The restaurant accommodated our party of 7. Excellent service from first call for a reservation to our farewell. Sasha was our server. Her and her team gave exceptional service. The food for 7 came out hot and fresh. Delicious menu. The atmosphere was perfect for our boisterous team. We sat in a small section off the main dining area which was perfect for not disturbing other patrons. Everyone on my team enjoyed themselves. I’m almost certain we will be back. Thank you Sasha!

We had a delightful experience at this charming restaurant! The meat was perfectly cooked to our liking, the ravioli was rich with flavor, and the chicken was incredible. We wandered into Paradiso by chance this afternoon while out for a walk, myself with two friends, and we were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful gem. The service was super friendly and helpful. They were ever so attentive. The food was amazing. Portions were generous and flavour was superb. I had the Rigatoni with sausage and I started with the gazpacho which was very flavourful. We started outside but they quickly ushered us inside when a huge storm came upon us.
Can’t wait to go back again soon. Everything about this place made us feel like we were in paradiso.

Good food but not terrific. Disappointed by the fact that the menu has changed and there was no more 12-h braised beef cheeks gnocchi. Apparently a fan-favourite but they dropped it from the menu. Raviolis had too much pepper. The baked Brie was good. Niagara mist was good too. But not sure I’d go back there for these dishes.

Happened to be in Burlington Waterfront on a Monday night. Was craving some Italian food and I'm glad I found this restaurant. Food was really good and the service was great. The Carne Pizza and the creme burlee are a must try!

The service was excellent, lovely atmosphere and delicious food. We had the antipasti with burrata (perfection), a pizza and the Moroccan chicken - all of it was fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again.

Hosted a milestone birthday at Paradiso for a group of 10 and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent and every guest raved about it. We had helpful advice and support in planning the menu and drink list and the service the night of was friendly and attentive. The semi private room was perfect as it wasn't too formal but had a beautiful and special ambience to celebrate. Also appreciated that staff didn't rush us out, even though it was past closing time. Highly recommend Paradiso for dinner and events!

The food is five star. You could spend more on less quality food at two of the most upscale restaurants in Burlington, and it’s not half as good as at Paradiso. Congrats to the chef, and the amazing staff

We where there last night to celebrate a special birthday and it was Great. We where in a room at the back which accompanied are family very well as we have small family members. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the servers where top notch. Thanks again for the wonderful evening

Paradiso helped me put on such a fabulous baby shower this weekend! My guests loved the food and the party room is so beautiful, staff were also very friendly with excellent service. I would recommend Paradiso to anyone wanting to host an event that'll wow your guests.

A good restaurant offering Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The duck drumsticks were our favorite!

No wheelchair accessibility? Your restaurant has incredible food, you need to include all people. You have narrowed the sidewalk in front of the building so wheelchair dependent people can’t pass, roped off a section you may be able to enter and fenced off the entire west end of the patio where the ramp is located! Really, it’s 2022, please be inclusive.

My mother and I came. The food was great, we had crab ravioli with the sausage penne. Sasha if you're reading this you were amazing.very helpful with wine choices, making sure we were happy, and overall very sweet, but not fake sweet if you knoe you know. Overall great place, prices also in a good range for the food.

Pet unfriendly patio - servers will serve you pizza with a frown on their face even if your dog is tied outside of the restaurant - good tasing food though

The chicken is done professionally and creatively! Love the roasting and the filling. It makes it really stands out to other roasted chicken. And the service is amazing too.

I made reservations for a Saturday night and was totally impressed by the service as well as the food. Many people rave about the crab cakes and they are totally justifiable. We overstayed closing time without realizing how fast time had passed and nobody gave us a hard time. A lovely place for a date

Just recently we had our 50th wedding anniversary dinner at Paradiso. With the help of their hostess Christa it was arranged for the small private room at the back of the restaurant for 21 people. We were all, my husband, myself and our guests so very impressed with the evening we had arranged. We had a fixed menu with choices offered for each course. The food, the service, the staff, the atmosphere were absolutely wonderful!
We are so very pleased to have chosen Paradiso for this special event in our lives. It just couldn’t have been better! Thank you so very much Paradiso!

