My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with their lattes and cappuccinos, great way to end a lovely lunch.

Ordered falafel wraps for the first time they were good and decent, also the fries in the side. Will check in future for more options and update my review. Decent food experience

Very delicious Lebanese food here at Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

We went for breakfast
Vegetables were old and stale
Foul and fatte not good
Hummus and pita were great

Food is great The experience of having to wait an additional 30 minutes for my bread absolutely sucked

Service was spectacular, thank you so much for Dalia and her recommendations and hospitality, food was also superb

They do not customize orders. I requested half salad and half rice and they would not do it even for a higher price.
The food tastes okay.

Tried their breakfast, very good overall. Staff were courteous, place is clean and they have a playroom for kids. Recommend eggs and sausage place and fatteh with yogurt.

Update: I called up Mike and he was apologetic about what happened and set it right for me. Like their food so gave them 4 stars and hope they improve on their customer service.

Very disappointed by their customer service. I had ordered online for take away and when I picked the food and got home I saw that they gave me someone else’s order and it had beef in it which we do not eat due to religious reasons. I called and told them and was also annoyed since I was 20 minutes away and they said they were closing. They said I could order for the same thing and pickup whenever. I did go after a couple of days and they don’t have my name or no. On their list and nobody even knows about it. So I ended up paying for the wrong food and they didn’t do anything about it. We really like their food but disappointed.

I ordered on the phone for 6 frozen knafee! I specifically told them to leave it frozen! I paid $75 for 6 pieces of knafee! The guy who works their was really rude because I asked for a plastic container!

Food was delicious and friendly staff. I ordered the bbq platter and falafels. For dessert, baklava of course.

We decided to try somewhere new for lunch. The food was very flavorful and service excellent. Dalia, our server, took very good care of us. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Very bad customer service, They never bring the order all together. At the end the food is cold. The quality of food not like before even the appetizers have no taste as they reduce the products used to reduce the cost. The restaurant most of the time is empty for the above reasons. I would never dine there again.
