What we had done: Front yard resodding and grading, interlock walkway and driveway design, side yard walkway, redesigned the garden bed and natural stone porch and steps.
I can’t say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism of Mike and his crew. We had initially seen him complete a neighbour's outdoor project. We couldn't believe how after each day of work they leave everything so near and clean. The completed project was beautiful.
We love our renovation. You won't be disappointed not only with the quality of work but how great Mike and his staff are to work with.

Mike and his team were great! They built 2 stone patios and an artificial lawn for us. They were on time every day, completed the job in 3 days with no issues, and were extremely professional and friendly. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the end result. Thank you Mike and team!

I am extremely impressed with my new patio by Mike Dasilva and his team at Paradise Views Landscaping.
They are an extremely professional team that makes a reno project fun. Chris Stacy the foreman really works hard. Adrian, Rod and Alex were also really diligent. The attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism was outstanding. Mike was extremely patient and answered all my questions and also saved me from making the wrong decisions I would have regretted. The communication was excellent and he is one of the nicest contractors I have ever met.
However, what most impressed me was not only how they went out of their way to do unexpected things that needed to be done last minute and their friendly positive attitude, but how Mike is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge of all things landscaping. He also made good design decisions and felt that he really took ownership and care over the project. It was such a pleasure working with Mike and his team. Mike has a calm demeanour which makes you feel like he can handle any issue that may arise.
I originally was going to go with porcelain pavers but Mike explained that interlock was a better option in the long run for the Canadian winters. Porcelain is thinner but I thought because it was stain free, it would be a better choice but he explained that sealing the interlock later in the spring will get you the same results.
He also saved me from making the wrong decisions on stairs that a previous contractor had steered me to. I would have purchased the wrong width of stairs if it wasn't for Mike stepping in. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew how to maintain the pavers and ensure longevity. Lastly, while many other contractors told me the job would take 1 or 2 days, Mike told me it would take 3 days and he was right. It's because they take their time and do not cut corners. If you want stress-free high quality workmanship, this is the team to trust. The price is fair and you can trust that you get what you pay for and beyond.
My patio and front porch is stunning and I am so excited. All because Mike helped me along the way. Adrian from his team kept telling me "They don't call us Paradise Views for nothing". He was right. I will certainly be working with Mike and his team again in the future.
