Great Furniture store! We recently purchased a three set sofa at paramount Furniture and it was a great experience. From trying out different sofas in the showroom, to consulting with a well informed staff, to the most friendly delivery service ever, every aspect of our purchase was great. Love the sofa we chose and would go to paramount for any of our furniture needs. Your delivery people were great. They went above and beyond. We will be back soon!

If you can, never buy here.bad service. At 2: 00 a.m, they moved out the furniture, which was damaged the first time. After 4 days, they brought what was promised for the next day.again after 1: 00 am.terrible service

The delivery guys Lakhvir Singh Lakha and Toofan Singh gave us very good service. Guys were very funny during delivery time. They did work very well. I recommend to visit there for a good service.

Bought our couch set from here and dealt with Ricky, very accommodating, very detailed, very easy to deal with. We were able to chose from a wide variety of colors, the material and pillows. Great prices so we came for more furniture, stay tuned for more reviews!
Also bought our dinning table and chairs here, again all customizable, even size!

The delivery service was the worst experience of my life, they show up an hour late, I did not receive mattress have to wait another day, 2 handle was broken, I told seller said will fix when receive mattress but didn't had to wait few days, then after show up to fix handle, they didn't have tool to fix one so have wait another day for them to come back, I had to cancel plans 3 different times, I got so stressed out my chest started to hurt, they did nothing to make me feel comfortable after calling company multiple times about what's going on, even the day to fix the handle they came 3 hours late, I could have went out, but waited for them
Don't deserve 1 star should be -5

They have huge variety of furniture. Owner is very helpful and friendly, we found a lovely couch for an affordable price. I showed the picture from Pinterest and glad they made the same and fabric is good. Team is very professional as well.

Very bad customer service
Does not respect the delivery time
they delivered to us at 11 pm and they started assembling the furniture until past midnight
The delivery people are scammers and ask for additional amounts that are not included in the invoice

It’s fraud company. His owner and all staffs are baseless people. Ontario consumer organization must take strict actions on such companies!

Beware of this store. They sell fraud and deception. They laugh at the world and do not return money to the world. Guess, guess, dates that are absolutely inaccurate and not suitable for human use.

It has been 30 days and they are delaying the order and it has not arrived yet and I have not seen the money yet. They are playing tricks on me. Beware, beware of this place. I advise everyone. This place cannot be visited.

The owner of the paramount furniture @ keele have very good customer relations. There stuff is cheap

. And if you MUST, get on the truck and inspect what is in the truck and IF it is same model as you ordered BEFORE they offload it!

OUR EXPERIENCE:

1. Delivery was days days late.

2. They brought half of the stuff and demanded full payment. When we refused, they threatened to take everything back. When we stood
Our ground, they accepted half payment.

3. Upon unwrapping, the sofa set they brought was wrong model. The delivery guys refused to take it back and asked us to talk to the management. Repeated calls to management were made and each time, there was a promise that the error will be corrected but nothing was done. Every day the sofa set reminds us why not to buy from them ever again!

I did not know about better business bureau at that time. Otherwise, would have certainly made a complaint.

I am their repeat customer. I bought sofa. Everyone loved it. Now I am buying furniture for my entire house. I bought bed set. Dining set. Thank you for the outstanding work Ekta and the entire team. Actually I have very busy schedule but still they handle everything for me hassle free. 10 stars. They make my life easy and everything is excellent.

Don’t ever buy from them they the worst furniture ever very bad quality…I’m very disappointed they never answered my phone call…
