My experience with Paragon has been fantastic, and they have the greatest hiring procedure in the city. Mandeep Gill, one of the schedulers, is highly professional; she knows your availability and assigns you shifts accordingly. She also responds to calls and emails promptly. I enjoy my job at Paragon a lot.

Worst company to ever work with. They will make you buy uniform which will cost you more than 400$ and when you resign and return the uniform, they wont even return you 50%. Instead of paragon work with companies like securitas who will give u uniform for free.

I came for food delivery at 25-35 vinking on tuesday around 12.30 pm and guy working their was so nice and calm. He was so freindly with everyone.liked his service

I had worked with paragon in may 2021, Got hired by Mr. Jahan, Mr. Sukhjit Gill was great scheduler. But recently everything has changed. Paragon is no more good, People are no more kind nd generous, they treat individuals so bad, I really want to mention three name, Manjot, Gagandeep, Sidrah - they make team and insult people. Candidates who want to apply for job are not given proper respect and are not treated wisely. They make the next person feel degraded and disrespected. I wish paragon could get good and wise hiring admins, people like these spoil the name of the organization.
To all the candidates who are reading this, I would say, BE AWARE OF THEM!

I have been working with paragon for just 1 month and i have recieved the permanent site few weeks after that its possible all because of Mandeep kaur gill which is my scheduler. She is polite and always ready to help her guards for any query or problem related to the work.

Worst recruiters. They will hire people with employees reference without any problem. But people who have genuine experience gets no place. Recruiter said we are not clear about your visions as you have planned vacation to India and that too after a year. So far, people always look for experience but these idiot recruiters look for easy recruitment and dont give chance to genuine candidates. Why you waste people’s time by taking long interviews and stupid paperwork, when you have silly reasons not to give a job to candidate.

I got selected in paragon today. Its been a great opportunity for me to work with paragon. Miss mandeep gill guided me very well. She is very calm and polite and i had a very great talking to her. She provided me with the best guidance.

I wanted to let u know, that i was an employee of paragon security in 2021, recently i tried to join them back, but unfortunately i was treated very badly during my interview. I was interviewed by Ms. Sidrah, I had never seen her before, I think she is new with the company but the way she treated me and degraded me was really disappointing. She interviewed me and was not willing to give an opportunity to learn nd grow. She was not at all kind. I also asked her to give me assistance to grow and learn, but she was so called so assured that i wont get the job. She didnt even encourage me, the way she spoke and degraded me, made me not to contact them back. Y? Would someone work in such an environment where your team members degrade you. I was so disappointed after the interview and the good image that i had for paragon all vanished at once.

Hope other candidates will be treated better.

I have never seen any other security company being such sophisticated. It has always been amazing to work with paragon. I would like to thank specially my schedular Mandeep kaur. She helped me every time by adjusting shift with my complex schedule of college. Every time i requested her shifts, she always helped me with my concerns. Thanks to paragon and Mandeep.

Based on my experience working with Mandeep Gill, I have found her to be an exceptional scheduler. She consistently provides timely and appropriate schedules for each S/G, taking into account their individual needs and availability. Hello everyone, my name is Himanshu. I am giving the review for my scheduler (Mandeep Gill) and Paragon team. All are really helpful. Mandeep mam helps me a lot related to my schedule. One thing I noticed that she is doing her work in a very honest and calm way. Overall, I am happy that I am in her team.

I have been working with paragon for 5 months now i am still working and i am gonna keep working one of good companies. Staff here in office is really great our commissionor mr sujandar is really helpfull. And my scheduler miss sukhdeep kaur she’s been one of awsome schedulers she helped alot. I visited here, the girl on reception desk was so rude.it was early morning, she was so aggressive.girl name is muskan she behave very bad, i will go for another company for my licence.

Worst Company to work for. They do not have a line of communication within their own team. Their scheduling sucks as well. Thats the last place you would like to work for. They have their own politics going on every site. Apply at other companies first and if you do not find anything, paragon should be the last company to apply at.

I have been working with Paragon for more than one year now. All the staff is very nice and cooperative specially Mandeep and Sukhdeep. Both of them have been very helpful, they make you feel like an important part of the company.

I m working with paragon security more than a year, all the team members are very supportive but I really appreciate and thanks to my scheduler Mandeep Gill, she works professionally always be there to support you and understand your situation and work with dedication, good in nature, very polite.

