Paramount Fine Foods Centre

Went to a raptors 905 game. They need to hire more staff to keep the food areas clean and stocked. It was alright not sure if id go again. The tickets were free so that's how I ended up going. Staff seemed friendly not issues in that department

I was at the rink watching my grandsons hockey game. The rinks were well lit, and the bleacher temperature felt comfortable. The pluses were that it had a snack bar and skate sharpening in a small pro shop. There is also plenty of parking

Very clean. Very nice. Beautiful complex. Love the selection of the drinks in the vending machines (please supply Fiji or eska. [FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE TO STRETCH MY DOLLARS]) Great courts and fields. This place seals the deal. They also have a shop that sells jerseys and a cafeteria to go along with it. If your lucky, the bar would be open and you would grab a beer

We went, for the 1st time, to see the "monster truck all out" show. Plenty of parking, well organized, and they take spectator safety very seriously. The arena is big enough to host a great show whilst still small enough to give everyone a good view. Leaving the 1,000 capacity car park was slow when everyone wanted to leave at once.

The queue for food took too long, food staff very poorly coordinated.
Nice arena though, easy access and good facilities.
I’m sure the exit drive could be more efficient.

As someone who use to work for the company years ago i can say i'm deeply disappointed food quality has gone so far down it was absolutely terrible and i'll never go back anytime soon.need to rebrand or something cause this ain't it

Don’t host kid shows if you expect parents to not bring water. Create better entry and lineup procedures. No other kid show makes it this complicated. Also keep entrance doors propped open when long lines!

Fantastic facilities. We have used the soccer fields and the gymnastics area, very clean and top notch equipment.

We went to attend a graduation ceremony at this place. It is located in Mississauga. It has plenty of space for parking. Nice clean atmosphere along with plenty of food options. Ample sitting space for attendees along with clear view from all sides.

Fantastic venue. Bigger than we thought. 4 Ice rinks plus the large arena, a huge building with indoor fields. Lots of free parking. Covid protocols went quickly. Right across the street from Iceland Mississauga! Wish other cities had so much ice in the same area!

Very small court. Good free parking but food options are very limited and of poor quality. Price lists are misleading too. The list said the tea is for $2.5 but as the lady told me after I ordered that the price had gone up and I had to pay $11.5 for a cup of tea. That's price gouging.will never use the paramount food store over there.

Wonderful complex, only issue was that as a first time visitor I was a little unclear where to enter for the Steelheads game, but once I got that sorted out everything was terrific

Excellent venue for our kids’ soccer and seemingly all other activities. Lots of different gyms and amenities offered.

I attended a concert at this location recently. The location is significantly large and the arena can accommodate 5000 Or less people

The satinder sartaj concert was great. Seats could be more comfy but the sound was incredible. The whole place was overall clean and tidy. Good stuff.

Hockey arenas are on the aouth side of the building. Total of 4 rinks. Be prepared with health clearance and ID as they scan your QR code and verify. Snack bar was closed, possibly due to COVID. Rinks are well lit with ample individual seating. Indoor viewing area is available with limited bench seating. Overall a great arena. Pictures are of rink #3. Hope this helps.

We went for vaccinations. We had an appointment, and there was no wait time. The staff was courteous, two thumbs up.

My review of Paramount is mainly associated with my experience of getting two doses of the covid vaccine.

My first dose was around 4ish on a Saturday and my second dose midday during the week. Appt times are somewhat kept however still had to wait in a line for a good period of time (especially for the second dose). Lots of check points and lots of friendly staff however I never had to show my barcode / appt on my phone.

I have not attended any sporting events or conferences however looking forward too in the near future.

Got both of my vaccinations there. So unbelievably kind of the owner of this place to let the government use it for vaccinations. Lots of space, super clean, tons of parking with pleasant staff.

Ver busy and lots of events. Covid 19 vaccination clinics add more load but that is always the case. I miss the basketball games times.

It is 5400 seats arena. There are gymnasiums and rooms for other sports. It used to be called Hershey Centre. There is plenty of parking and location is good as well. The part of the building is being used now for Covid vaccine centre.

The Carassauga Drive-in was a welcome initiative. Unfortunately the sound was way too loud to bear. The artists were great and did a phenomenal job in an unbearable heat. Kudos to Hawaii, Lebanon, Fiddler and Portugal!

This was the worst experience of my life. Firstly, the employees were very rude and disrespect. Secondly, they did not let me get the vaccine I booked for. Lastly, they did not even have the vaccine prepared.

It's a mass vaccination clinic now. Very smooth and organized. Even there is a long line up, the line moved very quickly. In and out in about 45 mins when the end of the line is all the way to the other side of the building. Thank you for those who work very hard to get everyone vaccinated!

Very bad experience for vaccination. This place is a mess. Appointment means nothing here. Very bad organizers of it. I wish I can even take away this one star. Please avoid it for vaccinations.

One of the premier facilities in Mississauga! Such a pleasure to have seen this facility develop over the years into the home for entertainment, professional sports, community recreational facilities, and large community gatherings. Always a clean, fun, well-staffed, and friendly environment. I hope it stays that way for years to come!

Excellent & Very Efficient setup for the covid vaccine. Large parking area, well marked, the queue may appear long but the volunteers are doing a commendable job in keeping everything flowing without a hitch. After months of frustration at the delayed vaccine rollout, the setup here truly impresses you. Kudos to the entire staff handling the operation on site!

The building is being used as a vaccine centre. Please get vaccinated so it can reopen for the purpose it was built for.

Just walked around outside the building while I waited for my sons to get their Covid vaccines.

Received the Pfizer vaccine at this location yesterday, everything was very well organized lots of parking, signs and staff that tell you where to go.

