Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant service rapide, mais la nourriture n’est pas à la hauteur wrap shawarma était trop salé et le poulet trop croustillant et sec comme avait l’air pas frais cuit depuis des heures ou c’est juste les restants… (on est aller à 8pm) manakich pas aussi bonne sa goûte rien, sinon un plat Labné était correct.

The only set back for the mix plate/platter was there was rice instead of the flat bread shown in the picture and less veg.

Company lunch, 50+ meals, delivered on time (right when they open, they hired externally to get our meals there on time). Manager was friendly and easy to contact/work with.

I had an awesome experience with my bulk order from Paramount at Markham. We had ordered food for almost 75 managers for our company team lunch. The restaurant manager Kolthum, their chef Emad and staff member Manal provided outstanding customer service to us. Their food tasted awesome and was super fresh. They made sure they had all 75 meals individually packaged labelled very nicely with all managers’ names on it with cutlery and sauce in each individual meal bags. Great job Paramount team, we are looking forward to more business with you all! Thanks again, we enjoyed the food!

Friendly staff, less crowded, place was neat and clean. Food was delicious. Ordered whole BBQ chicken with fries and rice. Chicken was soft and juicy. Quantity was good. Overall good experience

Amazing Mediterranean food. The portion was also great. The must try is their Arabic Ice-cream. Service was good too.

Ordered Half Mixed Combo Platter. Meat overcooked, was like eating leather. One of the worst meals we've ever experienced. Nearly $100 for two through Uber Eats. Would not eat this rubbish if they offer it for free.

I've always heard good things about Paramount but never tried it cause I didn't think it was much diff from other cheaper Mediterranean chains. I happened to have an Ubereats coupon and decided on the chicken main plate. It came up to almost $30 including all the fees etc. Although on the description it didn't mention An included salad, usually other chicken plates include salad. To my disappointment, it actually arrived without a salad. There was only dry chicken, rice, pickles, garlic sauce and a pita bread! This meal was 20 bucks without the fees and tip. Such a rip offffff. So not worth it!

Called 30 mins ago and food is still not ready just says it all and this happens very often this is the last time i’m coming here

We have been ordering food at Markam location since it has opened. Every single time we place the order they say it will be ready in 25 min and it never is. Its almost double the time. Today we placed order and again was told it will be ready in 25 min and it took 55 min for them to get the food ready. Kindly improve the service. I am extremely dissatisfied. Atleast inform the customer the real wait time.

Wasn't the best experience here with the staff. Even though we were almost an hour before closing they literally reminded us every 15mins that they are closing.

As a regular customer, I am very disappointed visiting this location. Very slow service. Took them twenty minutes to bring us ketchup after we requested. Food got cold! At the end when we repeatedly asked for the bill, they took forever. I ended up going to the front so that I could pay and the lady went “if you wait in your table, we will bring it to you” really? Needs new management for sure!

Don't ever eat at this location. Consistently mess up orders. If your order delivery you won't get what your ordered. Stay away from this location

This location has the most poor service, Manager does not know how to manage inventory. There are 2 times I placed large order only to find they didn't had enough to fulfill the complete order, Unsure why accept the order you cant fulfill. Today I bought a large fired chicken order for family of 10 people and as this place management is cheap they filled the buckets with chicken legs only to save on cost yet charged fully. I give up on this location. Not only I am no longer going to use this personally but I will make sure no orders are placed from my work from this location as well.

I tried this location first time with my family and disappointed. The food was not good, very little meat which is hard to find inside shawarma. When complaint about that the staff said this is what it is and they can't do anything. When you pay premium price for the shawarma then expecting good quality food is your right but this not the case here. Definitely not a recommendation from me and my family.

We ordered food for birthday over the phone last Saturday and when brought it home it was not at all what was explained to us when we had placed the order. Quantity was way less than expected and quality was also not very impressive. We found it to be way too expensive and would not order the food from Paramount again.

So disappointed with my experience last weekend. I loved paramount when they first came out and have been a fan since. Their downtown locations were the ones that I frequented.