My experience with paragon security had been worst. I visited the office on 20th september. The guy named Sujandar interviewed me and asked me to come the very next between 10am-4 pm to further discuss about the job. I reached there around 2: 35 pm the next day and waited for one hour. He came after an hour from the meeting and told me to go back and asked me to email him my contact number so that he can call me the next day. I emailed him right away. It’s been more than 10 days and I haven’t received any call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF.

Paragon is one of the best security companies in GTA and i have been working with them from last one year. Best part of paragon is their scheduler Mandeep Gill. She is very nice, polite and understanding. She is very dedicated to her work and always ready to help her guards. Keep up the good work!

Paragon security is the one of the best security company. The thing I liked about them is that they give security training to those who don’t have any security experience. This thing helps the person to remain calm in the panic situations. In addition to this, scheduler Ms. Mandeep and Ms. Sukhdeep are very supportive and they are very professional.

If I talk about the paragon scheduler team then I would say that Mandeep gill is very perfect scheduler which I have ever seen.she always take care of each and every S/G by giving the proper hours and timings according to them. Worst company to work with. They just don’t care about the employees. They’ll make you work without any breaks and their management is pathetic as well.

This has To be the worst over rated company. I went to their head office for work and they said we only have morning shifts for supervisors not for new beginners like you. They said it you can work outside humber college campus and direct traffic in minus 20 weather than we can give work or else not. They don't give any work.

Administrator named Raina was really very polite girl. She provided detailed information and was very clear about what she did. Paragon employees also provide good service at different sites too.

I wana put a strict complaint again receptionist. If anyone help me with that like giving me email of any MANAGER OR HR i will be thankful to that person. She does'nt even know how to talk. Such a racist behaviour she had. She insult people. She insult my sister when she ask a question about address inquiry.

I met with sukhdeep at bramlea city center about the hiring of security guard job and she guided me for a career in paragon. She is very polite and helpful and gave me whole information and also talkes with hiring officed MANDEEP gill who hired me for security guard job. One thing i want to mention here is that they are very fast in their working and always ready to help because whenever i called both mandeep and sukhdeep they gave me proper guidance and hence i want to thank both.

I have worked with Paragon Security for almost 3 years, I had started as a guard after 1 year of hard work and experience, I got a opportunity to become a site supervisor. I must say Paragon cares for their guards and help them to succeed in their career. I was with team Eagles which is condo team and the support which I got from the management of that team is highly appreciated. Everyone is perfect in their role with the company. Especially, Navjot chana (Director), Gurmit Kaler (Manager), Jim Perry (Manager), Rishab Bedi (Scheduler) I know Rishab since long time when we started working together in the field, he’s very humble and helpful person and always went above & beyond in helping guards and me with the scheduling issues, Jasmeet Kaur (Locating Commissioner) and Luisa (Admin). Thank you so much Everyone, It was nice working with you all.

I have been working with paragon since may 2021, saying this proudly that yes it was one of my best decisions. Got hired by Mr. Jahan was a great opportunity for me to grow from ground to great heights. Settling me in all the ways he could and get the best for me. Everyone in the office is so nice, kind and generous, creating an atmosphere of humbleness and loyalty.

By definition a concierge is a person who assists guests and residents at an apartment building, condo or hotel. However the "concierge" at a condo I was staying at in Mississauga employed by Paragon mocked, and belittled us and refused to issue a parking permit just because he wanted to go on a power trip. Apparently, according to the Paragon head office - it doesn't matter if the "concierge" is being rude or that he harassed, bullied, lied and slandered (in a very serious way). Guests and residents on the other hand cannot talk back to them, we just need to take their abuse. My advice to any Condo corporations do NOT hire this company unless you want residents to be mistreated due to the employees unprofessionalism. Guards can decide arbitrarily they do not like you and be rude and you are NOT allowed to get upset at all. Guards are not trained in customer service or deescalation and instead go on power trips to demean guests and residents.

On March 31,2021 at around 10 am, I went to attend a business matter at No. 2 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. While backing up to park, the upper rear spoiler of my SUV was ripped off from my car because it hit a steel cable which was strung from the ground attached to the steel gate to keep it open. The steel cable is hardly noticeable unless someone would walk to it and looked closely. Nevertheless, I went back to the building and reported the matter to the security guard. Before I can finished narrating what had happened, his first reaction was "it is your fault! ". I called his attention about the danger of the steel cable and to set a warning, and NOT to extort money. Anyway, I went back to my car and recovered the damaged part. I noticed he (Indian security guard) followed and put a pylon in the area where the strung steel cable is located. By this action, he acknowledged that a danger exist. Any person who would happen to walk in the area in a poor visibility would likely be injured or risked getting his limb cut off. I asked him if he is going to report it. He said yes. I gave him my business card and requested for someone to call me back. To date, I never heard from anyone. I suspect either it was not reported or if reported nobody cared. And this is the reason I have to post this message in an impartial manner as a caveat to future visitors to this place.

