I received a spray tan from Cindy, who is super friendly and full of positivity. She did a fantastic job spraying me and making me feel so comfortable while in the salon. I totally recommend getting sprayed by her! The result of my spray tan left me bronzed and feeling so much more confident and beautiful. Overall, the experience was phenomenal and I will definitely be booking another spray tan with Cindy again! Also I can't forget to mention how the salon literally smells and looks like paradise everytime I come in for a tanning session.

This was my first experience getting a spray tan. Staff (Cindy) was friendly and professional. She was very positive and made me feel comfortable. The finished results are awesome! I have a healthy looking tan! I feel amazing!

I booked an appointment a week in advance for 11am and the spray tan took an 1hr and 40mins. The young women doing my spray tan, had to leave the room and come back countless times to answer the phone and attend to customers in the front of the store. This was not her fault and I am not blaming her, she was super energetic and apologetic about having to leave so many times. In the future it would be ideal if someone has a spray tan booked that there is also a staff member there to complete the spray tan from start to finish preferably without any interruptions. I have never had a spray tan take more then 20minutes and was not expecting to be there this long, it became very frustrating. I was concerned about the results of my spray tan as there was so much in and out/stop and go by the staff member. At times I’d be left in the room for up to 15 minutes drying myself off. The result of my tan ended up being great and that I am happy with but the length of time it took to have the spray tan completed was quite long and unexpected.

Today was my first post lock down tan, and I felt comfortable in the space and that they were adhering to cleaning protocols. They also took my temperature, so I feel they are doing what they can to keep clients safe. Thank you!

I hadn't been to a tanning salon in years, and with Covid this summer, it didn't really allow for any beach or vacation time so I was lacking in colour! I made an appointment with Paradise Tan (because I liked the previous Fabutan company). I didn't realize that they didn't have a spray tan machine so safe to say I was surprised and embarrassed to get naked and have someone else do it. Stephanie was really nice and informative and made me laugh and feel comfortable. She's good at her job, and I would give her personally 5 stars but.with that being said, after having left the salon less than an hour later the solution made my skin feel like it was on fire. I immediately jumped in the shower and had to wash $70.00 + tax down the drain. I'm unsure if I had a bad reaction to the spray or what the case was but it was awful. Although, I'm actually glad I had to jump in the shower because the colour I am since washing it off was my desired colour - if I would have kept it on for the recommended hours I would have gotten WAYYYY too dark and looked terrible. The palms of my hands and around my wrists are orange but the rest of my colour is actually really nice.

So safe to say, my experience with customer service was terrific but the product made me feel like someone put burning sticky molasses on my skin. I never had this experience with the spray machines so I think I'll just stick with those moving forward. If you're used to spray tan solution and haven't got sensitive skin, I'd say you should be fine.

Paradise tan is the best tanning resort this town has to offer! Try have great prices, and clean beds and extraordinary staff. Suzanne, the owner, is very keen on helping you achieve your beauty goals. The products are also fantastic with the most amazing tanning lotions, creams and enhancers. 5 out of 5, totally recommended!

Got a spray tan for my sons 1st birthday and it was horrible. The spray was put on unevenly. Patches all over.will never ever get a spray tan here again. She left the room 4 or 5 times to go deal with customers while I stood there naked. The process is supposed to take 20 mins according to them but I was in there way over an hour. Now that its fading it looks even worse, patchy all over it looks quite embarrassing.

I got a spray tan from Kassi! She did such an AMAZING job! My tan looked even and very natural. Would definitely go back to her!

I was extremely impressed with the spray tan Brooke gave me. I’m not a fan of spray tans at all, i had a bad experience in the past. Brooke took her time explaining the process and the products she uses. She reassured me I wasn’t going to look orange. I decided to give it a try and the compliments I received from people.they had no clue it was a spray tan. Loved it and it lasted quite a while longer than I expected. Brooke also made me feel very comfortable while spraying me down, easy to talk to. I’m looking forward to my up coming birthday but first I will need a spray tan from the wonderful Brooke at Paradise Tan. Thank you so much Brooke, looking forward to seeing you again soon <3

Had a great experience personally but the prices of lotion were three the roof would not purchase from there, I would buy your own from other stores rather than buy there. The young ladies that helped me was very polite and gracefully I have made this my permanent salon from now on and I highly enjoy the beds they have and also looking forward to my first spray tan. But yes very relaxing and comforting.can't wait to get back up there. Would very much so reccommend this tanning salon to others

I went into Paradise Tanning salon for a spray tan. Stefanie the sales consultant explained very professional and I was very pleased because I was nervous about the colour of the tan etc. The consultant Stefanie did a very professional job on me and the end result was very amazing. Really great experience! Made me feel super comfortable especially for my very first time spray tanning. Easy experience, Stephanie really broke down the before, after and during care for a spray tan. As well as what she was doing and what each product did. Was super nervous about the streaks at first as I’m sure every first-timer is but it all evens out after a few hours and looks great! Really happy with it!

The owner is very dishonest. She told me through email the level 1 bed monthly membership is $28.99 per month. Upon arriving at the salon an employee informed me that there was an introductory fee for the first month (you have to pay double, before you are able to pay $28.99 monthly). Confused I said no thanks and emailed the owner back asking why I was being asked to pay $60 for the first month. The owner replied back repeating her price and continuing to pretend like there was no such fee. So I called the employee back and said “look the owner keeps telling me I only need to pay you $28.99 a month, and you keep telling me its 60 the first month, so can you please call your boss and get the prices figured out. ” Pressed into a corner, the owner finally came clean about the first month fee. I have decided to not sign up is as it is clear the owner is not honest about her true prices. Given I was prepared to pay monthly for the next year, I likely would have paid the first month fee had she been honest from the beginning. But this was a huge red flag for me, and not someone I would feel comfortable giving my credit card number to. Be careful here folks.

**Reply to Owner: I do appreciate the two free tans. The review however, is factually correct. Even in your reply to my review you continue to use a verbal sleight of hand to conceal the fact you have to pay $58 the first month no matter what. Saying try it out for a month unlimited at $58 and if you want to continue a you can get a membership for 28.99 monthly is misleading because a customer may not want to try it out for a month before getting a membership. What if they want to sign up for a membership the first day like I did? The answer is they still have to pay the $58. In other words, a $58 payment is REQUIRED, not optional.

You knew exactly what you were doing and I saw right through it.

Try reciting the following: A membership commitment costs $58 the first month and 28.99 thereafter.

Was such an amazing experience the tan was perfect and she did an amazing job she’s so sweet and kind and really makes you feel comfortable and gives you all the information you need absolutely love this place and would go back anytime!

Very clean and stylish salon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. While I wasn’t happy with the level 1 bed both the level 3 beds were the nicest I’ve had the pleasure of using. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tanning salon to give them a try!

Had my first ever spray tan here and my experience was great! The girl who did it for me (didnt catch her name) talked me through the aftercare and did a great job on the application! My tan looks amazing and the customer service was great. I ended up purchasing a spray tan package so I'll be coming back!
