Just had shawarma here for dinner and I’ve had a lot of shawarma in my life, but this was seriously the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter, Mate, was great and responsive, and all the food was seriously awesome. Somehow the shawarma was crispy and juicy at the same time. Got the mezzo plate and the chicken shawarma platter. Highly recommend.

Mate was an amazing server! Husband raved about the shawarma! Great atmosphere, definitely coming back!

Came here with my 70 year old grandmother on her birthday. The atmosphere was incredible, the food was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. Mustafa was a great waiter and gave us a pleasant performance as he sang for my grandmother. 10/10 place will come again!

Service and food excellent. Shish Taouk was as delicious, shawarma wrap fantastic, pita and hummus amazing, fattoush salad extremely flavourful! Very sweet and kind staff, Georgina welcomed us with warmth and friendliness! Will be back! Everything was wonderful.

We had a mezze plate which was great and I had Mate who helped us on that day. He was very helpful and sweet and explained dishes that I needed more understanding on. Love it

I've been here a few times and it's just not worth it.

Today I ordered my food, an hour went by and they hadn't even started making it. They kept assuring me it was almost ready and 55 minutes in, I find out they just started making it. I should add, they were NOT busy at the time. I asked for a refund and left.

On another occasion, I order a salad and potatoes, enough for one person, and they charged me $26. I paid and left, i open my salad and it's the size of a hockey puck.

This place is over rated, expensive for no reason, the food is average at best and the service will ruin your night. Skip it and go support a local mom and pop shop anywhere else.

ALSO the bathroom toilet was leaking water onto the ground and they only had one functioning stall. This place is over rated.

Staff didn't apologize even once.

This location continues to disappoint! I have been to this location on four separate occasions and not once have they got my order correct. Today, after a two year hiatus, I decided to give it another chance and once again, after 45 minute wait, I come home to realize my order is wrong. The guy informed me the delay was due to my fries order and I had to let him know I didn't order a side of fries. Absolutely dreadful!

Food quality is generally good. Dining in fine but the quality of service is very inconsistent for phone or online orders. Like today, I placed an online order and went over to pick-up on time. Got the order 30 minutes late with a generic “sorry for the delay” statement. While I waited, looked at several orders placed after mine, getting completed/served before me. Another time, they missed items from my order.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dine-in experience at Paramount, Milton. The food, quality, staff and service were all very good! The mild Chicken burger was juicy and delicious! The mixed BBQ platter with kafta, shish tawouk and BBQ beef skewers were tender and perfect. We tried the summer refresher drinks, and the Mint Ice Tea was refreshing for sure. Brother Ali checked in on us several times as well as Joanna, Jaana and Yara; all were very courteous and friendly.

Greatly enjoyed the dining experience with the family and will definitely be returning again very soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,:)

Food was good.not great.maybe because it was a weekday? I am not sure. Even service wasn't great. I literally had to go near the kitchen to call the lady and place my order.

This place is literally amazing. I never liked salad until I had their fattoush salad, the most amazing thing I’ve tasted! Plus the staff are so kind, let us take some pictures too! If you want quality food and service this is DEFINITELY the place:)

But the manager apologized n offered another free meal which was good n fresh. Enjoyed having other dinner.

The service is a hit and miss. Sometimes your take out order is ready in 20 mins as they say the time they need sometimes could take up to 40mins and your still waiting. On one occasion I ordered a Tabouli portion very small and not worth $9 but ate it non the less. On another occasion ordered a Lebanese knafeh and let me tell it is far from Lebanese. I was craving a taste from back home and when I opened my order it was a block of cheese frozen in a plastic… why is it frozen? People don’t have microwaves in their car to heat a popular Arabic breakfast when they taking it to go on their way to work. Very misrepresented, and best part missing the kaak (the bread part it’s supposed to be in.) All in all I’ve loved paramount when it first opened but since it’s franchised hype quality and authenticity has dramatically lost. Disappointed at its continued western influences when it’s supposed to be “authentic”

It was a bad experience. Falafel was not cooked enough. Meat and chicken shawarma were overcooked and burnt. French fries were not fresh. Bread was very dry and hard as rock.
Extremely poor customer service. The waiter did not come once to check on us to see if we needed anything because they were understaffed. Also, there were flies in the place.

Good food and very welcoming staff. Service was very fast and staff made sure me and my friends were well taken care of.

