Very professional team to work with. Dave was helpful in deciding what needed to be done. Super-man (Jimmy) and crew were great. They got to us quickly, did the job well and followed up on a timely way. It was a great experience to work with them. Will call again the next time we need landscaping work done.

I have worked for landscaping organizations twice before in my life and Paramount is without a doubt the highest in quality. In terms of organization and professionalism they simply cannot be beat. Customer service is available practically 24/7 and you can always get hold of someone. They do 8 hour snow rotations for plowing in the winter so you are guaranteed to have your property cleared numerous times a day. Contracts and quotes are also drawn up objectively based on square footage so there is 100% equality in their contracts and fees. They also use modern day tech efficiently by providing virtual updates and notifications to clients. If you live in the Golden Horseshoe and care about responsiveness, professional work, and a high level of quality, then Paramount Landscaping simply can't be beat.

Paramount just re-did our whole yard. They took care of everything including removal of all rubbish. Attention to detail was great and the final product was exactly as we had discussed it in the planning/quoting phase. We’re enjoying our new yard this summer.

The crew did a great job on our back garden. New trees, mulch and sod. Can’t even recognize our backyard and have been enjoying it all this season. Doug gave us a great idea for an outdoor kitchen and although it wasn’t in our original plan it ended up being a wonderful addition to our patio.

This review is long overdue. Paramount Landscaping has been taking care of multiple properties of ours for a few years now- both commercial and residential. We have always been pleased with their services, from weekly lawn maintenance to having a corral, gazebo, patio, and gardens installed at a residential complex. This winter, Paramount has really gone above and beyond with their servicing. We have felt that our properties were always safe and very well looked after. I, as well as my team, highly recommend Paramount Landscaping as the most reputable and reliable landscaping company in the area!

Wow, with all this snow we've received these past few weeks, I'm utterly shocked at how well this landscaping company is looking after our snow removal and salting necessities. They are not only reliable with their weekly lawn maintenance but their winter maintenance too! Highly recommend!

New to the Hamilton area and because of the pandemic, had made few contacts. When the area received 35+cm of snow, the city ploughs created a drift at the end of the driveway next to a fire hydrant that I was unable to clear with my own snowblower. Paramount landscaping was the ONLY company (many refused to help because they already had clients) that I called that offered assistance in less than 24 hours. What a professional and caring company! Many thanks.

No matter how many times they are asked/told to stop they continue week after week blowing debris all over the patios of the building. They are a terrible company who don’t care about their customers at all, go hire someone else.

Edit in response to their response which clearly shows exactly what I’m saying about them not caring about their customers. The management has made it clear to this company and the tenants here that the way they perform their services is unacceptable. It has been discussed throughout the season, last year was the same. Maybe it is your terrible management who should listen to the management of the companies that you service and start offering a proper, professional service instead of whatever it is you call the subpar service that is provided, it certainly is not professional. Paramount landscaping just tore out an old patio and installed a new one. The crew was very nice and most importantly It looks amazing. They went above and beyond and even did all of the small little finishing touches which I was not expecting.

My wife and I had Paramount come in to remove our existing lawn, level the yard and lay sod. They also built a privacy fence along one side of our back yard. They worked quickly and did a fantastic job for us. The fence looks great and the lawn took and we now have a wonderful looking yard both front and back. I've used Paramount for two projects. They built my backyard stone patio and recently redesigned and redid our walkway. Both times, we were incredibly impressed with the service. The team is very knowledgeable about design and had great suggestions to make the overall design even better than we could have imagined. They work quickly and clean up the job well each day and left our property looking better than it did when they arrived. I would highly recommend Paramount!

These are the LAZIEST and most USELESS people born. I tried calling to complain but they refuse to answer their phone so I'll put the review here. After reading all the snarky remarks back at dissatisfied customers I am now 1000% sure that once this company gets hired they take the money, laugh, then do the worst job known to existence. Check out how my building looks. Look carefully at the yard. Does this look like we have landscapers?
No. It looks like we have landDESTROYERS. These guys are so pathetic that they even show up in torrential downpours and sit it their truck the whole time just to clock hours. We literally watched them when the grass was drenched like a river and the rain stop 3 hours later, get out of the truck then get on their lawnmowers to destroy the grass some more.

Luckily I quickly called management to tell them to stop, which they did but what's even worse is they got back in their truck and stayed for ANOTHER COUPLE HOURS inside just to clock hours! Beyond pathetic. I'm DOING EVERYTHING to get my management company to fire these guys. I mean absolutely ANYTHING. They must have scored a HUGE contract because our building has a few others as well. These guys are laughing. They don't edge the grass. They don't pull weeds. The grass is BROWN considering the AMPLE RAIN WE HAVE GOTTEN. They don't add mulch to beautify the gardens. They don't prevent weeds. As a matter of fact we now have fungus growing in the beds. Lovely. You all should really shut down. You are the worst on the planet. Thanks to you the building across the street is making style and keeping their yard METICULOUS. Ours looks like a tragic dump.

Excellent landscaping company. They take care of the company I work at, and their work is top-notch. Their office staff are amazing as well - their constant updates in the winter about how their days are developing is great information, and goes a long way towards getting the customer to understand just what goes into salting and plowing. Highly recommend Paramount for your landscaping needs.

This is new for me as I have always been kind. But this company has no integrity, I understand you are running a business, but when you hire someone to do a job you expect a certain level of professionalism. This company lacks professionalism in its finest, Paramount hires people to help in the winter but refuses to pay them even after making them work illegally and for over 16 hours. Then when they use their freedom of speech you try to shut them down with threats of going to the police. If this is the sort of interaction you want out of a company by all means go with paramount, but if you care about the way they treat people help me boycott this company make them realize they cannot treat people like this.

Paramount Landscaping has been providing the lawn care maintenance and snow removal at Ian Anderson House in Oakville since 2015. Their staff provide excellent service onsite and are always on time. One of the best features that they provide is storm updates by email. A great way to get ahead of the weather!
