Had an appointment today. The dentist and his team made me feel very comfortable. I have a slew of work to be done and they didn’t make me feel shamed. Thank you! I will be back with my kids for all future appointments.

Friendly staff, supportive and knowledgeable professionals. My session felt like a spa treatment, so calming and painless, I slept off a few times!

I went to this dentistry last week for a gum graft procedure. Dr Leung was very straight-forward and explained everything very quickly before the procedure.

During the procedure, him and the hygienist had a brief disagreement, I started making noises to get them to stop because it started to stress me out.

Afterwards the procedure, Dr. Leung asked me if I go to Missuaga often and then said he would do the check-up there. He said if I couldn’t get to Missuaga, to not worry about a check up appointment. As a result, there were no check-up appointments made. I was really unimpressed by this, I have no way to get to Missuaga and would have prefered to just have another dentist in Hamilton do the check up appointment. I want to make sure that everything is okay, without having to travel to another city.

Front desk were kind and friendly, however I would not recommend going to this location.

Terrible phone service. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I finally get thru and then I get put on hold. I call back after 5 minutes and no answer. They really need to do a better job on answering the phone.

Very cooperative and friendly staff.it is closer to my home so decided to go there first for my children dental issues.since thn till now never thought to go anywhere else.highly recommended.

Have to say one of the most professional dentists I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable staff as well as multiple considerations for clients, constantly asking if you where okay or was there any further questions. Minor details but that's what is important In my opinion for a good practice or business. Great work as well, take their time with making sure the job is done correctly!

They saw me for a dental emergency late Saturday diagnosed the problem, explained my options and pointed me in the right direction. Even though I went elsewhere for treatment because of distance, I was happy with their service. I want to let them know that six days later the tooth has been extracted and the "flipper" is in place. Wondering dentist who helped me fix my broken Orthodontist wire. Called last minute for an appointment on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate me same day! Great service.

I visited this place for swollen gums and infected wisdom tooth. The doctor named Faraz Riazi, did my tooth examination and Xrays. He booked me for tooth extraction after an week. On my appointment date, he gave me anesthesia, then he tried two times to extract my tooth but he failed. He said, i am not able to do that because your roots are deep, even he showed me the same Xray that he did before. I was surprised to hear that. Then why he was trying to extract if he was not clear to do so. After 3-4 hours of anesthesia, my tooth filled with too much pain, it was worse. He didnot care about my pain that i felt after it. He said, i will book you to another specialist and he will take care of it. I was again surprised, when i saw they charged me for that day. I donot know why they deducted amount from my benefits for that day. When i went again for charge clarification, then they said, the doctor did tooth cleaning, I told them he didnot do any cleaning. I went two times, every time they said he did tooth cleaning. He failed in his attempt two times, he did nothing except pain. Other staff is nice and helpfull. I Won’t recommend this dentist.

They are absolutely the best dentist clinic we have ever been too. From the admin, to the hygienist and the dentists, we couldn’t ask for a nicer group of professionals for our dental needs! They are absolutely wonderful with our children has well! We can’t recommend them highly enough!

First time my son and I visited this Paramount Dentistry location on Paramount Drive, for his braces consultation. Was a pretty quick in and out appointment and staff seemed friendly. Spoke mainly with Julie, one of the ladies at the front desk and she was very helpful. Thank you!

If you're just looking for a cleaning - go see Dori. She is fantastic. Have been seeing her for 5+ years now.
Unfortunately I wouldn't go here for any other dental work. I'm sure they do a fine job, but the current dentist seems to not care. He saw me for about 15 seconds total and I have pretty bad teeth that need some work. They also frequently book you in for the wrong work. They tell you what your next appt is for, but when you arrive they're doing something else that day and you'll have to come back a 3rd and 4th time to ever get a single issue resolved. Not sure if genuine mistakes or just trying to upcharge insurance, but definitely not a good experience.