Was not all great experience, it’s been more than 2 weeks and didn’t want to write but sincerely after the COVID restrictions restaurants are struggling to keep up standards and this is was one example
On a Sunday just opened at 11 am, after few tables filled the restaurant ran out of fattoush and replaced with beet and spinach salad, the platter was so poorly cooked that meat was dry and cold and didn’t even had a good server, she claimed she is new and didn’t bring drinks right and no toilet paper in the bathrooms what more you never expect in a place like this, so imagine smaller restaurants! The manager came up and apologized and gave 25$ gift card but that is not solution! People come to you with expectations!

We arrived very late. Thirsty and famished. We knew the restaurant was closing soon and did not have sufficient staff for service. Other restaurants nearby were not offering service anymore. But at Paramount we were welcomed, we got our juices right away, were seated in the lovely patio and although the food was supposed to be take away since it was late, we stiill got ro eat it while enjoying the pario facilities. Chain restaurants in particular do very well when they go above and beyond as the team at Milton Paramount does. People choose to go back because they remember the politeness and warm welcome and a genuine customer first attitude. Well done Ali. Wish you deserved success.

I wanted to take a moment to thank and recognize Ali (Paramount Milton owner) for going above and beyond to make it right for us as the customer. There were a few mixups/errors in the last couple orders we had and after speaking to him about it, he personally drove a new order to our door, included complimentary items and made sure our next order was discounted. Mujtava is Awesome!
I would reccomend to anyone looking for Middle eastern cusine in the GTA or West of GTA - had a great lucnh - head chef Mujtava made the time to ensure all was good and we will be coming back

Amazing food choices. I have been there before and the wait times were frustrating but yesterday Ali helped out with our table. The staff was also very courteous. Everything was quick and swift. My favorite is the MEZZA PLATE. The BEET ROOT & SPICY PECAN SALAD is also unique!

Update: modifying the rating to 3 stars coz of the call recieved from Mr. Ali… He was very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience caused. Wish him and the restaurant good luck!

Visited Milton location and had a bad experience. Order chicken shawarma which was dry and chicken was pink. We did not receive an order of veggie feast even after reminding 3-4 times to every staff member and the manager. We finished our food and asked them to pack the veggie feast and even after sitting for 20 mins after finishing the meal we hadn’t recieved the parcel. To top it all they had the nerve to charge us for the food they didn’t serve at the dine-in table and not even giving a to-go parcel. Even after asking they didn’t give the receipt of the payment made of $72. Not a fine dining at all. Worst than a fast food place. Horrible service and careless manager… BE ADVISED towards RUDE treatment! Please see the pic of veggie feast, to receive that much amount of food, our family had to go through such an ordeal!

Very slow service. Cold food. No ac in dinein. Open door with lots of flies. No management. We have to ask for the crockery and for everything.

Love this place! Neat and clean. Service was perfect. My young kids loved the playroom. They also had a prayer room to accommodate for customers. Highly recommend it!

Post-workout, starving, saw some young people eating takeout, asked their opinion, "delicious"went inside and ordered 2 chicken shwarma in pitas. Amazing flavor, roasted to perfection, tightly rolled with tazhiki, hummus, parsley, turnip, onions, tomatoes. Didn't drip out the bottom so enjoyed every bite. Helpful happy staff! Try it, love it!

Order was very late compared to the time mentioned on confirmation. It’s happened more than once. And again today which was a small order.

Employees were extremely kind especially Humzah and Mary, they checked up frequently to check how we were doing, food had amazing flavours as always and would definitely recommend coming here.

Usually decent, the falafel wrap I got yesterday was a mess though. Falling apart, had to eat it with a fork. Definitely felt like it was tushed.

If there is one thing you can expect From Paramount Milton, is personable service and food cooked fresh to order each and every time just right. Thank you Mr. Ali for your hospitality- and thank you staff for making this a thoroughly enjoyable experience for us. We will be back soon!

I got a Beef wrap and Chicken wrap. The beef was dry and hard for some reason, and the wrap was overly salty. The chicken wrap had no sauce whatsoever, I had to put sauce from my own house from the absolute dryness of the food. Overpriced for such mediocre food

Iman was my waitress last week, I had a great time she was super helpful and was able to answer the questions I had. I would recommend that you dine here the food and servers were amazing!

Restaurant claims it closes at 11pm. I called in at 9pm to make reservations. I was told the last table is at 9: 30pm. I arrive at 9: 30pm, and the restaurant doors were already closed. When i called again, they told me they close at 9: 15pm. Why advertise closing time is 11pm, tell me I can come for 9: 30 yet doors close at 9: 15? Anyway, the server was super nice and let us in. We ordered food and bottled water. Didnt see our server for 20mins. She didnt bring our water. We had to ask another server 20 minutes later so that was disappointing. We received our food and not within 5 minutes of receiving our food the bill was brought to our table. The food tasted great as always. But with the server bringing the bill, we just felt rushed even though there were 2 other groups there. I just wish service was better. It shouldnt matter the time that a customer arrives. As long as you are open we should receive quality service. 5 stars for the food. 2 stars for service.

