Not the best but is a go to food sometimes
I like falafels here but I find them pretty dense but taste wise they are good

Abdallah was amazing! So helpful and kind. So was sandy. The staff here are great and very knowledgeable…. And the food was amazing:) I had the chicken rice and salad — I recommend! I would definitely go back

Ordered the Saj chicken Shawarma. The ambience is really nice and the service was amazing. Our server Abdallah was really friendly and welcoming and ensured we had a nice time.

They go above and beyound to make you feel home. The food ia amazing. The place is elegant and clean.

I ordered a spinach pie and when I opened it at home it looked uncooked and a piece was missing. When I called the restaurant I was told the oven wasn't working! Why didn't they tell me before I went! It's disgraceful.

I went there a few days ago was greeted by Abdullah who did an amazing job of taking care of us. He provided great recommendations leaving us full and satisfied. We will definitely be back to enjoy his great service and amazing food Thank you (Abdullah) for the plesent experience

Went to today with my family we got full grilled plater the food was great and our waiter was a very nice girl she was so keen on making sure we got everything we wanted will definitely be back!

The food was terrible. We got the mixed grill. The bbq was definitely not freshly made. It did not tasted or looked fresh. It was very chewy and hard and not as hot as you’d expect fresh bbq to be. Chicken was okay.
Spicy potatoes are not spicy. Because they are cut bigger, they’re not as flavourful. We got some lemon and hot sauce for the potatoes and that kind of fixed it. The paramount special drink tasted like regular mango juice with strawberries. It looked great but didn’t tasted that good.

Customer service is good. Our waiter was very nice.

Placed a pickup order at 7: 08pm from the parking lot of the plaza. ETA for pickup was 7: 38pm. I was told at the counter on 7: 50pm that the order will take another 5-10 mins. I received the order at 8: 16pm (1 hour and 8 mins after placing the order and 38 mins after the original ETA on the website.

If the place is understaffed, then please stop taking new orders. With the narrow waiting area without an attendant, people keep crowding in waiting for their pick up.

No separate queue for online food delivery apps so they just directly walk past the customers who ordered online. Nobody had any clue on who's there to pick up food, who's there to place the order or who's there to pick up on behalf of Uber Eats or Skip the Dishes.

Worst experience for a food pickup! Everyone there was frustrated with the long wait.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

I ordered the half mixed combo platter for $48.49 plus taxes. And I thought it will be enough for three people. But when I arrived home and looked at my order the quantity of the chicken and beef shawarma was very little. I really didn't expect the whole order to be like this i was very disappointed. And I don't think that I will order at this location again.

The falafel was decent.i asked for extra sauce and said i was willing to pay for it.i made it VERY clear, literally said "i want alot alot alot of sauce like soup". The guy did not pass the vibe check, and said he would give me sauce on the side.i should have have checked the bag before leaving.he gave me tiny little sauce container of garlic and one of tahini.it was enough sauce for like 2 falafel.i had 6 falafel plus a ton of rice.they are very stingy on their sauce.

If you are looking for some brunch food, I highly recommend ordering the cheese-dough or you can refer to it by the technical term “manaeesh. ” Also order the Zaatar w cheese dough options too, awesome. Also located in a very convenient location. Maysoon did a great job helping us select the right items off the menu and delivered great service. Will be coming back soon!

WOW best service in awhile! Came here not to long ago for my birthday with some friends, I don't usually leave reviews but the service really deserved it! The food was amazing and what was even better is how far our server went for us, along with being the regular polite and friendly Tarah actually helped us cut the salmon for our son so that my wife could feed him and get the other 3 under control I would highly recommend the food, service and atmosphere to anyone who love quality!

After doing my Boxing Day shopping I stopped by for lunch at Paramount! It was my first time at this locating and my experience was fantastic the food and service was delightful. Aziz took our orders and provided great recomendations and was always present to service our every need.

My first dinner experience at Paramount was amazing. Our server Maysoon made it even more special by being really friendly attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend the restaurant. Thank you so much Maysoon. I hope you will be our server next time again! You have a beautiful smile.

I had a shawarma and it was the best, I also had the best server. Maysoon was helpful and made sure my order was correct and prompt! Number one! Would definitely come back. Maysoon keep up the great service:)

Was helped by lovely staff named Shahd, she really cared about my experience. Not only was the food great (Best i've had at paramount) but most importantly there was professional service. Definitely going to come here as opposed to the Sheppard location, even though its out of the way. 10/10

Fresh and delicious lebanese food. Our server Maysoon was attentive and friendly, she recommended the mezza plate as an appetizer which came with hot fresh bread! Overall great and fast service.

The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. Shahd did an excellent job trying to find items which are suitable for my gluten allergy. I enjoyed the tabbouleh although I was skeptical. Will come back!

Great portions of food. Chicken was well cooked and flavorful, but could have been more spicy for us (we are used to South Asian and Sri Lankan food). Chicken schwarma poutine was excellent. Maysoon and the staff did a great job. Keep up the good work.

Came in with my family, and we all left very happy and satisfied. From the delicious food to the wonderful service our server Maysoon provided us, we had no complaints. It was a little busy but the service was extremely professional. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the delicious foods.

Staff are very friendly but the food quality is not like it used to be. I ordered a fatoush salad and it used to be a decent portion but now it's smaller and not done in the original way.

Just enjoyed a wonderful dinner, food was fresh and quick. Our server Maysoon took care of us once again and everything was great. Excellent service, by far the best location. We will be coming back soon!

I've been to a few Paramounts but this is by far my favourite. Had the chicken shawarma plate with taboule salad and it was great. Thanks for the great service Maysoon.

Went in this evening and this lovely girl named Tarah was very kind and helpful! She kept checking on us to make sure we're doing okay and don't need anything else. Will definitely be back again and hope we have the same server:)

I had the chance of hosting a big party here and it was fun and will consider it for future parties.food was great and service was great also.worked with owner to select menu dishes and he was a real gentleman and helpful

A unique dining experience that's a cut above and removed from a typical pub or other restaurant experience. Works well for me because the food is so vegetarian friendly. Good food and service. Not that every restaurant has to be, but this one is not licensed.

Great location with amazing people serving the best middle eastern food! A very positive vibe whenever I visit this location. Always happy to be served by Mario and Shyeda! Always a pleasure seeing them:) I will recommend this to anyone who wants to try middle eastern cuisine and the best paramount I have ever been to.

Really good food, love the place and there is even a play area for kids so parents can eat and kids can play.
Live band, too! Servers are attentive, we did wait but it wasn't bad BC each table has a tab you press a button if you want "bill, server, etc" anytime we pressed it the staff were right there to help and not down your throat every two minutes. Definitely will go back, excellent place!

When I was there we where seated, given a menu, was ready to order, 5min later a table of 4 seated at a table beside mine. I was told they will be right with me to order and then went straight to that other table to take their order. When they came back to me I just stood up and walked out. I thought that was the best way to show how business shouldn't be run.

I enjoy the food and the staff has been nice there in the past. They have numerous gluten free options. Gluten free pro tip. Under most of their dishes they place pita bread under the food. Ask them not to if you are gluten free. Remind them about it and have the server tell the kitchen. Takeout available and uber eats
