Eugen Denchik is a scammer. Just like the review below, he literally looked at all the papers, then took the money, and soon after refused to do the job saying I don't have a case. I have to move on and find someone else for now but going to Law society to file an official complaint. Stay away from these guys.

If I can give 0 star I would definitely do it! Eugene Denchik is every unprofessional and unethical. He asked me to sign the retainer agreement with him and paid him $1200 right there and two hours later after I left his office he told me that he couldn't proceed with my request because he got a critical information wrong, which made me have no case at all. Yet he refused to refund me my money even he misled me with wrong information and didn't do anything for me. Reported him to the Law Society and let's see what happens.

NOT to be taken seriously & NOT to be trusted. When the case was over, I asked him what was the amount left on my retainer and he told me $221. Then when I asked him to sent it back. He made up a story saying that he had lost all his data and that he couldn't figure out what I had paid him. When I submitted a clear record of my transactions he started making up items that weren't mentioned before (which he magically found from his lots of data). Then he gave me two different amount from my retainer.first 23.18 and then when I told him that the math didn't add up and that he still ow me ~200 he changed the remaining amount to $7.93. I would NOT recommend his services. Very unprofessional to work with; Didn't keep any record, didn't send me invoices when asked to in time, and didn't send me copies of his filings.
