Order food to go. The chicken shawarma was really greasy and fell apart when I tried eating it and made a bit of a mess. The other food that I ordered was the muttabel and a cauliflower appetizer and the cheesy beef pide which were really good

Understaffed, service was way too slow.
Food was mediocre and overpriced, portions extremely small. Atmosphere was ok.

Guys need to step it up a notch, will not be returning here anytime soon.

I ordered using UBER. I requested that they use turnip instead of pickles on my wraps and they completely ignored my request. What is the point of asking?

As usual, the food and service was excellent. Took 5 adults and 2 kids, ordered the half bbq platter, lentil soup, zattar bread. Everyone was satisfied. Kids enjoyed in the play area and made some new friends with other kids. Complimentary gawa (coffee) was available hot. So far, been here on a regular basis and no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

Update: since the pandemic, things have been different. The free coffee is gone and probably will not return. This was a big difference felt in the expected hospitality of Paramount. As well, the servers never bothered to come and aks how the food was or if we needed anything else, even though it was not a busy time and more than half the tables were empty. It is just this - we still love the food which is top notch, even though the prices have gone up quite a bit, but the thing that we noticed most was the feeling of a welcoming restaurant was now gone and replaced with the feeling of other casual restaurants.

Hummus for 5 persons provided was not enough. Fries were not hot enough.
In general the taste of food was good.

It is soo expensive and the equality of food not good. The garlic bread is very thin and burnt and the french fries tastes like fish.

Boss is a really nice guy.

I was very pleased by the service and food the bread as starter was very good and all the appetizer following by main. Appetizer One better than the others. I'm a big fan of Babaranoush, Mhamara and they were delicious. Fatouch was different than other restaurant. Really a homemade style:).

Mustafa was the most respectful, punctual, and efficient server i’ve had. Food was great, communication was amazing, and restaurant atmosphere was excellent! Would definitely recommend and go here again.

Ok, so i got two manakish, zaatar and cheese. The cheese was good. Not overly cheesy or salty. I really liked the Zaatar spice, it was sour, abit zesty and a bit salty. However, I took some stars down because the zaatar manousha was a bit tough, it was lowkey burnt on the side. That might be a preference, but I personally do not like it really well done like that. I like it to be just cooked- the cheese one was fine. I will come back though, maybe request the zatar manousha to be less cooked next time.

Food is pretty good and above average, prices are really high for what it is. Went for lunch and spent $40 each on a soup, salad and water. Liked the place but won’t be back at that price.

I wholeheartedly recommend Paramount and commend Mustafa for making our evening truly exceptional. Five stars do not seem sufficient to express my appreciation for his exceptional service.

Fantastic middle eastern restaurant, very delicious and fresh. Generous with bread and dipping sauce if u ask for more.

$30 for a shish tawouk plate that is chicken and rice with some pickles. What a joke! Where is the salad?

We had a most enjoyable meal. We had an opportunity to have a small family reunion on the patio. The server was lovely and attentive and the food was perfect.