This place used to be The Hershey's Centre. Very spacious and lots of parking spots for people who booked to get vaccinated here. Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are available at this location.

I have not been in the change rooms but the facility is always clean. The turf is great it doesn't smell when you walk in to the closed pitch area. The courts are always full with people doing camps etc. It's a great place

Best soccer facility in the GTA. I’ve played in Toronto, Oakville, Woodbridge and other facilities in Mississauga and nothing else compares. Good variety of soccer leagues and competition.

Great seats everywhere.prices have gone up since paramount took over from Hershey.no in and out privileges for smokers anymore. Food wasn't great for the price!

P. S I’m writing a review on the snack bar.

I tried the fish and chips from the snack bar today. I thought it would be good because it was $38 for TWO. I take my first bite and the fish and chips were EXTREMELY REVOLTING!

Show was amazing.
Venue needs more organization.
Very few food options, nothing healthy.
Beer is priced as if i was watching a leaf game! Ridiculous.

The facility itself is fine, pretty good space for seating as far as plastic chairs go, access to areas is also pretty convenient.

Only huge issue I have is the incredible lack of food options. Concessions dont open until 11, and then you have a choice of hot dog, chicken nuggets, a cardboard pretzel, or fries. And not even at every stand.
I waited in line for almost 20 mins with a hungry toddler to find out the one we were at didnt even have hot dogs. Eff that.
For a venue named after 'fine foods' they need a much better selection.

For a food industry name they fail on the hours they keep for the snack bar at the sports complex and the terrible bar service. Prices atrocious. Very disappointed we lost the Hershey touch.

Great arena and kind staff. Lots of parking. Hope they can deal with the big pool of water in the outer parking lot before it freezes in the winter.

The rink is fine. Good to watch some junior hockey in. Ticket prices seem a bit high for this level of hockey. They really need to work on their signs for Will Call location. And having the Will Call in the space between the exterior doors and the interior creates a crowd, where people are trying to enter. They might think about moving it.

Cannot open register without making a purchase. Drinks over priced. Asked for change for a $5 bill and used it at the vending machine to save one entire dollar. Get it together guys. Because this is my only experience with this organization, 1 star

Went to see Raptors 905, great place EXCEPT the Beer nuts guy near section 6/7. The smell that comes out of his stand is awful, I could smell it from Section 8

Recent name change from Hershey Centre.
Easy to get to. Parking is adequate. Main entrance - stairs to go up to get to it. Accessible entrance with elevator is at 1 end, a ways from main doors. More lighting would help with overall visibility at entrances, in parking areas, and in corridor around the main arena. Large floor to ceiling windows "bring the outside in" but on dull days or at night does not matter. Clean washrooms. Local hockey team's mural adds a bit of colour to the stark concrete grey walls in one area. Painting various areas would help perk the place up. Seating is comfortable. Would return for future events.

This used to be The Hershey Centre (Hershey SportsZone). Everything is about the same except that they changed some league timings (no more men’s Wed/Thur. Soccer). They also changed the snack bar to have more food offerings (some from Paramount Food). Overall, it’s the same and the conveyors are friendly.

This is a pretty decent ring. The temperature was good, considering it was an ice rink. The downside is the elevator has been out of order for awhile, and there was no more paper towel in the men's washroom. The seats were very clean and somewhat comfortable, though I did notice a few broken ones as I walked by. The parking lot is very spacious and is never full despite all the rinks being used at once. The food menu is also very different than the normal sports arena fare you would typically get.

Hockey Arena - Concession Stand

So here’s the main issue I have with the new ownership group, their food concession stand in the complex with 3 ice pads is awfully bad. I frequent Paramount restaurants often, there is no way this can be run by that same organization, it must be contracted out to a 3rd party.

I was there on Sunday November 18th between 6 and 9 when the service was the worst ever. In my case the three boys working had no experience whatsoever dealing with food or people and were by no means dressed as though they belonged behind the counter. The rink staff cleaning out garbage bins were far more professional, friendly, and clean. The individual serving my hot drink had his fingers all over the lip of my cup as he fiddled with getting the drink ready. No one was washing their hands and the place looked a mess in the back. A friend was sick the next day after eating a shawarma - I assume it is related to their cleanliness. And no one knew prices, everything had to be checked on the computer - they told one individual that a small chocolate bar was $5.

On the positive side the young girl working was at least pleasant and cracking a smile.

Paramount can do much much better!

This used to be the best Middle Eastern when they opened. I think they lost their way a bit. The restaurants are really fancy and all, but the food and more specifically the portions are not the same. However, I am glad to see them succeed. I started to go to the Dixie-Eglinton location around 2006. The restaurant look like a watehouse but the food was amazing. Now they care more about looks than theu do about their food.

A shawarma from here will transport you to a magical world where shawarmas grow on trees, and the heavens pour down tahini.

Facilities are good.no changes from past.food and beverage ridiculously priced.will not see another nickel from this family

One gate open with four security to pat down or wand a sold out event (Duke basketball). Took almost 30 minutes to enter. Every concession had a line at least 20 deep, didn't even attempt to buy anything. Clearly no plan in place to deal with large crowds.

I've been coming here for years to see men's soccer. Today I arrived to find that the prices that were already on the higher end of the spectrum have increased on food. What was a a weekly social gathering of drinks at the bar can no longer happen as the bar is closed unless there is a "large event". Talking to some of the employees you can tell that they are unhappy. It's disheartening to see the difference that a change in management can make to a business. Never thought I would feel this way as this was a normal weekly event to watch with my daughter. I think Skip the Dishes might be a plan of action to get me through this season. Thanks to the great staff as they are one of a few reason our family will continue to attend this season.