Great location and a short walk from the waterfront boardwalk. It was a busy place (reservation recommended) and our server was fantastic. The menu is relatively small but have great options for different tastes. There is a great selection of starters (roasted pepper soup was great as well as the burrata). I recommend the Moroccan chicken, very juicy and flavourful. I would definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

First time here on the suggestion of a friend and it was very pleasant experience. One of our party requires a walker and a staff member quickly brought out a small ramp to get over the small step into the restaurant. Suggestions we made by the server and we had a absolutely delicious thin crust pizza to start followed with their homemade burgers which incorporate chorizo sausage in the patty and served on a really great bun. The service was attentive and efficient with pleasant decor and comfortable seating. Would definitely come back and try some other items on the menu.

Always love this restaurant! Pizza is perfection, crab ravioli amazing and the foccacia is soo good! Pecan tart was divine.service is always great - can't wait to go back!

Since moving to Burlington we have been working our way through the local restaurants. We've now been to Paradiso twice in the last two weeks and have been very impressed with both the food and service. Both times we wanted something light and we shared a salad and the Margerita Pizza. Quite surprised at the size of the restaurant. Lots of room in nice surroundings. We'll make Paradiso one of our regular stops.

We love paradiso. We have been there multiple times and it never disappoints. The way they cook the lamb is perfect. And they are good cocktails with ample amount of alcohol in it. The staff and manager are friendly and courteous.

Had a great birthday meal here for my dad. Moroccan chicken was ordered and enjoyed by half the table. Calamari appetizer us amazing, and they know how to cook calamari properly. Would highly recommend both those dishes. I've also had the nicoise salad here which was good, but not as good as today's chicken. Friendly service and a nice patio.

This restaurant is pretty good. Not a full 5 star. It’s expensive and nothing was super memorable. Nice patio & location.

We had visited the Paradiso Oakville location several years ago but were trying the Burlington location for the first time.

We discovered that of the several restaurants we tried, Paradiso is one that accepts requests for patio bookings)! The team promptly confirmed our booking and followed up with a gentle reminder one day before our luncheon reservation on Monday, as requested. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. Our meal was great and the house wine (a Malbec, quite delightful). I am taking away a star because the Red Sangria I ordered was not up to par at all. Hopefully, it will be better next time, for we certainly intend to visit them again for their ambiance, good food and attention to satisfy their customers. Thanks!

Great staff and the ambiance is very nice. A really nice place to go. We had the Morrocan chicken, the Angus Striploin and the Crab Ravioli. All of them were delicious and the créme bruleé trío was the perfect dessert

Great patio spot tucked in the village. Bruschetta, pizza and gnocchi were all perfect. Friendly service and a mouthwatering menu

Fantastic service. Extremely attentive and friendly service by Colin. He is a real professional. I would highly recommend this establishment and the wonderful food and service. I had the crab cakes and antipasto salad. It was traditionally prepared Italian fare.

We always enjoy a date night here. Severs are excellent. Food is top notch. Prices aren't low but you get what you pay for. I will say i didnt love the seating in the back, but was only sat there once

Nice patio. Tasty food. Quick service. Note to the owners, please make sure all you're employees wear a mask that covers their mouth/nose. The clear plastic half covers don't do much for anyone.

An amazing experience, food is world class, staff were fantastic, second time we’ve been here, and it’s a definite regular stop for future. Paradisso takes Covid-19 precautions seriously, and the facilities are great as well. Fun, professional, attentive, and the food quality is high calibre to eat and look at as well.

My wife and I had a lovely date night and enjoyed a meal on the patio at Paradiso in Burlington Village today. They were able to accomodate us without a reservation and the service was very prompt. The focaccia bread with oil and herb, absolutely amazing. The bruschetta was so fresh. I loved the savoury braised beef gnocchi. My wife loved her sweet butternut squash ravioli. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

Absolutely wonderful place for a quiet romantic dinner.staff is extremely helpful and pleasant overall vibe is very nice I recommend this place to everyone that visits Burlington the place can be a little hard to find the first time but that's part of its appeal it's located in a very nice quaint almost area of downtown Burlington.

We came to support local right before the newest shut down and had a great dinner with my husband. We both got the gnocchi, which is an absolute favourite. The service was okay, my soda never got refilled but the food is absolutely fantastic as always. Support local, get takeout!