It was a beautiful summer evening, with a chance of rain and we were in the mood for some Middle Eastern food. Our favourite Paramount hang out in Mississauga had burnt down and now what do we do? We found out that Paramount also have a covered patio in Milton, so we made reservations and headed out for dinner.
From the time we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcomed. The menu had to usual great Paramount choices and we ordered the Mezza plate and Grill Plate for One. The food was delicious (as usual) with fresh pita bread and an awesome salad. The service was outstanding, with Breanna and team being friendly and attentive. The patio was great and had a temporary rain cover, in addition to the pergola. Think we found a new favourite! Thank you to the people at this Milton location for an awesome dinner experience.

Poor customer service and very low quality food, don’t be fooled with the reputation. Would never recommend it to any one. Garbage

I went to paramount for dinner with my family. It’s pretty Lebanese with the music, the food and the smell of the food. The Service was pretty nice and polite. The washrooms were not that clean and the restaurant was decently clean. I ordered the beef shawarma and spicy potato’s. The beef shawarma was decent and also the spicy potatoes were so good and somehow decent. Tbh about paramount it’s feels like I’m in Lebanon?

We love paramount! My overall experience at the Milton one has been pretty good. Fresh great tasting labenese food, and great service as well! I gave it a 4 star because there have been times its been a long wait waiting for food, also some of the tables near the back always have flies during the summer, I know its hard to avoid that with the doors opening however it would be nice to try and tackle that problem. Other than that love it there!

Very dissapointed with the quality, all the types of meat were dry like rubber and dry rice with 4 slices of veg paid 50$ for rubbish, will never recommend and never want to eat for free too! ParaMOUNT shoukd be called be ParaMOLE

Horrible service, we called to book a table and called 2hrs in advance and on arrival they informed us that there is no more table left. We did complain about informing us in advance to save a trip and hassle with kids, since we did provide a phone number. They kept upright n said, there is no food left in kitchen and we should just leave the premises.

Really nice, fully shaded patio compared to other restaurants at this time. As you can also expect, the staff is nice too.

I am a vegetarian, but Paramount did not disappoint me. The food was outstanding. Loved everything I ordered. I cannot say anything about non-veg food but my group and I loved every bit of it, esp the garlic dip. The hospitality was good, too. I am going to go back to this place very soon.

We recently went to Paramount Milton location and ordered the thin slice pizzas. Surprisingly they were extremely tasty, fresh and flavourful Definitely ordering the pepperoni and kafta again!

I had an issue with my previous order of new krispo sandwiches and the owner, Ali went out of his way to rectify it. If you are in the area, def try the krispo sandwich with waffle fries. It's amazing.

6 Saj with fries at 4: 20 pm today. Chicken dry and at least two pieces in each wrap had no chicken. Its not good at all. Maybe cuz u have had no enough chicken cuz at that time you had a small chicken on the machine and you had to make a small portions. Trust is important you could jus asked me if u wanted beef instead. Never cheat customers.

Food is good but service is very slow. Even not in the peak hours you have to wait for the main course for 50 mins.

I tried this place just for a change from the places I frequent and ordered just a basic chicken wrap which is hard to go wrong with.
It was not made the way I asked and had to wait long time.
I will not rule this place out as yet because I like the work Paramount’s owner has done in the community.
Staff was very polite which helps but can’t entirely make up for the bad food.
Hoping for a better experience next time to join so many other good reviewers.

Ordered food on line, pickup time was 06 30 PM, after waiting for 40 minutes at the restaurant finally got the food and it was ice cold when we all sat down to eat. Horrible service and wastage of time and money.

The food here always rates top stars at Paramount but I shouldn't have to wait an additional 25 minutes past my online pre-arranged pick up time, that was placed 2 hours earlier, for the order.

New Mas. E. Mo venture of items were delicious but Caesar salads do not have olives, feta cheese & radishes. That's a garden, greek or house salad.

Food? 5 stars for taste
Overall experience? 3 stars

I'm sure the next time we order or are able to get back in for dine-in will be better.