I paid 20$ total for this meal. The meat was dry all around, the chicken had a crust on it from being cut much earlier than I arrived, rice was great though. Overall disappointing due to lack of presentation and lack of food in the container. For 20$ I expected more, but received much less. Won’t be returning.bamiyan kabob is in the same plaza and has huge quantities for your $$$.

Had the pleasure of meeting the GM of the restaurant and inquired about family catering options for pickup. They offer food delivery services and takeout. Waiting for the restaurant to re-open for indoor dining to enjoy a relaxed meal with family and friends. Let's all support these types of businesses who have been severely affected since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic which began back in March 2020!

Although the food that we had was very tasty, I was unhappy because the lamb chop meal ($24) only had 3 chops in it, although the online menu said it came with 4.

You will regret it if you order from them. I was shocked of how horrible the food tasted really bad that I couldn’t continue my meal had no taste what so ever, what a waste of time & money!

Paramount Markham food standard is below zero. Cooking is worse Baking is bad. Chicken smells and bread uncooked. When This Makham Paramount opened on that time food standard was good. From last couple of months it is getting tasteless and totally unprofessional so dont waste time and money. Go somewhere else or make at home.

This restaurant used to be really good and I really wanted to support them during the pandemic. However, since COVID hit, they have significantly reduced the quantity of food they serve. The kebabs they serve are much smaller now and not enough for one person.

Yalla special is AMAZING. Best shawarma fries ever. I love getting mixed (chicken + beef) and adding onion. So good!

Just a buyer beware comment: buy one and get one free shawarma is not a good deal. They do not put everything inside. You get robbed. It is best to order this from their menu.

2nd: They need to put some pride when putting together their shawarma. The bits of chicken is too dry, salty. Maybe day old! Instead of giving fries they should improve on their quality.

They offer an awesome variety of delicious food. I like dining here. Employees are always very welcoming, prices are convenient and the spot is always well organised.

Mediocre. Bread was dry and cracking which let to my shawarma sandwich becoming a shawarma salad eaten with a fork. Could follow simple instructions of “please make sure the sandwich is warm”, even after the guy saying he would double toast it. Sandwich was cold. For the price you pay here, go to your local Shawarma place and support a family restaurant who actually cares.

It is the first time to make order online, they offered a plate named "Freekeh" instead of the rice that comes with the plate, I know this plate very well and it is so delicious, they didn't add it and never called me to ask if I want to replace it back with rice or fries as any of them is included in the plate, The store said it is not their fault it is the online system, Really, Very disappointed, not used for this bad service from PARAMOUNT

Very bad. Dont waste your money guys, ordered whole chicken with rice and the chicken was not even half its like small bird in the foil tray, seriously? You are selling this to your customers who are spending lots of money on your food. Rice has no taste at all and shawarma always ripped. Will never recommend to anyone and will not order food at all from paramount. They are just selling their name as they think they are a “brand”. Very disappointed. Manager called me and he didn’t offer anything not even refund, ok leave refund at least he should show some care for the customer to offer them some credit. Dont waste your money.

I was disgusted by the lady she touched the cash and then handled food they have to practice hand washing like the world is in a pandemic and you are lazy to wash your hands not going back to this location read other people say the same about them being unhygienic it is true and sad

We had a couple of bad experiences at this location: take out order was wrong; while dining in, my family was served after guests that had arrived AFTER us. In fact, I refused to eat from this restaurant for over a year!

Yesterday we decided to give them another try.
The reason: we want to support local businesses during the pandemic. We also applaud Paramount‘a efforts in giving back to the community, especially during these difficult times.

We enjoyed the chicken shawarma, mixed grill and chicken shawarma wrap. We loved the warm pita bread and the garlic dip.

We’ll order again!