Went out for dinner last night with our neighbors. The waiter was polite and efficient. The food was served in a very timely fashion. The food was hmmm so yummy. Nice presentation. My husband said he had the best burger. Will definitely be back and will also try your Oakville location.

Had lunch there today (outside heated patiio). Ordered from the taste of Burlington menu (3 course $25). Food was really tasty! I would definitely go there again, next time for dinner. Very polite staff.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. We went to this restaurant based on recommendation from a colleague who is apparently a frequent costumer of this place. The food was nice but a rude waiter managed to leave such a bitter taste in our mouths that we will make sure not to ever go back. This middle age man with gray hair was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my restaurant experience. We could not believe this man's attitude and behavior, specially in this climate when one thinks restaurants should be more appreciative of their costumers who support them during a pandemic.

Reading other reviews, I can see that this experience has not been an isolated one and is a pattern. To the owner, rather than thanking me and providing any potential apologies, please talk to your employee. You exactly know who I am referring to. This is not the way to treat people who support your business, specifically now during these difficult times. If this person is not capable of delivering basic costumer service, then perhaps he is not a good fit for this role.

A never returning customer

Definitely a place worth visiting, the food is awesome and well prepared, the prices are reasonable and it is consistently neat in here. Fantastic work.

We chose this restaurant simply because everything else was closed and we entered with low expectations. However, once we received the food, we were simply blown away. This is, by far, the best restaurant I’ve been to in Burlington. The food is fine-dining, and Moroccan Chicken that I had was nothing short of impressive. Moroccan food is hard to nail, so I was shocked to see such high quality sitting right beside me. The restaurant is off putting because of its outdated decor, but the food and service are second to none in the area - honestly, it deserves a 10/10.

Had a small birthday party for my three year old in their private dining room. As someone whose family hails from the hospitality industry, I can honestly say I was impressed with everything at the Burlington location. The atmosphere was relaxed and charming, the staff equally so. Food was my big concern since I had a few picky eaters in attendance, but everything was so well done. This restaurant takes great care to adhere to COVID guidelines and made their requirements clear throughout the planning and kindly enforced them during the party. I felt safe and genuinely enjoyed myself.

This place was AMAZING! The service, the food, the prices, the location! I came here with a friends recommendation and even with COVID putting a hold on most restaurants staff numbers, the service was amazing and so fast. I can't wait to come back!

Highly recommend!

Surprisingly, the restaurant is quite spacious (as it looks smaller from the outside). The staff are pleasant, polite, and welcoming. The food is delicious! I had the fungi pizza and it was extremely flavourful and not overly doughy.

Mandy, I believe she was one of the managers, is SO POLITE! Highly personable and will make any guest feel valued and welcome.

Went for dinner last night and had their burger. Best burger of my life.to quote Marshall from Himym "Just a Burger? Just a burger. Robin, it's so much more than "just a burger. " I mean.that first bite-oh, what heaven that first bite is. This is no mere sandwich of grilled meat and toasted bread, Robin. This is God, speaking to us in food. "

We had a large party of 15 today for lunch. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating, the service was great and they paid attention to allergies. All our food came out within minutes of each other, our waiter was great, and the food was fantastic. Thank you for a delicious lunch!

We’ve eaten here many times. Date nights, birthdays, lunches with kids, brought in clients from out of town, brought in my parents, we also hosted a Baptism dinner for 30ppl in the private room. Always without a glitch, always great food. Very happy and we will definitely be back.

Unbelievable. Came here for Valentine’s Day and was blown away by everything from the romantic setting, incredible food and amazing service. We shared the bruschetta which was super tasty and I love that we could load our own bread from the mix in the bowl. For the main I had the braised beef gnocchi. This dish made all my dreams come true- absolutely divine, hearty and perfect. I had the creme brûlée trio for dessert and honestly this might have been the star of the show, the chocolate creme brûlée was absolutely to die for, and even though I wasn’t a fan of the strawberry, the chocolate and vanilla were so good it more than made up for it. The service was professional and friendly and our server made an effort to check in on us regularly. I CANNOT wait for my next trip back here, this restaurant is phenomenal.

Delicious food! Had dinner there the other day and the staff were so friendly! Everyone from the manager to the hostess made us feel welcome. We were served by the nicest young man and I would recommend this dining experiece!