Hi there I was in your store tonight for a takeout order that I placed and I just wanted to take the time and right this there’s a girl that’s named chelsea and she was such a great waitress because of her I will be returning to paramount thanks again for the amazing food and the amazing service chelsea I’m over proud she was also so busy and made sure eveyone was happy she’s such a great person most of the other waitresses are Young and rude so satisfied and the food was great

I can comment only on the milton branch where I rate high in terms of food quality, menu and taste in contrast to my experience in the same branch 2yrs back when I decided not to go again. Now the food is awful.

The food is better than two years ago. Prices still little bit high. The order could be delayed sometimes. I gave three stars for the unprofessional behavior happened yesterday which doesn't make any sense for me actually, we ordered tea asking for additional one tea bag and they asked us to pay for this additional tea bag.in the same time they are serving coffee for free!

Had the new chili shawarma that was just introduced on the menu. Loved every bite of it. Combined with exceptional customer service and great ambience, it was a great experience.
Highly recommended!

The evening was spent indulging in some old classics like their freshly baked bread, soft falafel, cheese sambousek, fattoush salad, spicy potatoes, mezza plate and amazing baklwa sweets.

Our main course was the new festive special, chilli shawarma (in house made Lebanese chilli topped with beef Shawarma served on a bed of rice). The chilli has some nice heat and good balanced spices made this a rather flavorful dish.

Food was fresh and delicious. Gizem (our server) was friendly and provided great service:) Would definitely come back for any dinner with friends or family!

Food was amazing.except for Kunafa. Its was dry and not sweet. Kunafah was like dried vermicellis wrapped in halomi cheese.

Extremely friendly service by the manager and servers, wonderful food choices as there's something for everyone, and awesome flavours! The chili shawarma was so different than any other shawarma place, plus the falafel are to die for!

Both my friend and I ordered 2 of the same wraps and we both had horrible food poisoning. This was all we had to eat for 12 hours. It breaks my heart to share this review but I'm worried that the food we ate was improperly cooked and improperly handled. I don't like bashing businesses but I want to share my horrible 3 days or vomiting & #3.

As a restaurant chain, you need to make sure food is handled appropriately and moreover is cooked thoroughly to ensure bacteria is does not cultivate from improper refrigeration.

We took our mean to go. Salad was basically just some chopped lettuce, no other veggies, barely any dressing. My husband had a sandwich, it had no dressings or additional flavors. Everything was very bland and not very high in standard. They're usually pretty good for dine in, but never again to go.

Got food from here today and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Ali, very nice gentleman and friendly staff! Customer service is top of the line, never seen anything like it. Food is also amazing, highly recommend!

Worst experience of food and owner’s verbal attitude. The server Ali has good friendly personality he deserves good reviews. The food was not fresh, the beef was not tender in fact the beef shawarma was as cold as if it was from the fridge. The bread was hard on the edges and we had to ask for the bread, they just served meat platter without the bread. The owner asked us how the food was when I pointed out the flaws he started showing attitude and didn’t show any remorse. He said that we were wrong and we ate 4 baskets of breads, what an observation this was the second worst time at the same restaurant. When I said “maybe I have high standards “ he said yes you have high standards. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant in Milton to any one.

Been to this location multiple times, but by far the best experience I had! The food was amazing and tasted fresh, my food was on time and our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Gizem did a great job serving our food and fulfilling an amazing experience for us! I had the mixed grill plate with rice, and the rice was fluffy and nice. Will be back and definitely will be recommending it to my friends and family!

Poor expirience - overpriced and slow. I ordered a chicken shawarma salad and a pop. I paid $18 for just a few pieces of dry shawarma, salad and two pita breads. Waited to get an order ~30 minutes with almost no other customers around. Honestly, the taste was not bad at all. There are lots of places in Milton with much better quality and much more understandable prices.

Group of 10 people went for dinner.
Good and tasty food. Has a variety of platters. We had tried BBQ platter and shish Tawlouk platter. I would rate shish tawlouk 4 on 5, but BBQ platter was perfect at 5 on 5. The place is worth visiting. Service was quick.

I placed two orders through skipthe dish yesterday and today overall experience was bad and food quality was poor, first mix grill, the beef was burn outside (black) kafta and pieces & more spices and salty, shish tawouk was good, beef shawarma was not that much good its acceptable, manakeesh was poor dough very thin hard to eat not tasty, cheese was over baked, lahem beajeen was too much salty, zaatar was hard, i tried 3 branches of paramount in Mississauga this one in milton was the worst, over price with low quality food

The new manager is polite and easy to have a conversation with about your specific needs and requirements. I visit almost once a month in large groups, and they are well prepared and always accommodate us. We have always received fresh food, and good service.
