Paragon Security

No employer is more unprofessional then this one right here. They treat you like a living corpse and as if you’re there property. They dont pay minimum wage and expect to get the best out of them. The management here is horrible. Just look at the reviews and how many stars they have. It speaks for themselves. They dont care if you’re sick or if you’re uncomfortable. They try to force you to do things out of your comfort zone. This is the worst employer I ever worked for. Especially Sahithi Pola. Shes the most unprofessional. She sends “lol” in her emails. Nobody from management is ever supposed to that. In my years of experience Ive never had anyone do that it’s extremely unprofessional. I had to do a Covid test and they weren’t respecting that. Again, they dont care if you’re sick because you’re just a body to them. Heartless management who have no sense of awareness for their employees and no proper sense of direction in running a security business.

The course was decent. Instructor was honest, punctual and to the point. Cuz of the plandemic certain the instructor was annoying.

Covid annoying.

Josh is the biggest loser I’ve ever came in contact with. The guy has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. No idea how to manage, no idea how to schedule properly. Fire this guy and get on with it. He’s toxic to the company. Absolutely embarrassing. Might as well fire the guy who hired him too.

Is was a good place to start out at but over time started to go downhill. Got stuck at one site then when tried to interview at another site, manager of the office sat in for the interview and just sabotaged my opportunity for another site, saying that I was unreliable. Worked there for 3 years, never late, wrote very detailed reports, and even willed throw a loss of a family member. After leaving this company, decideda job in security just was not for me.

Best company I have ever worked for. Need I say more?

My overall experience while learning at the Paragon Security office was quite pleasurable. The multiple trainers did an amazing job to provide answers to any and all of the questions the class had. They have a great sense of humor while at the same time being able to offer a great learning experience for the students. I look forward to potentially joining Paragon Security in the near future and hope that everyone can get out of the course what I did.
