishment fairly close to my home. It also advertised a $15.00 shellac special - Bonus! I went in and explained that I was a first-time customer and would like the website special. She REFUSED! She said that it was an old special that should have been removed a long time ago. I told her she was obliged to honor the advertised special and she again refused. I left! Would have given "0" stars if able to.

Overall I was happy with the outcome, first time having a design on my nails. I asked for a specific disney design for my upcoming trip. Had to have my toes redone as they were a bit sloppy. I was happy with my fingers, but like others mentioned some of the staff had some attitude.

I can't believe the attention to detail they have here, super professional and highly skilled. My nails are actual perfection

Was really upset about my experience today. Have been here since the day they opened. Called and made an appointment.all staff put their coats on and I was rushed out. Made me extremely uncomfortable and really disappointed.

Second time visit, love my pedicure treatment.
The massage chair is a huge bonus while getting my toes n feet taken care of. Great price, very nice staff. Very clean and modern place.

I had a lot of fun with Sue and my nails look so good. She takes her time and makes sure all your nails match. She made the right recommendations and didn’t try to upsell me something that wouldn’t work for me.

I would not go to this place again. I did not have a Happy experience. I was reprimanded for not getting my nails done sooner. I said I was not well and unable to get in. For at least a half an hour he kept on about it. I picked a colour and he said this is a better one. I was so upset so I did not argue. The final job looked OK but the length and shape of my nails did not match. Normally salons massage your hand with hand cream but here I did not get that service. Also he used a nail file and sponge that looked like they were well used. I did read the reviews and it sounded a nice place to go. BUT NOT FOR ME.

Absolutely love Paradise Nails! I have been coming here for years now and am very familiar with the staff. Service is absolutely wonderful, staff is pleasant, prices are reasonable and they always go over and above every time I visit! I will never go anywhere else!

I really don't recommend this place; I had my nails done just before Christmas, and 3 months later they are still trying to recover. The woman who did my nails filed WAY too low and left my nails weak and brittle, so they constantly break now. Really unhappy: (

I've been going here for about a year now & I will never go anywhere else. The service is great, the prices are affordable & I'm never disappointed with my nails when I leave. Susan always does my nails, she's a super talented & sweet lady!

The technician was rude, and was not gentle at all when she was taking off my acrylics. Taking them off left my fingers in pain even when the polish was being put on! The price was changed THREE TIMES. I called and was told that taking them off, and putting new ones were on was 39.00 WITH TAX. And then got told in the chair that they were 45.00. At checkout, they charged me 50. Decent price, but I could have been told ahead of time. The selection of colours could be improved. My technician would often tug at my hands without care. I will NOT be going back, and I most certainly would not recommend this place. The only good part about my visit was the atmosphere was pretty. I'll stay with my original place.

Went in a couple of months ago.spoke to the owner and showed her a picture of a "natural looking nail since I know a lot of places aren't able to do that well. She looked at the pic, then at my hands and made a face like she thought I was crazy and said "the picture has a nice small hand in it and yours are not that way; yours are too big! " Thank you. I went across to Famous nails and she did exactly what I needed, with no mention of my big ugly hands and no disgusted face.for under $40

I came here once to have shellac and showed the girl a photo of how I loved sparkles at the cuticles - she said she could do it. Then, they switched right in the middle and so I asked the new girl if she was still doing that and THE ATTITUDE this girl gave me. My shellac was crinkled on every. Single. Nail. (it seriously looked like a child did it). I was so annoyed. I came back the NEXT DAY to have it removed - here’s the BEST PART - the owner (who knew I was upset the night before **charged me the 5$ to remove the poorly done shellac! ***
Needless to say I’m NEVER COMING BACK and can’t even believe this place is still open! So rude/condescending. Don’t waste your time or energy. There’s way better service out there for your $.
