This is the last time we will order a pizza! We were very disappointed a year ago and decided to try again. Pizza was terrible. Very little sauce with little taste. Cheese was skimpy and hard. Crust was mediocre. Toppings were plentiful. But that is all you tasted.

Their pizza used to be the best in town, now its hit or miss on the quality you receive. Too many times we have been let down, their delivery time and quality is just too inconsistent to chance ordering from there again

Have been ordering for about 3 years and the consistency of quality has always been great.
In the past 3 months we never know if it is going to be a great pizza or not

It was a great experience and the pizza was great. We ordered 4 jumbo pizzas and a small pizza for a family get together. The service was amazing. Everyone at the party loved the pizza. Will be going back for sure.

01/08/2022 We were disappointed. It was not the same - the crust was not crispy enough, pepperoni was cut inconsistently and the cheese tasted as if a lowered quality was used (not as stretchy). The taste was o.k. But not as previously.

This had to have been the worse pizza that we have had in years. Friday is pizza night for us and we have had pizza from all across Kingston and during our travels both in North America and abroad.
It wasn’t cooked, had no flavour and there was not enough cheese to hold the toppings on. You should be embarrassed to sell this!
We have had it from the Bath Rd.location in the past and it was fine.

You pay $20 for what they advertise as "Jumbo Chicken Wings" and receive about 8 small pieces. What a scam. Loblaws sells better wings.

The pizza is atrocious for the price as well. $30 for a "large". Lumps of pizza sauce were on top of the pizza and asking for well done apparently means you'll receive a charred black crust pizza.

Was denied 1 alcoholic drink when I frequently order from here, and the reasoning was that I didn’t have a “correct ID” which was a green healthcare which I was provided when I moved here months back (same ID I use at the LCBO OR Beerstore) meanwhile I’ve used the same ID here as well from the very start since I’ve ordered there at this establishment. Very upsetting I feel discriminated against and feel like I can’t come here again because of this.

I have no words to describe such special attention without having tried the Delicias yet. Fortunately I did not have time to see the comments, because if I had believed in it, I would have missed these super perfect meals and the treatment so, so special

My 2nephews and I stopped there so Mikie could get a slice of pizza for his supper and wings for daddy. They love the pizza and wings from there. Not to mention that their daddy delivers for this establishment

This place has the best pizza in town in my opinion they use the authentic large pepperoni and there pizza recipe is just amazing definitely recommend eating there great food and great service for a reasonable price

45 minutes late (they said they’d take 45-1hr) pizza was cold - my jaw hurt from chewing one slice… i only gave it two stars because their pizzas are great if you pick up, but never ask them to deliver…

My wife and I frequently stop here to grab a quick bite on a long drive. We checked online and on the website and it said dine in available on both. We ordered ahead, unloaded our newborn and toddler and were informed the place is not open for dine in as indicated AND we were not allowed to use their washroom. You need to communicate this to patrons who stop here for this reason.

We have supported this local pizza restaurant for years and I have to say that the quality and taste has deteriorated! The crust is too thick and chewy. The tomato sauce has very little flavour. The cheese is rubbery. Very disappointed in this pizza! Will not be supporting it in the future! Sorry!

Ordered a 4 topping, only came with 3.
Overcooked, no sauce, rubbery cheese, dough thickness is way too disproportionate. This has been an ongoing issue my last few orders and sadly won’t be coming back. Shame how the quality has gone so downhill. It’s just dough and cheese at this point.

Delivery person was gonna leave this pizza on our apartment mail box, and text that it was here, so someone walking by could take it. Once I opened the box I immediately phone this pizza place and got rude customer service, I guess Mama Mia is the Supreme pizza place around here

I wíll not be returning. It was the third time in a row that the food was wroñg, and dísfusting to boot. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. The only good thg was the garlic bread with cheese. Been a loyal customer since they first opened here. But no more not again. Ever

Paradiso Review

Most say pizza is pizza! I beg to differ. Throughout my pregnancy I never once had heartburn. Paradiso sauce is gut wrenching so much that I was buckled over in pain. So instead of just giving up seeing as their menu is huge I ordered a PLAIN hamburger with cheese & bacon ONLY! Waited over an hour to find my burger slithered with every condiment known to man. Not at all impressed. I do want to mention they did resend a burger but I could clearly tell that the woman I spoke with was not happy having to do that. Sometimes NO WORDS speak a thousand words. Personally I won't be ordering from their anymore. That's all I got.

I ordered spaghetti and was super disappointed. I'm pregnant and atm A LOT makes me sick, including cheese, my stomach can't take it, hence why I chose spaghetti. Well when I got home (which is 45 minutes from Kingston) and opened the bag, the spaghetti had about a pound of melted cheese on top? Why? Long story short, it's sitting in my fridge untouched 2 days later. What a waste of money. And no, it doesn't mention anything on the menu about the spaghetti having cheese on top. Doesn't even show cheese on the picture in the menu.

