It’s new store looks bright and shiny. Loved the décor. The food was good and the service was quick. 3 stars coz I had food flies flying over my food.

I hope this message finds you well. I have been contemplating writing a review for Paramount for some time now and I believe it is time to express my thoughts. As an individual of Lebanese background, I must say that Paramount is one of the closest Middle Eastern Lebanese restaurants one can find. However, it is important to note that not everything is on par with the quality I would expect back in Lebanon.

My main concern revolves around the exorbitant prices charged for the food and beverages. To provide some context, a meal consisting of two sandwiches, a cocktail drink, and one Zaatar Manish amounted to approximately $90 Canadian. (1 manoushie for 6 dollars cmon.) In comparison, the same order back in Lebanon would cost no more than $12. Additionally, a Shawarma dish with fries priced at $17to $25 seems unjustifiable when the portion lacks an adequate amount of meat, containing at best 3 ounces of chicken or two.

I am disappointed with the perceived lack of quality and value for money in the food offered at Paramount. I believe it is necessary for the management to reassess the menu and make necessary adjustments to the pricing structure. By doing so, it will not only attract more satisfied customers but also ensure a more equitable dining experience.
Paramount has the potential to be an outstanding establishment, and I trust that you will strive for excellence in all aspects of your business.

I ordered a mixed bbq platter which cost $140, serving 4-6 people. The meat, which consisted of chicken and beef was all over cooked and dry. The hummus, pita (filler food) quantity was generous but the meat portions were small. The food quality was very disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again.

Tried once and not sure if I'll go again. Osmos across the street does it way better. Staff is amazing thou.

What we ordered.

Mezze platter. Hummus, mohammarah, taboleh. 8/10. Loved the fresh bread that it came with. That gets a 10/10

Bbq platter. 8/10. The beef and chicken boti were delicious! The shredded meat was a little dry.

The fries and rice as sides were very tasty! Perfect with the platter! 10/10

Flat bread pizza was piping hot but couldve had a but more cheese and pepperoni 9/10

Tried the raspberry drink which was refreshing and delicious!

Tried the kunnafeh which could be better. 6/10

The staff was amazing! Handled by ladies and everything was fresh, timely with the servers being helpful in letting us know how much to order!

Food platters good enough to enjoy for 6-7 people!

I ordered a shawarma plate and salad from here and really loved it! Its so fresh, the flavours are just top notch, and what i REALLY LOVED is how clean this place is, the packaging of the food is done right so the food stays hot and the fries DONT get soggy! I give this 5 stars and the best shawarma in canada thank u for having such good food that reminded me of back home!

Update: ordered again the same plate i cant believe how consistent this place is i absolutely love this restaurant and their food!

Decided to get takeout from this location. Unfortunately they did not meet the expectations set by other locations. Charged $30 for this plate and gave it half full.

Strongly advise to steer clear from this location.

First time ordering at this location.i ordered chicken shawarma saj sandwich. The chicken was very dry and did not taste like it was marinated. The sandwich was very soggy. Fries were also dry. Wont be going to this location again.

The menu has variety as you are able to choose Mediterranean classics and everything is cooked to perfection.
My go to is the Chicken or Beef Shawarma that fills up my stomach quickly and I always like it spicy.
Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen offers a lot of other dishes such as their world famous Hummus and Pita, Lentil Soup, and Moutabbal.
The staff at Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen are very forward and provide offerings for you and provide for you the information needed to choose the right meal for you.

If I could give a zero star, I would!
I waited with a group for my order for 1hr & 48 minutes & I eventually had to cancel my order. They really don’t know how to run a business. They are so confused with everything. Will never come back!

This is one of my all-time favorite restaurant chains ever. The food never disappoints! However, at the risk of sounding like a Karen, the middle-aged Asian woman who served my friend and I must have had a bad day because it showed in the way she served us the entire time we were there. That is all. ‍️

Great food so good and leftovers were even better the next day definitely going back ASAP.

Worst experience.the wrap was filled with only turnips and pickels. Only thing that you could taste was salt. My $13 dollars went in the vein.

Got the chicken shawarma w/rice, spinach fatayer. Service was fast, food was fresh, chicken was juicy. Fresh oven baked bread came out first, followed by the food.
Pro tip: There's never enough, hummus/tahini/garlic sauce for the food, so make sure to order on the side.
For a nice change, didn't have to go and order, it was full table service.

I’ve tried their beef wrap and it was amazing!
Also their “Baklava” tastes so exceptional and tasty.
Highly recommended.

We went to the mississauga Branch.the shawarma was amazing.if visiting with kids, you can try the chicken pizza.brilliant service by Abbas & Mae.a must visit place if you like Lebanese food.

Definitely not mediterranean the worst Shawarma I have ever had. And would not recommend anyone to have this pure waste of time. Hope this place closes down cause I am disappointed

Went for lunch and was disappointed. Shawarma wrap was very small. Much better options around. Didn't think the service was great.

The good stuff:
- customer service is great
- food has good taste

The negative stuff:

- washroom was dirty
- customer service was slow, had to keep looking to be attended
- quantity is less compared to other places for the same price

Terrible fried chicken and their macaroni salad was so gross it must have thawed from frozen because it was cold and watery and chunky we threw it out.

The best beef shawarma wrap I have had, nicely spiced and flavourful, definitely will be going back to try more items. Oh and the lentil soup wonderful.

One of THE BEST Falafel in the town.
The falafel is freshly made, super crisp on the outside and spongy, airy and soft on the inside. Delicious falafels with pickled veggies, onions and hummus on the side. One of the must try dish.
We ordered Tabliyeh Saj chicken shawarma wrap. It was subtle and decent with no overpowering sauce and when we wanted it to be spicy, they gave spicy sauce on the side along with garlic sauce and french fries. Garlic sauce was so good, fresh and flavourful. If you want spicy Chicken shawarma, then this is not for you.
The decor is neat and decent. There is one single restroom for everyone regardless of gender, which was not my personal preference, though the restrooms were neat.
They have prayer room as well. The place is wheel chair accessible and they have high chairs on the front as well.
The food is flavourful and freshly made. Decent and nice middle eastern place to try

Great food and ambience, prices are affordable and lovely presentation. I would recommend trying the chicken Shawarma platter with rice.

Ordered the Krispo fried chicken which was good as usual. Side of Mac & cheese was awful though and had to throw it. Seemed as though it had been previously frozen. Very disappointing.

Revisited again. Same experience with awesome and friendly service. Love the foods freshness and flavour. Love the hot puffed breads that are fresh out of the oven.

Haven't been to Paramount in a while, and I must say, it has only gotten better.

This particular location is one of the better ones. Slick, clean and quiet.

My wife and I had a Labneh w/ Zaatar (thyme) flat bread alongside fattoush salad with chicken shawarma. All, even with the complimentary bread, were 10/10.