Cheap company especially missisauga location staff, that don’t know how to deal with guards. Their HR department don’t know about their employees status.even i am working with them as full time but when i asked them for job letter they mention me part time in their file.they said your status with us as part time.it’s their fault, they are not doing their responsibilities, I think they are just sleeping while working that’s why they don’t know anything. I never recommend anyone to work this company.

I took a training for my security guard license and it was very helpful with my license exam but they do not have job much job opening and if they have they only take the experience once.

Bad place to work. Supervisors at sites are rude to the new employees and treat you very badly making you feel unwelcome. Better companies out there for sure these people are not professional at all and quality is terrible.

I start working with this company from July 21,2020 in Mississauga Executive centre. These guys open the company to make a money from the guards hardwork money and union is also in their hands. I am not lies I have the proof in my hands and when a guard complaint on phone about paycheques these company employees say u guys are disrespecting us and Harassing us. Greedy dogs.

Unprofessional Hiring Interviewer, Specifically Confused one. They just want to call you for interview and waste other people time, might because they want to complete their hours for that day and not want to work properly.

Not good for working. Never get schedule on time. Every time we have to call again and again to get next week schedule. They never call me by their own. Only one scheduler in the city who always remains confused and always send wrong schedule. Search for another company to get job.

I have been living in a condo building in Missisauga the security team at this building are always rude, arrogant and agrresive to residents, they are always threating even if a resident forgets fob one time, i guess they dont understand what a security and conceirge means rather they feel their job is to harrass residents in the building. I highly recommend to stay away from paragon security if you building is condominium building.

They keep posting on indeed when you reach to them they dont have jobs. Basically they take your information and use them somewhere i guess. The whole organization does NOT care.
They replace our guards with the same, just bodies. No experience.
I believe the way management hires and the treatment of guards is disrespectful, and this is what we end up with.

I was scheduled for interview at 10: 30am and reported at desk at 10: 15am. Receptionist told me to wait in garden I waited almost 1 hr and after that I told her that check my scheduled time and she is sending people in who came after me.she said, she has a list of people and sending them according to that.this company must know significance of time and schedule.

I waited in garden for another 1.30 hr and then told her I am leaving now as they are wasting my time.just after that she said ok I'll make arrangement for the interview.this is worst experience In my life, if they cant value time of candidate they can not value employee.

Gives minimum wages and charges Too much extra fr uniform with unpaid training. Worst Company with no reply at all. Waste our time to fill a big form with three essay question and all. Hired as a full time and give as a floater for probation period. So that are specially hire to fill space for their employees leaves. They think we all are fool.

Don’t buy anything from the lady who sells uniforms inside. She is rude as hell and thinks she is doing you a favour selling you the uniforms. She might have family issues but that doesn’t mean that she has to be rude with the customers. I went there twice and same attitude. Not going there again:)

Fake job advertisements from company on indeed. They asked people for walk in interviews and then told them they don't have anything available in region.

I have been working with Paragon for almost a year now, and it is the best company around, hands down. I have friends in pretty much every company out there and most of them want to switch to Paragon. They actually care about the guards unlike other major companies that don't watch out for their people or don't care. With my previous company, I was an assistant supervisor and had extremely rare contact with the senior/intermediate management unless something bad happened. With Paragon, I can go to this office and speak with the administrators, managers and senior management on the same level as my site supervisor now. There are some awesome people in this company.

Sure, there are some flaws with organization and pay, but that's what happens with a company this size. All the management, operations and instruction staff are very professional and go out of their way to help the employees out. If you are looking for a job with a company that will have your back, this is the way to go.

This is the west head office for the Paragon operations in Peel and Halton regions. There is a security teaching academy within.

They don't need guard they need person with CAR. I saw paragon guard at bramlea city centre and it sucks to see they were not riding cars inside the city centre I wondered how they got job without car

For anyone hiring security guards, look elsewhere.

A woman cut me in line and then pushed and shoved me at the mall. The Paragon Security guards witness the assault and they did nothing to stop it. The male guard even asked me to apologize, "it's just easier, because this woman isn't going to stop". The overweight female guard mocked me and said, "Call the police. Someone cut me in line. Boo hoo. "

This fat blonde has no sense of justice. 200 hours of training your employees is just 5 weeks. It's not enough. Telling the victim to stop complaining is part of your training?