We ordered from paramount and spent 200 dollars on the order.and received samples of food not enough to feed 4 adults and 2 kids.
What a shame and waste of money. There’s no way at we will ever order or eat at this restaurant and I will strongly advise people not to Waste their time and money

I approached the restaurant with an open mindset as I had been to many other restaurants with a similar cuisine. The dishes I ordered were given efficiently, in a timely service. Taste was good but could use some improvement. The meat has good seasoning, and is marinated very well only thing is some parts are slightly burned but not to an absurd degree where you want to return the dish. The waitresses were very kind and understanding of exactly what I desired, reccomendations are honest and not offered for price. You can also get $5.00 off coupon by signing into the wifi with your email which lasts 60 days which is nice. Didnt get to try any desserts but will definitely next time.

The restaurant is New, well decorated, with an area for kids. I loved the taste, quality and the presentation of the dishes I ordered. We got free medium pizza as I went on a Thuresday.

Wonderful and new experience, delicious food. The hummus was excellent. They still have to learn how to set up their customers when they sit to eat, maybe it's a cultural thing.

My favorite place for authentic middle Eastern cuisine. The shawarmas are among the best in the GTA.

Overcooked and dry for grilled meats. Seen a server drop a tray of baklava and put it back on display shelves. Never again

Very friendly staff and very good food, they treated us like family. The food was fresh and tastes awesome. I definitely recommend this restaurant for, food is kid- friendly and very delicious food.

Used to be our spot to get some Hamus and pita, now it’s a bit more upscale with prices to match. Still our place for fresh pita, marakeesh and now plant based shawarma. The children play area in every one of their location is welcomed. Their deserts are to die for, the baklava type mini pastry sweets not the cheese cake from the factory.

Fantastic food. Very authentic food. We've tried many of the apps, salads, and mains and are never disappointed.

I tried this branch for the first time, it was ok. The staff was good but the food was very very salty. We ordered 3 dishes and they were ok. Not the best.

Awesome location, and the food is always fresh and tasty! Portions are a bit less, but still highly recommended.

Five stars mainly because they've recently introduced plant-based meat here! You can now substitute any of the meat in their dishes with plant-based meats. And it tastes pretty good! Also, the service was great!

Great quality bbq meats and fresh bread. Healthy. Tasty. Play area for small kids. Classy atmosphere.

Great experience! The family loved it. The kids actually ate the food and played in the play area. My sister and I enjoyed both the ambiance and food. Overall, a wonderful experience. Faisal was on the ball. Keep up the good work Markham location!

It was our first time here and my husband had a long black hair in his food, which turned him off completely. The waitress assured us a new plate so we waited and they gave us a meal for free. But having a hair in your food is a turn off. Everything else was good.

This is a Middle Eastern chain restaurant, so in my opinion I would personally rate the food at a 3/5 star. But I ordered a Chicken & Beef plate today, and found a long black hair in my food. It was disgusting. I do not recommend.

I've heard a lot of hype over this place so decided to check it out, but man was I soo unimpressed.

I ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate with fries that came with veggies, a piece of bread, and garlic sauce. The bread and fries dipped in the garlic sauce was good, but that was the best part of the meal. The shawarma meat was absolutely disgusting. The portion wasn't the largest, but out of the serving provided, about 50% of the 'meat' was chicken skin or fatty bits, which meant uneatable. I ended up throwing most of the 'chicken' out because I was tired of sorting through which parts were actually edible meat.

Food thoughts aside, the restaurant was pretty nice. Newly renovated and it showed. All the staff was helpful when I was trying to choose what to order and they gave clear descriptions of what different items were.

Overall, the food left me with a bad opinion of the place and I don't think i'll return.

New Review: Awful service. Waited 2 hrs for food. We were a party of 15 people, we all ate at different times over a span of 2 hrs. The reason, as per the staff "we dont have enough frying pans". Wasted my money and time. Never again. Also forgot the coffee, half the drinks and got two orders wrong.

Food was really good, fresh juices were awesome! We got the platter with everything- chicken, kabobs, kefta, rice, baba ganoush, hummus and spicy potatoes. Everything was good. One of the beef kabob was really dry
Overall good and great service.
