Fantastic customer service! Generous portions, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection. The risotto and gnocchi were wonderful. Kind thanks to all the experts at Paradiso for the friendly and professional labours with kindness. We have been living overseas for 10+ years, and Paradiso was as good as we remembered.

Recently, I had the pleasure of hosting a surprise birthday party for my husband at Paradiso, and it was nothing short of spectacular. In the process of planning, I scouted numerous venues, but Laura from Paradiso stood out with her exceptional assistance and insightful suggestions. With approximately 40 guests, managing the timing of the food was paramount, and they executed it to perfection. The food was a showstopper; so much so, that guests reached out days after, raving about the delectable dishes they had enjoyed.

But it wasn't just the food. The entire team at Paradiso deserves a special mention. The level of service was impeccable, resonating with all our attendees. Every staff member went above and beyond, ensuring that the evening was seamless.

Thanks to Paradiso, my husband's surprise party was an overwhelming success. If the ratings allowed, I would gladly give more than 5 stars. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

I chose Paradiso to host a small bridal shower for 27 people. Right from the beginning - from the timely response to my initial inquiry, through the entire planning process, with the quality and presentation of food being served, to the level of detail and hospitality that was provided by servers and staff on the day of - everything was incredible. I don't think my review will do justice to how special Paradiso is. Their customer service is excellent, their food is delicious, the patio comfortable, drinks perfecto and reservation system a time saver. Highly recommend the Spaghetti Bolognese, Gnocchi, and the fresh bread. The portions are generous for the price. I'm excited to return soon. A great wine and cocktail menu as well!

I had not been to Paradiso in some time but I am going to make sure its on my list of usual dining locations. Absolutely amazing food, service and atmosphere.if I could give the review six stars I would!

We were there for a 60th birthday party so it was a rather large group and they managed to get all our food out at the same time and it was fantastic. It was plated beautifully, the portion sizes were great and it tasted amazing. The atmosphere was great! We had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend.

THink this is a seriously good restaurant. Had flank steak as a main and it was delivered rare as requested and very tender. Good, reasonably priced wine list. Friendly and prompt service. Was there with a group of friends and everyone was pleased.

Food preparation is very bad served chicken side dish potatoes were overcooked. Never go again

Ravioli sauce was so watery. Bolognese tasted like sauce from a jar at the grocery store. So bland. Disappointed.

The place is a gem. Food is high quality. Lauren was very pleasant and accommodating since we had young, hungry kids with us. The manager is humble. We will be visiting again soon.

Food was garbage, crab cakes, bolognese and gnocchi were just plain gross.
Our server was wonderful though, she was very kind and attentive, she salvaged the experience for us.

On July 4th, I had arranged dinner at Paradiso for a large party of 21 to celebrate a graduation & family reunion. The restaurant was so kind as to allow us to order from the full menu instead of a limited one and gave us a lovely room to ourselves! The food was out of this world and everyone remarked how delicious it was! The service was excellent and our wait staff were patient, pleasant and such a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Paradiso and will most certainly be back!

First time dining
I must admit that we were very pleased with the quality of food and service.
Location is super because on Lakeshore rd and very desirable neighborhoods.
I love the smile on the staff faces and most importantly the prices are very good

Don't waste your time or money.
Food were all Small, tasteless, and beyond bad.
It took them 1: 45min to get the food, after serving the world worst appetizers. The Antipasto was completely waste of money, sorry for my words "disgusting", everything in it was Really BAD.

One meal was "forgotten" and all we got Was "what do you want us to do? It was Forgotten" really?
Despite the fact they didn't charge us for the food, only paid the kids meal and the drinks (drinks were ok), it still was not worth it, and NEVER AGAIN.
Stand online else where and save your stomach space and money.

Food and service was excellent. We were a party of 14 and the server was attentive and so professional.

Had a great experience here, greeted at the front door and taken care of right away, though the restaurant was very busy. Hannah was our server and she was just amazing and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Food was also delicious! Would recommend!

Excellent food, good atmosphere and great service. Prices aren't too bad for the food and location. Good wine and beer selections. Nice to see some local choices on the menu.
