Dirty, horrible portion size and no customer service.

I watched the worker split the chicken that was supposed to be on my order in half because he got a phone order at the same time.

Never coming back

Delicious food with great customer service by the staff who attended me, which was Praveen. A variety of food was there. The only things I felt like that were not up to the mark was the ambiance inside.

I spent $16 for poutine that came with more gravy than fries.this is so unprofessional & not eatable.

Look im giving one star but you have no idea how upset i am, i went today to get a mix shawarma plate beef and chicken, with rice to go. I go home and i opened the plate HUGE Lack of MEAT! Can not even describe how upset i am whoever is working there, super cheap on meat that is not how you are going to run a shawarma place if u give few pieces of meat on the rice, i have never seen this in my life the plate was an extreme disrespect! 14.99! That is not cheap! Ridiculous, Plus meat was not fresh! Hard from outside when u leave it overnight! We are not dumb! Customers understand everything! It is not from the day for sure! Idk how you are running this shawarma but huge disrespect to the customers. Very very disappointed people were kind but holy u cant serve that.

Fantastic food and fantastic service. I'm a regular for their shawarma plate or the twin shawarma deals. Growing up in the Middle East and eating a lot of falafels and shawarmas - this place reminds me of home the most. Their falafels are the closest to being authentic!

The staff are always friendly here. They greet you when you come in and that just makes your whole visit that much better. The shawarma plate is very good, they don't skimp put on the portions, so you actually get full after eating. Lol. Great location, easy to get to and there is always parking available. That's a huge plus! They're open late too, so you don't have to rush to get there after a long day at work. Top notch quality food and service.

I was doing skip and came to pick up an order today. I told them that I have a skip order, nobody answered me. I waited there, the guy in front of me was making the wrap and I asked him after 5 mins that bro how long will it take and he replied to me with a smirk on his face that it is not my department, I said I just wanna know how long will it take he said I told you it’s not my department. What is up with that attitude man? The simple answer could have been like 2-5 more mins but no…he did not wanted reply without an attitude. I asked another person there…he looked at me and packed the wrap and put it in front of me…did not say a word. Management should look into this. Your employees are representing you and your store. Very bad.

They're open late, food is always awesome and priced well. One of my favourite shawarma spots in Scarborough.

Ordered two chicken shawarma wraps from DoorDash at 12: 30 a.m. Extremely disappointed as the roll opened as soon as I unpacked it. It was not tasty. The chicken was flavourful yet chewy. I ordered the chicken shawarma on the rice and it was not value for money at all. Same for the shawarma wraps. Absolutely gutted.

This place is great for late night shawarma. I ordered shawarma with medium spice and well toasted.
It was so good. Affordable pricing with a good service. Located at Kingston and Lawrence.
Must try their food.

Eaten take-out here twice. Both times ordered the Chicken Shawarma Plate. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Not the best I've had, but very good. Courteous staff. The restaurant however, isn't the cleanest looking. I'm sure it's meets Health standards, but would be nicer if it looked a little cleaner. Still, 4 stars.

Went to pick up my order. They added the one ingredient I said to exclude. Other than that it was OK.

Stopped by the shop for lunch today ordering only shawarmas. The store is fine. Clean enough. It’s not what I would call a desirable place to sit back and eat but hey this is borderline fast food. The ordering experience was good and efficient.

Pricing was good for the portion size. Overall the shawarma were very good. Lots of sauce, quality toppings, well prepared.

So why 4 stars? Nothing was great. It was just good. Which is fine and I’ll probably be back though I may sample other shawarma in the area first.

Food is garbage and UNPROFESSIONAL staff. You can get better shawarma in other places in Scarborough. Stay away if you can.

I'm new to the city and I am so happy I randomly ordered from here one day because now I order at least once a week! I like that I can customize what I want on my platter. Highly recommend!

Friendly owner; i've been a regular until today when the individual working snapped at me when I repeated that I wanted turnips. Boss said they get busy. I got home and realized that I didn't have turnips. Ended up throwing out my dinner because my palate was hurt.

I remember growing up in a country where you were told to eat what you paid for; didn't feel much different ordering here.

The owner thanked me when I told him that the drive was not worth my time and I usually only show up because I enjoy a drive there. Foods not bad but to have a boy half your age making his way in the world tell you to shut up in not so many words will definitely throw your appetite into a hunger strike where you pay for not eating your dinner.

Very good portion and delicious for the price.

