All the good words have been used here already for Andre at Paragon. He is very professional in handling my work order. He would also answer my phone calls almost within 5 rings and provide me with the answer right the way. I got my car back and I thought it was a new car. I must say, in all my dealing with people in the auto industry, this experience was by far the best! Andre went above and BEYOND to repair my mother's vehicle. His communication was on point. He even sent before and after photos of the work they did to the vehicle. The work he and his team did to her car was literally night and day! Absolutely incredible work. I recently got in a car accident and got lucky to choose Paragon for repairs. They did such an amazing job with the repairs I can't even tell my car was in an accident two weeks ago. The turnaround with all the repairs is incredibe it took them less than 2 weeks to finish the whole job and they cleaned my car from inside out which is the best gift I got this year. I highly recommend using Paragon Auto Body services. Andre and his team did a terrific job repairing the rear-end of our 2019 Honda CRV when our car was hit from behind.
They handled all communication with the insurance company, kept us informed on progress, as they dealt with supply chain challenges for required parts. When we picked up the repaired vehicle, it looked great. New tailgate and rear-end paint matched original paint on the rest of the vehicle.
On a subsequent visit, some six months later, I was recognized and welcomed, as if I had been there just a week ago. Once again, their service was superb and the car is running like-new.

After Simplicity Auto Care on Gower screwed my mom's car up, these guys did the complete opposite. The door that was damaged clearly needed to be replaced instead of salvaged, and that is exactly what these guys did from the get-go. Also, without me even mentioning, they addressed every single screw up that Simplicity Car Care made to the car. This gave me the confidence that they not only know what they're doing, but they pay attention to detail.

They were also extremely professional and cared about time management, so they gave us realistic turnaround times, and definitely under promised and over delivered.

They deserve the five stars that I'm giving them right now. Thank you guys and Desjardins for fixing this issue up for my mother.

I would recommend Paragon to anyone needing collision repairs. The rear end on my Accord had major damage from a collision a few years ago. Paragon repaired the damage and got my car came back looking like new. Recently, when my wife’s car had some minor damage I didn’t hesitate to take her car to Paragon. I brought my vehicle in for damages to the back bumper. They did an excellent job with the repairs looks brand new! They took the time out to detail the entire body of the vehicle including the tire rims and inside. I almost didn’t recognize the vehicle! Excellent job, I would highly recommend! The customer service is great as well and all the team especially Assad is a great asset! Well done!

Paragon team worked on the collision damage for my Honda CRV. Their work is spotless. They made my car look new. It made me wonder if it was really my old car. They took care of the interiors too and made my car look new. Andre is super amazing and is the real meaning of customer service. He is very communicative and takes care of every single detail. Enterprise rental car guys made me wait for over 30 mins at the drop off location even though the time was communicated to them earlier. Andre waited with me and ensured that I got my rental car before he left with my car. He didn’t have to. Such great service! I would highly recommend Paragon.

I regularly recommend Paragon to my friends after a great experience fixing my car's rear quarter panel in 2016. There was a minor issue with that repair that I found over four years later in 2020, and, as promised per the lifetime guarantee, they fixed free of charge. They also gave me some free touch up paint for a couple of items I wanted to fix myself. I highly recommend using Paragon. I wouldn't go anywhere else for body work.

Paragon did some body work on my vehicle. They gave me some great advice and an honest opinion on the work that needed to be done and I was very happy with how everything turned out. They did a great job and I had my car back in no time. Would definitely recommend them.

Taking away review. Not sure if this shop has an “in” with tow trucks but there’s definitely something fishy happening.
Came back a few years later for work on another car and was completely taken advantage of with the job - had to get money back through insurance.

I would 1000% recommend this place. I’ve gone to them twice in the last year and they have been super professional, quick and helpful every time. It was hard to find time while working to bring my car in (accident where I wasn’t at fault) so they ended up coming to pick my car up from my home and dropping it off when it was done, super convenient! Not only that, but it was quicker than they anticipated (got my car about 5 days earlier than expected). Thank you Paragon for making this so seamless and easy for me during such a stressful time! I really appreciate it and will continue to recommend your business to everyone I know.

Had my wife's vehicle in for some body work after a collision. Andre made the process of getting this done extremely quick and painless. The work was on time and of excellent quality. Painting of the new bumper was identical to the rest of the car, and they even fixed up a few other small scratches on the vehicle - they did an amazing job. Car was spotless inside and out when we got it back. Highly recommend and will be using Andre and the Paragon team again.