Okay so this is the Popcorn chicken win sauced, and the Donair pizza. I have had a couple issues now with drivers but this will forever be my close to the heart pizza! As much as the drivers have been bad with me. I still love them and their pizza its really good. Trust me guys i have worked with pizza a-lot if my life and this is probably the freshest tasting pizza i have ate from this restaurant. If you have had a bad experience with them give it another chance because they will make you happy. Let these pizzas be the pizzas to make you happy if i were to rate pizzas popcorn wing sauced would be a 3.8 stars out of5 and the donair pizza a straight 5 outta 5 stars.

I remember when the first shop opened across the street. It's been many years and the pizza is still excellent.

We've had a few disappointing pizzas lately, mostly an error in toppings. And they have been late on a few occasions. I'm not bothered by the tardiness but can try to be a bit friendlier on the phone, instead of eeyore and maybe thanks for your order instead of just hanging up the phone. The delivery drivers at least are friendly.

Clueless staff. How did it take them 57 minutes to make a single pizza? If you are short staffed, do not affect the order for 30 min later. Do not lie to your customers when they show up on time. Do not tell them it will be 10 minutes and to sit outside in the car with the their 2 year old when you really haven't even started making the pizza.

Then they were rude when I asked would long it would be after waiting 15 minutes outside (45min total now). Final time was 57 minutes, almost double the promised time.

I pointed this out, they made no effort to make it right.

Pizza was great, as well las a great value. We ordered ahead and picked up, and pizza was ready when it said it would be ready. No complaints.

Third time I have ordered the cheese steak from Paradiso and not only is it delicious it came to my door in record time!

While visiting Kingston we stumbled upon this gem after being disappointed about not being able to get in at any restaurants by the waterfront on a weeknight. What a gift. The Caesar salad was great (even to my picky-about-his-caesar-salads husband) and the pizza was phenomenal. The 12 inch size was perfect for the two of us. Our server was very friendly and welcoming.

I went in there and got my pizza. When we took it home half the pizza was thick crust and half the crust was so thin it was breaking apart even before it was out of the box.

Terrible pizza. $15.00 for a small 2 topping and I was not impressed. Pizza Pizza's walk in specials are far superior and that is sad. Would never buy another pizza from here.

This is by far one of the best places in Kingston. I wanted to give 5 stars because they are good but they are a little inconsistent.

It was ok. Very dry, not enough sauce. Their slice selection is limited to if you like mushrooms. When I asked for other options they asked if I like pineapple. I don't.

A good pizza place as far as I can see. When it comes to food I'm very precise on to my likes and dislikes. The dough alone I'd give a 9 out of 10 alone. Good crunch on crust. Bottom cooked right on point. Overall good foundation. Sauce was a bit overpowering as it was too much and not evenly placed. Taste was about a 6. The toppings were center loaded and not evened out to ensure tasting on each bite. And the cheese was a 9 spread right and good flavor. I believe whoever made this pie.rushed. Everyone knows when making pizza.make it like it's for your family

They have the best pizza and rice balls wish they would open a store near trenton or belleville besides that 100% the best restaurant

I was surprised at how unfriendly the 3 girls behind the cash register were. Not a hello, a smile or even a thank you. I know Kingston is a bit of a back-water but even for Kingston this was an odd experience - weird, uncomfortable, almost surreal. I can't imagine returning. Still shaking my head.

5/10 Pizza was great for the price! Sauce was just eh, but you get what you pay for. It’s about $5 a sliced tax in. Slices are big, I would recommend asking them to split the slice, into two piece so that it’s easier to eat.

Always fresh hot and made exactly the way you order. Front counter staff was friendly, however I do have one complaint - I wasn't aware they had stopped the free pizza slip program (kids had been saving them up for a while)
I believe they should at least honor the pizza slips that were collected and saved throughout the years. Bad business practice in my opinion

ALWAYS have a GREAT bargain on the food there! The prices are cheap, but the quality of the food is NOT, AND the pizza sizes/Portion sizes are AMAZING.

Mike the bum.i like their pizaa alot, as does my daughter.her mother used to order it, so now i order it for her.very good pizza, but i just like pepperoni and cheese, so.

Great food from here, one 9f top 2 pizza joints. Only thing I don't recommend is their gigantic pizza (the biggest one), only time I was dissatisfied, I think it's too big to properly cook (or they just messed mine up)

Biggest pizza slices ever! You gotta try the panzarottis! Love that they opened the new Inverary location on my toute home from work.

Usually really super good pizza for a great price. Was a little disappointed with my last order. Not much sauce so it can make it dry. Happens when all you get are 2 toppings. So going to go back for sure.

Awesome pizza slices - tasty, variety of choices, good value for $. I love the pizza but I didn't like the pasta dish I tried.

La pizza n'était pas prête à mon arrivée et j'ai dû attendre près de 15 minutes! En plus, le personnel ne m'a même pas informée que ma commande était prête alors que j'étais à 10 pieds des caissières. Très déçue du service: embauchez des adultes au lieu de jeunes du secondaire! !

When the web order confirms back that your order will be ready in 30 minutes for pick up, it should be close give or take. Arrived on time and it took almost another 30 minutes before it was ready, not cool.

First off an hour and a half for my food.

They "tried calling" but for some reason my phone didn't recieve any calls.

Driver leaves they send another one 10 minutes later ontop of hour and a half.

Then they forget the rest of my order.

Oh and the lady working was so ignorant. Never will I ever order from here again!