The shawarma plate is amazing! Always fresh and full of Mediterranean flavour. The only problem is you have to eat it immediately since it’s served in a foil container so you can’t heat it up later. I hope they change this or provide and alternate option, but otherwise is place is amazing!

Top notch! Only 4 stars b/c the bacavla desert was below average. However, the meal, a wonderful surprise. Being a traveling immigrant I had shawarmas-falafel in many places, best being Turkey (and fyi even McDonald's in Istanbul was about two steps above average), BUT Paradise Shawarma is hands down second after Istanbul (3rd being New York, Brooklyn). WOW well done, ingredients cooking, chef consultant; flip flow spot on! Country style, conquer strategy, options available; congrats! Line up when other take-aways restaurants near by were empty. Hot spot

This place serves excellent food. Ordered the chicken shawarma plate, falafel wrap. The food was very delicious. Very reasonable price for the amount of food they give.

Beef & mixed on the rice was delicious! The meat is very high quality, sauce is good, seasoning is perfect, and portion is acceptable. $12.50 plus tax. I’d recommend for once in a while lunch as you may find bigger portions elsewhere (but quality is still better here).

I had a great chicken shawarma sandwich; toasted and not too much sauce. Service was also quick and friendly.

Absolutely a rip-off. You pay per topings for most. They should just close down or smarten up. No way I'm paying there obscene prices. I've been there and walked away. This time I found you on skip the dishes and forgot about my experience. You can see on skip, the 50cent extra for allot of items that are standard everywhere else.

I love to eat shawarma and finally saw this place on uber eats with rating above 4. I really don’t know why it is rated so high. Average food, quantity was low, salad on rice was very less, I asked for spicy but it wasn’t, chicken as well doesn’t tasted that good. Overall not worth spending around $14 on that food.
Highly over rated without any taste in the shawarma plate

First time trying Paradise Shawarma and I will definitely be returning. Had the chicken shawarma plate and the flavours were great. Hot sauce had more of a hummus consistency and was flavourful and had some kick. Owner and staff were very friendly and helped me customize the plate. The place was clean and everyone was masked. The value is there as you get a lot of food for the money, and the quality of the food was great as the chicken was flavourful and juicy. I would definitely recommend this business to try. A+

Food was bad, portion was small, dirty place, and cheap owners who were raving about their food and wanted me to leave a 5 star review lmao but honestly this place deserves negative stars. Don't waste your time & money here. Scarborough has more authentic and better tasting middle eastern food.

UPDATE: Lmao these guys are big time liers. I don't even work with doordash and I visited this placd on december not 5 days ago. Check out their other 1 star reviews, they can't even take any critical feedback and reply with lies & bs.

This place is great! Can't beat the 2 wraps for $12 deal, plates are good, location is very convenient, they're always open late, and the staff is extremely friendly! One of my favourite places in the neighbourhood!

The 2 for 10.99 sharwarma is a good value these days. They use a scoop for the meat which is a like small but at least it is over following. The hummus is under the counter and I think it is needed. To bad no israeli salad or tabouli but at least they have most of the ingredients. Got to try the lamb shank next time. I cannit give 1/2 stars otherwise it would be 4.5 quality and value. I recommend mix meats.

To be honest I think this place is one of the better falafel spots in the borough. Got a falafel wrap and falafel plate on fries and it was pretty good. The fries are A1. Dont understand the reviews about the pricing, it was pretty fair in my opinion, they even have a walk in special 2 falafel wraps for 10 dollars. I'll be coming back for sure. Only complaint is you gotta pay extra for olives and banana peppers

We ordered their keto shawarma, CHK shawarma with rice and fish and chips.compared to other shawarma place in the same area I have visited, this is far by the best in quality and quantity.everything was delicious and we will be returning soon.

Delicious shawarma at a decent price. Fries were yummy too! My one complaint would be the shawarma seems smaller than other places.

The quantity of the food is very very low as per the money.the quantity they are serving is just a half a price.

I just bought a large fries cost almost $7. The portions is way less. Totally rip off. BTW: The answer replied to my review by the owner was a make up history. Lol. Lack of education on a businesses area knowledge/practices on the connectivity with a guest.

The trick to these guys is not to order from any of the delivery apps. Order on line or call for pickup. Uber screwed us over and delivered our order to wrong address. Called them to let them know and have to make a complaint with Uber. Same order with walk in specials was $20.00 cheaper. Great food!

Hands down my favourite shawarma in this area. Meat is juicy, and just the right balance of ingredients and sauce. The flavour reminds me a lot of the original Osmows location in Mississauga.

You do have to pay extra for cucumber and parsley though.
