If I can five -5 stars I would. We got the wrong order at first and when we got back to ask about the right order the guy with the glasses on was shouting without even listen. Long story short we get the right order but the chicken is raw. A waste of 40 dollars. WOULD NOT RECOMMWND.

We had pizza.which was ok. The cashier could try to smile or be friendly or polite. She must hate her job. Or people.

I had my worst experience having of shawarma from Paramount at the Toronto Pearson airport Terminal 3.
They say their standard shawarma only includes 1 pickle, lettuce and chicken with no sauce. To add tomatoes, pickle and onion to asked for $1 for each salad ingredient. On top this the Asian lady at the counter made racist comment asking my wife being a mother and a women asking for refund.
She even an arrogant made comment when I was leaving. Our boarding gates had already opened and she was acting to call the manager.
I had never had a shawarma without a sauce and only a pickle without any other salad in it.
If this the standard of paramount then I would rate it to the lowest standard of food served.

The chicken is so degraded and dry yet oily. I honestly suggest you endure hunger rather than eat this unhealthy unpalatable food

This place is a total rip off.shawarma wraps only has lettuce and pickled cucumbers. There is Extra charges for tomatoes and onions or any other toppings. Also the staffs are very sneaky about the extra charges.
The staffs are rude when asked about the extra toppings.

Absolutely awful. Overpriced, bland and stale. Honestly, the airport should talk to these guys about keeping a minimum standard.

The cashier was extremely nice and helpful, the shwarma wraps were satisfying, and the meatless protein was surprisingly tasty! Also, highly suggest the spicy fry dip.so good. I see some bad reviews in here, and sure, it's not the absolute best shwarma you've ever had, but you're at the airport so what do you want? !

I came down the hallway and I could smell delicious scents wafting toward me. So I headed over to pick up lunch. I bought a cheese manakeesh, which is a flatbread with salty cheese and a crispy crust - it was excellent. I got a beef manakeesh, which was well spiced but the beef made the crust soggy. Last, I ordered a falafel (which takes 10 minutes to cook), which was very good and filled with fresh veggies.

Service is perfunctory, as one would expect in an airport. Prices are moderate, also in line with my expectations. The cheese manakeesh was $7, beef was $9, and falafel was $11-12.

This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had, the sandwiches were literally EMPTY and when we kindly let them know, they laughed in our face and started talking about us. I have never come across such disrespectful and rude staff. Do better paramount

I was actually excited when I saw the paramount but that deminished quickly. Terrible service.staff needs better training and be up front about add on pricing. The manager had excuses no apologies.we haven't even tried the shawarma yet.