Incredible service and quality of work. Andre has now repaired and repainted both my Accord and Pilot. Not only is the body and paint like new again, he has gone way out of his way several times to be helpful. He went as far as picking up and dropping off my vehicle from my house to make the process much easier for me with newborns. When we got the vehicles back they were shiny as new. Out of 5 body shops that quoted me, Paragon was by far the most reasonablly priced. Altogether it was an amazing experience! I fell in love with my car again, it looks fantastic. Right from the time I spoke with Andre on the phone, I knew that my job would be done well. All the concerns were handled with transparency and honesty. A neighbor's child was on his dirt bike and unfortunately hit my car parked on the driveway. The person tried to get his way our of this and by trying to get my car under repaired but Andre made it easy for me by standing his ground and that the necessary repairs need to be done and that he should pay up! The quality of workmanship was top notch and the price was great too as Andre understood the position and gave a good price! All in all, great folks and it is an authorized Honda auto body shop, which is why I went there. At the end, the car was detailed and cleaned so well too:) I would highly recommended Andre and his team!

Paragon exceeded my expectations on all fronts - professional staff and very high-quality repairs. I was always kept up-to-date with the status of my car - and the estimate given was exactly what I paid. I would use them again, for sure.

I was involved in a collision with my brand new Honda Civic which suffered front and rear end damage. After doing research on different body shops, I ended up deciding to go with Paragon Auto after reading the positive reviews and seeing that they were also the authorized repair facility for one of the dealerships.

Due to my busy work schedule at the time, I had no idea when I'd be able to bring the car in; however, Andre was super accommodating and arranged to pick up my car at my workplace and arranged for the rental to be delivered to me. The repairs were completed quickly and the car was returned to me looking back to it's brand new form. They did a great job with the pearl white paint match too!

The customer service was fantastic and I felt assured that my car would be in good hands from the first point of contact over the phone with Andre. I hope my car won't need any future body work but if I am in that situation, I'll definitely be bringing it back to Paragon Auto.

Really amazing service! They reattached a plastic grill cover for me right away and free of charge! I was busy going back and forth to the hospital to visit a family member and the last thing I wanted to deal with was getting this part fixed. The guys here really made my day and gave me one less thing to worry about. I just want to express my appreciation and I can’t recommend them enough!

Andre and his team are excellent! Their auto body repairs are done well and they always stand behind the work that they do! I have called Andre at all hours and he has arranged a tow truck, rental vehicle, and helped me with a difficult insurance adjuster. They offer a very fair price for repairs that are not claimed through insurance.

I highly recommend Andre and his team! My friends and family have went to them and have all been very happy with their customer service and the auto body repairs.

Amazing Repairs to 2006 Odyssey Front Damages.
Got the car from the shop today, Jan 27th, 2020. Just ecstatic with the repair. Definitely a professional job. Never had this caliber of repair done before. Many thanks to Assaad, Andre, and the Staff working on my van. The works were done with care, attention to details, and beyond to what required. Certainly, will recommend the Paragon Auto Repair services to the people I know.
Major repairs done: entire front bumper assembly, front structural realignment, cooling and A/C system.

My front bumper popped out after a collision. I brought it to four body shops, and Paragon was the only one to tell me that I had to replace the entire bumper. Every other shop offered to simply reattach it. My local mechanic ended up doing it for free while he was was doing my car's safety (I'm moving it from a different province) and it's good as new now.

To be fair, Paragon had the best price on reattaching the bumper of the four, but it still feels like I almost got ripped off.

This company is amazing! I walked in with a damaged fog light and a badly scuffed front end of my leased car, (flying pylon on the 407) and walked out 30 mins later with it fixed and all of the scuffs removed for a more than reasonable rate. They took me as soon as I walked in. When I was calling/emailing about their hours, they got back to me within 15 mins. I was so impresed. Easily the best body shop in Toronto!

Amazing customer service, repair completed in time promised at a very reasonable price. My family has used this company in the past and have always been very happy with the quality of the repair.

I recommend this body shop extremely. What they did to me nobody do to costume except very close friend. They fixed my suv as free. Can you believe that? ! The cost was $500. So expect their profession they are very kind and friendly. Thank you so much PARAGON for everything.

Why can't I give it a higher rating than 5? I have been using this company off and on for about 20 years. I have always had excellent customer service and I am always impressed at how good of a job they do. And my car has never been as clean as it is when I get it back from them. I would never go anywhere else. Love love love them.

Last year I damaged my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe XL. I went to Hyundai dealership and they quoted me very high price for relatively small work. Then I found Paragon after googling and went there. After inspecting my car Assaad Dagher gave me a quote which is 60% of Hyundai dealership. When I received my car I was surprised with the quality of their work. Definitely I would recommend them.

Really great bunch of honest, hardworking guys working there.

Had a huge snowstorm and -30 temps and on the same day after my shift at work, I realized that my car door handle seized, meaning that once I opened it I could not close it again.

I obviously couldn't drive home, so instead I drove down the road to Paragon.
I arrived just before closing and explained my situation that I needed help and could not get home. Even though they were getting ready to close for the day, they still helped me out.

All the while, the guys were super nice and friendly, and they told me it was a quick fix. They could have easily overcharged me, or told me to leave it for the night, but instead they were honest and told me straight forward that it was a simple job.
